Abstract

Purchasing decisions are one thing that is very influential in a product. Many factors influence purchasing decisions, including green marketing activities, brand image, and store atmosphere. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of green marketing, brand image, and store atmosphere both simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions at Arei Adventure Store Surabaya 3. Data collection used was a questionnaire. The research method employed a random sample of 101 people. The analytical method mobilized was SPSS 24. The results of this study indicated that the independent variables simultaneously influence the dependent variable. This was evidenced from the significance value of 0,000 or less than 0.05 and F count = 27.791 while the F value was obtained at 2.70. Thus F count 27.791> F table 2.70. However, partially the green marketing variable was not significant to the purchase decision because the test results showed the value of t count = 1.425 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the influence of capital structure, profitability ratio and liquidity ratio on share prices (studies on manufacturing companies in southeast asia) 2017-2019. The sample used was 15 manufacturing companies with purposive sampling method. This research used quantitatif approach. The data collection techniques used are documentation in the form of secondary data and library research. The analysis of this research uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study are the capital structure, liquidity ratio and rentability ratio have a significant positive effect on stock prices simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

Permasalahan sumber daya air terjadi di wilayah Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Banyaknya industri dan indikasi terjadinya intrusi air laut di berbagai daerah membuat Kabupaten Sidoarjo mengalami ancaman permasalahan air bersih yang cukup serius. Untuk itu pemerintah berupaya membentuk komunitas yaitu Himpunan Penduduk Pengguna Air Minum (HIPPAM) yang merupakan wadah bagi masyarakat dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada warga dari kekurangan dan keterbatasan terhadap air minum/air bersih. Permasalahan utama puluhan HIPPAM yang telah terbentuk di kabupaten Sidoarjo adalah, kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan air bersih yang telah disediakan oleh pemerintah daerah, kurang mampunya masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah dalam menanggung biaya pemasangan sambungan rumah (SR) serta kurang terampilnyapengurus HIPPAM dalam mengelola administrasi organisasi. Program PKM Himpunan Penduduk Pengguna Air Minum (HIPPAM) Desa Balongdowo dan Desa Putat Kecamatan Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur menawarkan solusi yang diharapkan dapat dilaksanakan oleh mitra kegiatan, yaitu warga desa Balongdowo dan desa Putat. Adapun metode pelaksanaannya adalah: pertama memberikan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya pemanfaatan air bersih untuk kehidupan sehari- hari, kedua memberikan sebuah metode penjernihan air dan ketiga dengan memberikan pelatihan manajemen pengelolaan HIPPAM sebagaimana layaknya sebuah lembaga yang dapat memberi keuntungan dan masukan bagi kas desa. Program ini juga bertujuan membantu masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah untuk mendapatkan sambungan rumah dari sumber air HIPPAM, serta melaksanakan pemantauan terhadap air HIPPAM desa Balongdowo dan desa Putat yang berasal dari sumur artesis, baik dalamsegi kualitas maupun kuantitasnya. Dari program ini juga diharapkan pengurus dapat mengelola organisasi HIPPAM dengan baik dan profesional.

Abstract

Although the leader of the Society’s Eye Hospital, East Java has the characteristics of spiritual leadership as in the dimensions of spiritual leadership developed by Fry (2003) including vision, hope / faith, and altruistic love, however the level of employee turn over is still high. To address this problem, the research is using a quantitative causality approach and SEM PLS model as the data analysis technique used. The result of the research shows that there is a significant positive influence on spiritual leadership towards the organizational culture. A significant positive influence of organizational culture also seen on employee’s loyalty, and there is a positive but insignificant influence of spiritual leadership on employee’s loyalty.

Abstract

A company's health assessment can be done by analyzing the financial statements to Determine the performance of its finances. One of the analytical tools that can be used is the analysis of financial ratios. This research aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Indosat Tbk. Is reviewed restaurants from the financial ratio analysis. The methods used are the data analysis using descriptive qualitative measurements liquidity ratio, solvency, profitability, and activity. The results Showed that the financial performance of PT. Indosat Tbk. Based on the overall liquidity ratio of the company in a good condition (liquid). The overall solvency ratio of the company is said to be solvable or in good condition to guarantee its debts. The company's profitability ratio is at a less than good position (inefficient). While at the ratio of its activity the company is said to be less efficient.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Effect of Education and Work Experience on Work Motivation and Job Performance in J TRUST BANK Branch Office Surabaya. The result showed that education has positive and significant effect on work motivation, seen from t count (3,866) > value of t table (1,682), it can be said that there is a partially significant influence from educational variable to work motivation in J TRUST BANK branch in Surabaya amounting to 46,1%. Work experience has a positive and significant effect to work motivation, seen from t count (3,150)> from t table (1,682), it can be said that there is a partially significant influence from work experience variable to work motivation in J TRUST BANK branch in Surabaya which equal to 37,5%. Education has a positive and significant effect to work performance, seen from t count (2,764) > from t table (1,682), it can be concluded that there is a partially significant influence from educational variable to achievement of work atJ TRUST BANK Branch in Surabaya at 35.7%.

Abstract

In order to survive within the industry, small-medium scale contractors are required to be adaptive. However, many obstacles have been experienced by this group to deal with. The term of survive can be interpreted by doing continuous innovation. This research was conducted to investigate the innovation issues related which possibly could triggering or canceling the innovation within small-medium scale contractors. Literature study was conducted as a primary and followed by a field research using questioners. From the research it was found that the main motivation and orientation within innovation processes was the competitiveness among the group of contractors and followed by the attempt to respond the recently industry environment. However, they tend to avoid the change in their business concept. Finally, the availability in source of funding was highlighted as the main factor which might brough innovation initiative successful.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Earning Per Share to stock prices of Banking Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2013-2016. This study analyzes the profitability ratios of financial statements of banking companies and their impact on stock prices. Method, The population of this research is Banking Companies listed in IDX during 2013-2016. Samples used are as many as 10 Banking companies with purposive sampling technique to determine the sample based on certain criteria. The analytical technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The data is financial statements downloaded from Indonesia Stock Exchange website and tested with SPSS 18 application. Result, Result of this study is that the performance of Indonesian banking is influenced by Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), which have a significant influence on Stock Price, however Earning Per Share (EPS) has no significant effect on Stock Price. The findings of this study are banking companies that go public in Indonesia, their Stock Price is determined by the value of ROA and ROE and this will assist to provide useful information to other researchers, investors and banking companies
