Abstract

Al-Banjari music has become a highly popular art form among students at Pondok Kampung Gunung Bakti in Cihanjawar Village, Bojong District, Purwakarta Regency, especially at the Ar-Roudotussibyan Islamic Boarding School. Al-Banjari is often used as an accompaniment in activities such as reading al-barzanji, circumcision, wedding, or the birthday of Prophet Muhammad. However, the lack of understanding and skills in innovating rhythms and melodies make al-Banjari less effective and rarely used as an accompaniment. This problem is caused by the lack of special training accompanied by those who master the art of al-Banjari. The objective of this community service is to improve the understanding and creativity of students in using al-Banjari musical instrument and to increase their enthusiasm in routine activities such as reading al-barzanji at the Ar-Roudotussibyan Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this community service is special training and mentoring in playing the al-Banjari musical instrument. The training is conducted using appropriate teaching techniques to improve the understanding and skills of the students in playing the musical instrument. The al-Banjari training carried out in the community service activities at the Ar-Roudotussibyan Islamic Boarding School in 2023 succeeded in improving the understanding and skills of the students in using and playing the al-Banjari. In addition, the enthusiasm of the students in routine activities such as reading al-barzanji also increased after the training.

Abstract

Observasi awal di Pondok Pesantren Ar-Roudotussibyan menunjukkan bahwa banyak santri kurang maksimal dalam melafalkan makhraj saat melakukan muroja'ah. Oleh karena itu, pengabdi tertarik untuk mengambil judul peningkatan hafalan juz 30 melalui metode Ummi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hafalan Juz 30 menggunakan metode Ummi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif lapangan (field research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Peningkatan hafalan Juz 30 dengan metode Ummi mengalami peningkatan, (2) Terjadi peningkatan signifikan pada pretest dan posttest dalam segi tajwid, fashohah, dan kelancaran hafalan. Hasil pretest dari segi tajwid berada pada predikat C (cukup) sebesar 62%, sedangkan hasil posttestnya adalah 71% berada pada predikat B (baik). Hasil pretest dari segi fashohah berada pada predikat C (cukup) sebesar 65%, sedangkan hasil posttestnya adalah 76% berada pada predikat B (baik). Hasil pretest dari segi kelancaran hafalan adalah 68% berada pada predikat C (cukup), sedangkan hasil posttestnya adalah 79% berada pada predikat B (baik). (3) Kegiatan hafalan juz 30 melalui metode Ummi dapat diterapkan sebagai program untuk meningkatkan kualitas hafalan para santri.

Abstract

The low reading abilities and skills of children have become an important reason to improve reading literacy among children in Kampung Gunung Bakti Rt 04, Desa Cihanjawar. The low level of education in the community, dominated by graduates of elementary school, is one of the factors causing a lack of awareness among parents in providing guidance to their children about the importance of developing reading habits from an early age. Reading can be a support for achieving educational goals in Indonesia and should be made a routine daily activity. Reading literacy is a process that involves the ability to read, comprehend and analyze various information obtained to solve problems that arise in daily life with the aim of improving the quality of life. This community service aims to improve the reading literacy abilities and skills, with a focus on improving children's reading abilities. The service used a collaborative Participatory Action Research (PAR) design. The author collaborated with the managers of MI Al-Barokah and Rumah Belajar Muttaqin located in Kampung Gunung Bakti Rt 04, Desa Cihanjawar. The research results showed a 60% increase in children's reading abilities. The improvement of reading literacy skills requires support from all parties to further increase the success.

Abstract

Science and technology is one of the things that becomes a reference that the times continue to experience development. Currently, science and technology has experienced many improvements, especially in the world of education. Utilization of science and technology in learning can be used as a medium for delivering learning information effectively and efficiently. One of them is the use of Canva media in the learning process. Which is expected to spur student motivation in learning, especially in PAI subjects. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Canva media on students' learning motivation. This research is a quantitative research with quasy experimental method, pretest-posttest control-group design with data collection using a Likert scale learning motivation questionnaire. The research sample was fifth grade students at SDN Purwamekar consisting of one experimental class and one control class. The results showed that Canva media had a positive effect on increasing students' learning motivation in PAI subjects, especially in the subject matter of Let's Get to Know Rasulullah Ulul Azmi.

Abstract

Adolescents are a vulnerable age group who are prone to engaging in negative behaviors, such as promiscuity. Therefore, it is necessary to provide guidance and empowerment to adolescents to develop their potential and noble character in accordance with the values of the Qur'an and Sunnah. One of the platforms for providing guidance is through the mosque youth, which focuses on mosque activities, Islamic knowledge, education, youth, and skills. The aim of empowering and establishing the mosque youth is to explore the potential of adolescents to realize noble character according to the Qur'an and Sunnah. Through leadership and organizational training, youth are invited to develop themselves and implement programs that have been designed, such as the Muttaqien Learning House. It is hoped that these programs can improve the quality of learning outside of school and become a platform for personal development and youth interest. The empowerment method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which involves adolescents in the decision-making process and implementation of guidance programs. Youth are encouraged to actively participate in leadership and organizational training, as well as designing programs that meet their needs. Through this method, adolescents are expected to become agents of change who are empowered and actively involved in advancing the surrounding environment. The results of the mosque youth empowerment program are the establishment of the Muttaqien Learning House, which improves the quality of learning outside of school. This program is expected to benefit the community, especially students in Gunung Bakti. In addition, mosque youth have also been trained to develop their skills and potential and become leaders who can lead mosque and social activities in the surrounding environment. It is hoped that this guidance and empowerment program for mosque youth will continue and have a significant positive impact on the community. Keywords: Coaching, youth, mosque

Abstract

Abstrak  Kaidah ilmu nahwu mengkaji tentang perubahan akhir kalimat sehingga tatanan bahasa akan menentukan benar atau salah bacaan. Masalah dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah santri belum memahami kaidah ilmu nahwu karena kurang memperhatikan penjelasan guru sehingga santri tidak ada motivasi untuk belajar ilmu nahwu. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode participatory Action Research (PAR) yang merupakan pengabdian yang dilakukan dalam tiga tahap; riset, aksi, dan partisipasi dengan masyarakat. Peningkatan pemahaman nahwu merupakan alat untuk membantu santri dalam aspek membaca dan menulis bahasa Arab. Melalui metode TGT dapat meningkatkan kemampuan santri dalam mempelajari ilmu nahwu, dengan alasan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan metode TGT dapat motivasi santri sehingga santri mendapatkan daya tarik untuk terus menerus belajar kaidah ilmu nahwu. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu santri dalam peningkatan pemahaman nahwu. Hasil dari tes non-objektif dengan uraian bebas, pemahaman nahwu pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam penggunaan metode TGT terdapat peningkatan pada temuan awal yang kriteria baik 20% menjadi 26%, kriteria cukup 34% menjadi 54%, dan kriteria kurang baik 46% menjadi 20%. Berdasarkan hasil yang dicapai dengan menggunakan metode TGT telah berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan santri dalam pembelajaran nahwu, meskipun tidak mencapai 100%.Kata Kunci: Ilmu Nahwu, Metode TGT, PAR

Abstract

Akses terhadap informasi tentang ilmu keislaman memiliki peranan penting di Indonesia, yang mayoritas penduduknya adalah Muslim. Namun, di daerah pinggiran, akses terhadap informasi keislaman masih sulit karena berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah keterbatasan referensi kitab tafsir yang tersedia. Keterbatasan ini seringkali mengakibatkan materi dakwah yang disampaikan tidak berdasarkan referensi yang valid, sehingga berpotensi menyesatkan umat. Tujuan dari proyek pengabdian ini adalah melatih Ustadz muda dalam memanfaatkan Maktabah Syamilah sebagai referensi yang valid dalam memahami ayat-ayat al-Qur'an. Metode pelaksanaan proyek ini melalui beberapa tahapan diantaranya koordinasi dan sosialisasi, pelatihan penggunaan Software Maktabah Syamilah, sesi tanya jawab interaktif, pemberian tugas individu, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta (90%) mampu menginstal Bahasa Arab pada Komputer dan menginstal Software Maktabah Syamilah versi 4.0, meskipun beberapa peserta masih membutuhkan bantuan langsung. Seluruh peserta (100%) memiliki pengetahuan tentang menu dan fitur dalam Maktabah Syamilah serta dapat mencari ayat-ayat atau kata dalam al-Qur'an beserta tafsirnya. Proyek ini menyimpulkan bahwa peserta telah mencapai tingkat keberhasilan yang tinggi dalam memanfaatkan Maktabah Syamilah, namun upaya lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap materi tafsir dengan meningkatkan keterampilan bahasa Arab.

Abstract

In Arabic, there are four maharah that must be mastered, namely maharah istima', kalam, qiroah and kitabah. To master these four skills, effective learning media is needed and in accordance with the times. Unfortunately, many teachers are less creative in using existing media. Learning media has a role as an attractor of attention, curiosity and facilitates the delivery of information to students. This paper discusses Kahoot learning media in the Arabic learning process at Ibnu Sina Al-Qanun Junior High School, Purwakarta. Kahoot is a learning medium in the form of a web-based application for creating quizzes and simple games. Teachers as content creators can add elements in the form of videos, images and text and students can access them via Android. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research with primary data sources in the form of interviews and questionnaires to students and related parties as well as secondary observation data. Data collection techniques use documentary methods. Meanwhile, data analysis uses qualitative analysis. The results showed that Kahoot learning media can improve students' Arabic language skills at Ibnu Sina Al-Qanun Junior High School, Purwakarta. The purpose of this study is to make teachers more creative in utilizing learning media to create an efficient and more enjoyable learning process.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an adalah wahyu Allah yang diturunkan pada Nabi Muhammad saw. Dengan proses berangsur-angsur serta merupakan kitab terakhir yang berasal dari samawi. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam Al-Qur’an adalah bahasa Arab. Hal ini dikarenakan masyarakat yang pertama kali Rasul berdakwah menggunakan bahasa Arab. Dikarenakan bahasa yang digunakan dalam Al-Qur’an adalah bahasa Arab, tidak sedikit orang yang terjebak dalam memahami makna-makna yang terkandung dalam Al-Qur’an. Kajian makna dikenal dengan ilmu dilalah dan dalam kajian bahasa Arab terdiri dari kajian homonim,  antonim,  polisemi, ambiguitas dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis polisemi kata Rasyada yang terkandung dalam Al-Qur’an. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-kualitatif. Data yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini berupa kumpulan polisemi kata Rasyada dalam Al-Qur’an. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa polisemi kata Rasyada dalam Al-Qur’an berjumlah 19 kata yang mempunyai beragam makna. Adapun makna yang sering muncul adalah petunjuk.
