Abstract

Supaya tidak terjadi ketimpangan sosial, maka sangat dibutuhkan transformasi nilai-nilai Islam yaitu melakukan proses pemberdayaan dan pembebasan umat terutama pada kaum dhu’afa dari berbagai bentuk eksploitasi baik pada level individual maupun struktural. Dengan kata lain, mereka yang benar-benar bertauhid, seyogyanyalah selalu peka dan terpanggil kesadarannya untuk memerdekakan, mem-bebaskan, dan memberdayakan umat manusia dari segala macam eksploitasi yang membuat kehidupan ini menjadi nista, sekaligus jangan sampai terjangkiti penyakit yang menghancurkan hakikat kemanusiaan ini

Abstract

Stunting merupakan suatu kondisi di mana seorang anak mempunyai tinggi badan di bawah rata- rata, yaitu lebih rendah dua standar deviasi dari usianya pada grafik pertumbuhan standar. Kondisi tersebut merupakan bentuk kegagalan pertumbuhan anak yang ditandai dengan perawakan pendek. Tetapi perlu di ingat bahwasannya stunting ini bisa sama-sama kita cegah dan atasi secara bersama sama. Untuk mendukung percepatan penurunan angka stunting di Indonesia khususnya di Desa Maredan, Mahasiswa melakukan kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata kepada Masyarakat di Desa Maredan Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak. Bentuk kegiatan berupa Seminar dalam bentuk Sosialisasi tentang stunting kepada masyarakat dengan melibatkan pihak Puskesmas Kecamatan Tualang. Kegiatan sosialisasi tentang stunting saat ini sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat, berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara banyak masyarakat khususnya di Desa Maredan belum mengetahui tentang stunting. Pemerintah Kabupaten Siak sudah membuat kebijakan berupa Peraturan Bupati untuk pencegahan dan penanganan stunting namun belum melibatkan Perguruan Tinggi. Pemerintah Kabupaten Siak masih perlu menambah tenaga kesehatan dan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan serta melibatkan stakeholder khususnya kepada Perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Kabupaten Siak untuk bersinergi dalam menurunkan angka stunting dalam bentuk pencegahan dan penanganan stunting.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis model komunikasi unsur pimpinan dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru dan pegawai, kondisi objektif motivasi kerja guru dan pegawai, serta apa saja faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat model komunikasi pimpinan dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru dan pegawai. Secara metodologis, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Temuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kota Tebing Tinggi memiliki 14 orang guru berstatus PNS, 24 orang guru berstatus Non-PNS, 5 orang pegawai Staff Tata Usaha, masing-masing 1 orang sebagai Pustakawan, sebagai Satpam, Penjaga Malam dan Petugas Kebersihan. Sedangkan temuan khusus dalam penelitian ini adalah Model komunikasi yang diterapkan pimpinan dengan memiliki cara tersendiri, pada saat melangsungkan kegiatan apel bersama barulah berlangsung pemaparan terkait langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja. Faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat model komunikasi pimpinan dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru dan pegawai terletak pada pesan yang diterima oleh pegawai terkadang maksud dan tujuannya tidaklah mudah diterjemahkan. Persepsi ini timbul karena kekeliruan dalam menginterpretasikan isi pesan, yang terkadang sering menghambat kinerja para pegawai. Serta kecenderungan guru dan pegawai yang sedikit untuk menyembunyikan perasaan dan pikiran.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to find out the media management of the Muhammadiyah Branch Leaders in instilling moral values in children in Sigambal, Rantau Selatan District, Labuhanbatu Regency. This research is a research that uses qualitative descriptive research methods that are directed at symptoms, facts, or events regarding certain characteristics, populations, or areas in a systematic and accurate manner. From the results of this study it was revealed that, instilling good moral values in children was carried out using film or video media (watching together). Watching Together (NOBAR) is an activity of watching a show together in an association or group, a place that is used freely, such as at home, at school, or in a cinema. The findings of this study prove that media management carried out by the Sigambal Muhammadiyah Branch Manager, Rantau Selatan District, Labuhanbatu Regency has a very large positive impact on the surrounding community, in shaping good behavior in children in the current era of globalization. Film or video media (watching together) is the media used by the Sigambal Muhammadiyah Branch Manager, South Rantau District, Labuhanbatu Regency in instilling moral values and drawing the focus of children's attention to participate actively in the formation of good behavior. This research also hopes that children will be motivated and always to behave and behave well in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the media management of the National Amil Zakat Agency in attracting muzakis in Labuhanbatu Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in the field (field research). This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources. In data collection techniques, this study used semi-structured interviews and observations, then the data obtained was analyzed through the reduction stage, presented then concluded, the aim is to make systematic research so that it makes it easier for readers to understand the intent and purpose of this research. The results of this study indicate that the media management of the National Amil Zakat Agency in attracting muzakis in Labuhanbatu Regency is by taking strategic steps through the planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring stages which are then connected to the communication activities of the National Amil Zakat Agency through the media. In alleviating poverty, the involvement of muzaki is needed, this is a step to help each other. In this activity, a series of stimuli is needed to influence muzaki so that their interest in zakat increases, the communication activities carried out by the National Amil Zakat Agency are based on the suitability between the message and the response. As for ongoing communication efforts to stimulate muzaki, the National Amil Zakat Agency uses media in the form of Instagram and the Baznaslabuhanbatu.go.id website.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the caregiver's leadership style in preventing disputes between female students at the Mawaridussalam Islamic Boarding School, Dli Serdang Regency. This research used a descriptive qualitative method which was carried out through field research. Data collection techniques in this study used semi-structured interviews and observation. The research data is based on primary data sources and secondary data sources. The technique of data analysis in this study is by doing data reduction, presenting data, then making conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style carried by caregivers at the Al Mawaridussalam Islamic Boarding School greatly determines the condition of female students, therefore caregivers play a very significant role in preventing disputes between female students. The leadership style of caregivers at the Al Mawaridussalam Islamic Boarding School links the concept of management in preventing disputes between female students at the Al Mawaridussalam Islamic Boarding School, Deli Serdang Regency, namely the caregiver regulates the course of moderation between female students by thinking about planning, namely the caregiver creates a series of concepts that aim to prevent female students from discord. In this case the caregiver leads the female students to engage in collaboration on certain activities in order to create friendship.

Abstract

Da’wah is an obligation for followers of Islam, whose purpose is to spread the teachings of Islam and build an Islamic society. Da''wah, Tabligh, Taghyir, amar ma''ruf nahi munkar, and morals—even the Qur''an says that the best ummah is to do ''amar ma''ruf nahi munkar. Even the Qur''an lists the ethics of da''wah contained in Surah An-Nahal verse 125, which starts from bil-hikmah, mau''izho hasanah, and wajadilhu billati hiya ahsan. In delivering dawah, someone needs a pattern of da''wah in his delivery, including Ulama, and the Ulama referred to here are Ulama from among Sufis, where we know the first preachers who preached in Indonesia were mostly from among Sufi Ulama and had an influence on the entry of Islam into Indonesia by peaceful means. So researchers get some problems about how the pattern of da''wah in Barus which became the location of the first time this Sufi Ulama spread Islam in Indonesia, as we know, the pattern of da''wah of Sufi Ulama is the basic pillar of spreading Islam without violence, running peacefully. This research is focused on the historical study of the History of the Development of Da''wah in Sufi Ulema. Spreading Islam in Barus requires a historical approach.he method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and library research, namely problem-solving procedures that are investigated by describing the state of the subject or object in the study, which can be people, institutions, society, and others who are currently based on facts that appear or as they are, and collecting data on a number of works of other figures and writers related to the topic of discussion. Da''wah is a definite part of the lives of religious people. In the teachings of Islam, it is an obligation imposed by the religion on its adherents, both those who have embraced it and those who have not. Thus, da''wah does not merely arise from individuals or groups, although at least there must be a group that does it. In delivering da''wah, the Prophet, on the one hand, faced very severe challenges but, on the other hand, found a positive response from various circles, especially weak people.

Abstract

This journal discusses Sexist Humor in Students of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra Class of 2019-2020 According to an Islamic Communication Perspective, the purpose of this research is to find out the forms of sexist humor that exist in the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication of UINSU Class of 2019- 2020 and to find out the perspective of Islamic communication on sexist humor. This type of research method is a field with qualitative data analysis using descriptive research methods aiming to obtain an in-depth description of the data. Data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. In this study, the informants were students from the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication from the study program Islamic Communication and Broadcasting, Da'wah Management, Islamic Counseling Guidance, and Islamic Community Development. The results of this study provide answers to the problems that have been formulated, as follows: the forms of sexist humor that are accepted are body shaming in the form of joking alluding to physical problems such as body shape that looks fat and thin, tall and short, regarding skin color, and regarding appearance face. Meanwhile, apart from body shaming, bullying also comes from the accepted form of sexist humor, in the form of bullying men who have body gestures like women's, this is done when hanging out with friends. When receiving this action, many of the recipients decided to be silent and did not respond more for fear of spoiling the atmosphere and ignoring the action because they did not want to fight. However, the rate of occurrence of sexist humor at the 2019-2020 UINSU Faculty of Da'wah and Communication is still low because many people realize that this action is a bad act. In the perspective of Islamic communication towards sexist humor, of course this action is very inconsistent with Islamic communication.

Shopee has launched many features to help consumers meet their needs more easily and quickly, different from buying offline or buying directly at the store. Startups like Shopee with a target market of millennials or people with busy jobs who do not have time to shop in person, this marketing strategy has had a very good impact on the sales curve of many stores. recorded on this single application. Judging from the media network data, Shopee is really the most downloaded application by the public because of the attractive features it brings, which is also one of the company's marketing tactics in the form of an organization. . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pelayanan yang dilakukan PT. Ameera Mekkah dalam meningkatkan minat calon jamaah haji dan umroh. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang menyediakan penelitian dalam bentuk deskriptif. Data diambil dari wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti. Teknik pengabsahan data terdiri dari tiga macam yaituTriangulasi sumber, Triangulasi teknik, Triangulasi waktu.Adapun teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik induktif yaitu dengan cara reduksi data,penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pelayanan yang di gunakan PT. Ameera Mekkah Travel ini adalah dengan menerapkan fungsi manajemen yang meliputi: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan. Perencanaan PT. Ameera Mekkah travel dapat meningkatkan penjualan dengan menargetkan minimal 6.000 jamaah pertahun. Pengorganisasian pada travel ini adalah saling terkait antara satu divisi dengan divisi lainnya dan setiap divisi bertanggungjawab kepada General Manager. Pengawasan di PT. Ameera Mekkah Travel ini dilakukan oleh Komisaris PT. Ameera Mekkah travel dengan cara pengawasan secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Pelayanan yang diberikan PT. Global Inspira Indonesia meliputi pendaftaran, komsumsi, kesehatan, transportasi dan penginapan. Manajemen yang diterapkan oleh PT. Ameera Mekkah ini tidak terlepas dari kerjasama dengan Kemneterian Agama untuk meningkatkan kualitas penyelenggara ibadah haji dan umroh disetiap provinsi. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Pelayanan, Jamaah, Haji dan Umroh ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the service management carried out by PT. Ameera Mecca in increasing the interest of prospective pilgrims and Umrah. This research is a field research (field research) using a type of qualitative research that provides research in a descriptive form. Data taken from interviews and observations conducted by researchers. Data validation techniques consist of three types, namely source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The data analysis technique in this study used an inductive technique, namely by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the service management used by PT. Ameera Mecca Travel is by implementing management functions which include: planning, organizing, directing, and supervising. Planning PT. Ameera Mecca travel can increase sales by targeting a minimum of 6,000 pilgrims per year. The organization of this travel is interrelated between one division and another and each division is responsible to the General Manager. Supervision at PT. Ameera Mecca Travel was carried out by the Commissioner of PT. Ameera Mecca travel by way of direct and indirect supervision. Services provided by PT. Global Inspira Indonesia includes registration, consumption, health, transportation and lodging. Management implemented by PT. Ameera Mecca is inseparable from the collaboration with the Ministry of Religion to improve the quality of Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage organizers in each province.
