Donald Trump’s policy on immigrants has been a controversy. The controversy culminated when the policy was reported by the media, such as Foxnews.com and Aljazeera.com. This study aims to compare news framing in both media, especially the application of ideology and political economic of media, as an effort to get objective and neutral reporting. This research uses qualitative approach with framing analysis method of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. The results show that framing by Foxnews.com and Aljazeera.com is in favor of the interests of media owners, namely Rupert Murdoch and the government of Qatar.

Spirit teologi Al-Maun merupakan dasar ajaran nilai sosial kemanusiaan, pemaknaan teologi spirit Al-Maun, masih efektif dan berlaku, Teologi Al-Maun diintepretasi-praksiskan ke dalam bentuk-bentuk pemberdayaan di sektor-sektor pendidikan (madrasah, perguruan tinggi), kesehatan (klinik dan rumah sakit), dan sosial (panti asuhan yatim-piatu, rumah miskin). Lembaga MPM Muhammadiyah melakukan program pemberdayaan masyarakat miskin di beberapa tempat, salah satunya yaitu di Panti Asuhan Tunanetra, berbagai program memanusiakan manusia, secara teknis memberikan gambaran Panti Asuhan Tunaetra Aisyah yang berjuang untuk meningkatkan kualitas para penyandang cacat agar bisa diterima dalam kehidupan masyarakat dan juga bisa mandiri dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pribadinya

ABSTRACT. "Fantastic!Ponorogo" is a tourism development program coordinated between the vision and mission of the Ponorogo Regency in disassemble in RPJMD 2016 - 2021. This talk about studying RPJMN, RPJMD, Province Of East Java, and RPJMD Ponorogo Regency. 2019 was a tourist visit to East Java. The implementation of the collaborative governance practices described the processes partnership between the government and the private sector, aimed at optimizing the objectives of the activities. The purpose of this research is to find out the synergy "Fantastic!Ponorogo" to collaborative governance practices in the tourism sector conducted in Ponorogo Regency. In this study in qualitative research. The collaborative governance showS synergy, effective, and successful because of some factors, including 1). The commitment by the Bupati, vice-regent, and all his staff the government Ponorogo Regency in this case the head of supportive tourism of the year 2019, 2). A, collaboration connectivity among stakeholders, 3)The enthusiastic people who are active in various events held, 4). The basis for the government in government duty. The Bareng Village Government develops the natural potential that exists with tourism-aware groups whose goals are for the welfare of the community. The purpose of this study is to describe the village government's strategy in improving Lungguh Sawah Tourism for the welfare of the people of Bareng Village, Pudak District, Ponorogo Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, the data used can be obtained from observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. This tourist village was developed to advance the Village Together in the economic, social and cultural fields. The results of this study are the strategies carried out by the Bareng village government to increase rice field tourism, which include promotion through social media, holding interesting activity events, adding attractive infrastructure, and having a friendly tourism awareness group.

Abstract The ratification of the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology number 30 concerning the prevention and handling of sexual violence in universities has become a legal protection platform for sexual violence. Sexual violence is rampant lately. As a tertiary institution that aims to become a university that excels in mastering science, technology and art based on Islamic religious values, it is appropriate that the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo make this ministerial policy an obligation that must be immediately realized in the campus environment. However, in its implementation, until now there has been no progressive step as a form of follow-up or implementation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the policy of the minister of education, culture, research and technology (Permendikbud). The researcher uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with a research process that seeks to investigate, and find social phenomena to further describe them thoroughly and complexly so that narratives can be presented with detailed reports according to the perspective of the informants. Then to collect data in this research using interviews with sources such as the Head of BAMA, and the Chair of the DPM. The results of the analysis that have been carried out are that there is no decision or policy from the University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo regarding sexual violence as a form of implementation of this Permendikbud. Keywords: policy analysis, Permendikbud Ristek Number 30 of 2021, University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Abstract Pengesahan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi nomor 30 tentang pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan seksual di lingkungan perguruan tinggi menjadi wadah perlindungan hukum terhadap kekerasan seksual kekerasan seksual yang sedang merajalela belakangan ini. Sebagai perguruan tinggi yang bertujuan menjadi universitas yang diunggulkan dalam menguasai ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi serta seni yang berlandaskan nila-nilai agama islam sudah selayaknya universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo menjadikan kebijakan menteri ini sebagai kewajiban yang harus segera direalisasikan pada lingkungan kampus. Akan tetapi dalam penerapannya, hingga saat ini belum ada langkah progresif sebagai bentuk tindaklanjut atau implementasinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa kebijakan menteri pendidikan kebudayaan riset dan teknologi (Permendikbud) tersebut. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan proses penelitian yang berusaha untuk menginvestigasi, dan menemukan fenomena-fenomena sosial untuk selanjutnya menggambarkan secara menyeluruh dan kompleks sehingga dapat disajikan naratif dengan laporan yang terperinci menurut sudut pandang narasumber. Kemudian untuk menghimpun data pada riset ini menggunakan wawancara kepada narasumber seperti Ketua BAMA, dan Ketua DPM. Hasil analisis yang sudah dilakukan adalah belum adanya keputusan atau kebijakan dari pihak Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo tentang kekerasan seksual sebagai bentuk implementasi Permendikbud ini. The Ngebel area is an area that can be developed as an integrated tourist destination, based on its potential, starting from: natural, cultural, social - community potential, so that integrative efforts related to regional development can be carried out to strengthen the Ngebel area as a tourism epicentrum in Ponorogo Regency, this study aims to determine the extent to which the development of the Ngebel area can be carried out, by involving the potential and also the threats of the area. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of observation and also interviews and documentation. From the results of the study it was found that the Ngebel area has the potential for art, nature and also the strength of the community that can be used as capital in regional development.

Kajian ini berjudul Peran Pemerintah Desa Dalam Pengelolaan Situs Bengkel Paleolitik Ngrijangan Desa Sooka Kecamatan Punung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni ingin mengetahui peran pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan situs yang ada di desa Sooka, dengan adanya situs bengkel di Ngrijangan yang telah ditemukannya artefak-artefak di wilayah desa Sooka berawal dari Ngijangan yang dijadikan sebagai bengkel pembuatan alat-alat artefak. Peran desa dalam pengelolaan situs adalah dengan membentuk struktur organisasi arkeologi dan juga Pokdarwis yang bekerjasama dengan masyarakat desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan proses pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan yang memberikan informasi mengenai peran pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan situs bengkel manusia purba paleolitikum adalah tim yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan bengkel antara lain kepala desa, ketua lembaga arkeologi, anggota Pokdarwis dan masyarakat sekitar. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa peran pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan situs bengkel paleolitik desa Ngrijangan di Desa Sooka adalah pemerintah desa membuat peraturan dan organisasi yang mengatur dan memelihara situs bengkel tersebut agar tetap terjaga dan mampu. menjadikan tempat tersebut sebagai wisata bengkel yang dapat dikenali dan dengan berjalannya situs tersebut dapat menjadi aset desa.

ABSTRACT Purpose of thestudy (Tujuan) : The purpose of this research is to determine the judge's considerations in imposing sanctions on pharmaceutical distributors who do not meet the efficacy and quality standards by the Ponorogo district court decision Number 115/Pid.Sus/2023/PN Png using juridical analysis. Methodology (Metodologi): The methodology used is a normative research method or library research method. Results (Temuan): The results of this research are that there are cases of distribution of drugs that do not match the efficacy and quality, violating the protection rights of consumers. The government and BPOM are expected to pay more attention to the pharmaceutical production process and provide education to the lay public in the pharmaceutical sector so that the public obtain safe and quality pharmaceutical products. Ponorogo District Court Decision Number 115/Pid, Sus/2023/PN Png The panel of judges considered evidence, legal interpretation, and ethics during the trial. This case violates Law Number 36 of 2009 Article 196 concerning Health. By considering this, circumstances emerged that mitigated and aggravated the defendant and also used the theory of will and the theory of knowledge so that he was charged with imprisonment for 1 (one) year and a fine of IDR 5,000,000.00 (five million rupiah) provided that the fine was not paid to be replaced by imprisonment for one month. The decision at the Ponorogo District Court provides a solid foundation for future courts in handling similar cases. Applications of this study (Kegunaan): The use of this research can be an in-depth understanding of the decision ratio in the Ponorogo District Court Decision for both perpetrators, legal practitioners, academics, and policymakers for future directions. Novelty/ Orginalty of this study (Kebaruan/Orisinalitas): The difference with previous studies is that the focus of this research is the location of the research, the type of drug used and the district court decision
