Abstract

This study describes the Modification of Physical Education and Health Learning at SDIT Adzkia 1 Padang. This study aims to integrate learning between physical education and health (Penjasorkes). These modifications are limited to Tools and Rules. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, in which this research looks at the percentage of ratings from the research analysis. The population and sample in this study were all 256 students of SDIT Adzkia 1 Padang. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling, namely there are certain considerations, therefore the selected sample is 20 people. The research instrument used a research questionnaire using a Likert Scale. The results of data processing from Modification of tools with a high percentage are Alternative answers 5 (Strongly agree) with a total percentage of 49.95%. Based on these results, the Modification of Physical Education Learning at SDIT Adzkia 1 Padang is in the Enough category. Then, the results of data processing from Modification of Regulations in Alternative answer 5 (Strongly agree) with a total percentage of 49%. Based on these results, the Modification of Physical Education Learning at SDIT Adzkia 1 Padang is also in the Enough category.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini berawal dari rendahnya keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas V SDN 05 Sawahan Kota Padang.Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa dengan model Concept Sentence di kelas V SDN 05 Sawahan Kota Padang. Jenis penulisan ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK).Peningkatan ini dapat dilihat dari: Pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada aspek guru pada siklus I adalah 66,6% dan pada siklus II adalah 95,8%. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada aspek siswa pada siklus I adalah 60% dan pada siklus II adalah 95%. Pada penilaian siswa yaitu prabaca siklus I adalah 65,7% dan pada siklus II adalah 92,5%. Saat baca  siklus I adalah 62,5% dan pada siklus II 89,6%. Pascabaca siklus I adalah 68,2% pada siklus II 94,8%. Dengan kesimpulan bahwa: keterampilan membaca untuk pemahaman siswa dengan menggunakan model Concept Sentence adanya peningkatan di kelas V SDN 05 Sawahan Kota Padang.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low student learning outcomes in science learning. The difficulty can be seen from the lack of use of media in learning activities. Based on this, the researchers took the initiative to test a teaching aid media to improve student learning outcomes. The design of this study uses a Quasi Experimental Design with a design form Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were fifth grade students at SDIT Adzkia II Padang, for the 2022/2023 academic year, with a total of 64 students. Sampling used probability sampling technique with Saturated Sampling method, which resulted in class V Thoif 1 as the experimental class, class V Thoif 2 as the control class. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with the t-test method, the data value tcount = 2.6772 with a difficulty level of 5% with the test criteria if tcount > ttable then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Where the number of test takers in the experimental class was 32 students with an average of 74.0 while in the control class the number of test takers was 32 students with an average of 62.3. The standard deviation of the experimental class (S=15.6) is greater than the standard deviation of the experimental class 2 (S=20.5). The acquisition of the t-test value is tcount=2.6771and ttable = 1.999. The results showed There is an effect of the use of media power point on student learning outcomes in science material in the experimental class is better than student learning outcomes in science material in the control class SDIT Adzkia II Padang.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and measure the effectiveness of implementing positive discipline in the school environment through values-based leadership policies. The research method used is quantitative by collecting numerical data through surveys and statistical analysis. Research respondents were students and teaching staff from schools that implemented positive discipline policies. The research variables involved measuring the level of implementation of positive discipline, students' perceptions of the effectiveness of the policy, and its impact on the learning environment. The research instrument is a questionnaire developed based on the concepts of positive discipline and values-based leadership. The results of data analysis will provide an overview of the extent to which values-based leadership policies can create positive discipline in schools. It is hoped that the implications of this research finding can contribute to the development of effective leadership models to create a conducive learning environment and support students' positive development. This research can also be a reference for schools, educational policy makers, and future researchers who are interested in developing positive discipline in the world of education.

Abstract

Leadership is a process used to influence, direct, and nurture others to achieve goals that we want to achieve together. The objectives of educational leadership in schools consist of: improving the quality of the process of student learning outcomes continuously, the availability of a school vision, the coordination of school residents in realizing the vision, the optimal empowerment of teachers, the development of teachers' careers and the high performance of the school. Leadership in education not only influences student outcomes, but also shapes the culture, values, and future direction of the education system. This study aims to find out the role of leaders and leadership styles in education. The methods used in this study are qualitative research which includes literature studies, and documentaries.

Abstract

For students of the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program, Physical Education, Sports and Health Learning is very important in maintaining physical health as well as completing learning goals. The command-learning paradigm that accentuates the teacher has total dominance in the learning process is believed to be suitable for this circumstance. This study is conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of command learning paradigm on students’ learning results and excellent physical fitness in Sports lessons courses. This method of research analyses dedicated literative review by going through different related studies published in national as well as international journals. The article analyzed in the review is within the themes of command learning model, physical fitness and learning outcomes in Sports lessons learning. The data were analyzed in a descriptive way to identify possible relationships between the variables studied. The experimental results presented prove the beneficial effects of the command learning model on students’ physical fitness, which are mainly embodied in cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength and flexibility. Furthermore, student learning outcomes also increase effectively, especially in mastering material concept and Sports lessons motor skills. Next, the model is followed by an enormous amount of variable, such as quality and availability of teachers, learner conditions and social environment. This study concludes the command learning model is good or effective to enhance the physical fitness and learning outcomes of Elementary School Teacher Education students in Physical Education subjects. But teachers also have to be mindful of coming up with ways to keep interest and motivation in the long term. Formulation of an adaptive, individualized learning model requires additional research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Studi Kasus Kepemimpinan Dalam Konteks Global. Metode penelitian ini menggunkana studi kepustakaan yang melibatkan pendalaman, pengolahan, dan pengidentifikasian pengetahuan dari berbagai sumber literatur seperti bacaan, karya referensi, atau hasil penelitian lainnya yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang akan diteliti. Dari penelitian ini dapat dihasilkan bahwa kepemimpinan global adalah mereka yang memahami kompleksitas dinamika internasional dan mampu mengelola perbedaan buda, ekonomi dan politik dengan bijaksana. Keterampilan seorang pemimpin global, yaitu: 1) berpikir secara global, 2) menghargai keragaman budaya, 3) mengembangkan teknologi pintar, 4) membangun kemitraan dan aliansi, serta dan 5) berbagi ilmu tentang kepemimpinan. Dengan itu dibutuhkan kompetensi kepemimpinan yaitu kemampuan beradaptasi, membina kerja tim, menciptakan komunikasi terbuka, dan membangun hubungan. Dengan bebrapa studi kasus yang di bahas pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan global memerlukan pemahaman budaya, adaptasi, empati, keterbukaan, dan kepekaan budaya untuk membangun hubungan efektif. Pemimpin juga harus memiliki visi strategis, memanfaatkan teknologi, dan mendukung perubahan. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Global, Studi Kasus, Keterampilan dan Kompetensi.

Abstract

The integration of digital media in elementary education has gained increasing attention, yet empirical evidence on the specific effects of educational video on student interest and learning outcomes in Social Studies remains limited. This study aimed to examine the effect of educational video media use on learning interest and Social Studies learning outcomes among fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 67/III Lubuk Paku. A quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group was employed, involving 40 students divided into experimental and control groups of 20 each. Data were collected through pre-tests, post-tests, and a learning interest questionnaire, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent-samples t-tests, and descriptive categorical analysis of learning interest scores. Results indicated that students in the experimental group achieved a significantly higher mean post-test score (82.50) than those in the control group (68.15), with a statistically significant difference (t = 5.847, p = 0.000, less than 0.001). Learning interest in the experimental group was categorized as very high (mean score 78.40 out of 80; 97.5%), as measured using a four-point Likert questionnaire and analyzed using a descriptive-categorical classification. These findings confirm that educational video media effectively enhances both student interest and Social Studies achievement in the rural elementary classroom context, and suggest that its integration into regular IPS instruction represents a practically viable and theoretically grounded strategy for improving learning quality in resource-constrained Indonesian schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya permasalahan yang ditemukan dikelas V SDN 15 Tabing Kecamatan Bonjol Kabupaten Pasaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) terhadap pemahaman konsep dan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas II SD Negeri 15 Tabing Kecamatan Bonjol Kabupaten Pasaman. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain Two-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas II SD Negeri 15 Tabing yang berjumlah 44 orang. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan LKPD berbasis RME dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket pemahaman konsep dan tes hasil belajar matematika yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji MANOVA untuk melihat pengaruh LKPD berbasis RME. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan LKPD berbasis RME berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemahaman konsep dan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Siswa yang belajar dengan LKPD berbasis RME menunjukkan kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam memahami konsep dan menyelesaikan permasalahan kontekstual dibandingkan siswa yang belajar dengan metode konvensional. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari perhitungan menggunakan Uji MANOVA diperoleh tingkat signivikansi 0,000<0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD berbasis Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas II SD.

Abstract

Motor skills are the foundation for early childhood development, playing an active role in learning readiness, health, and behavior. However, changes in lifestyle have made children increasingly dependent on digital technology, leading to reduced outdoor play time. This situation impacts children's opportunities to develop coordination, muscle strength, and body balance. This study aims to review, analyze, and identify the extent to which outdoor play activities contribute to early childhood motor skills. A systematic review method was used with PRISMA guidelines. Eight articles met the inclusion criteria from the Scopus, PubMed, and ScienceDirect search platforms. The review findings conveyed that outdoor play activities improve children's balance, body coordination, and motor skills. This positive impact is supported by factors such as activity duration, play environment, and parents. This study shows that outdoor play activities are an effective experience-based educational strategy to promote motor development and the overall well-being of early childhood children.
