Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuan anak usia 5-8 tahun dalam membaca, menulis dan berhitung kepada anak-anak di Jalan Ampera I, Kecamatan Sei Sikambing pada masa pandemi seperti ini. Karena pada masa ini anak-anak jarang sekali memegang buku dan pensil dikarenakan terfokusnya pada handphone atau smartphone. Kami sebagai mahasiswa mengajak masyarakat setempat untuk saling bertukar pikiran dengan menciptakan program Calistung. Menggunakan metode belajar sambil bermain membuat anak-anak di desa ini tertarik mengikuti pengajarannya. Pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan menerapkan program kesehatan yang sangat ketat.

Abstract

Orphans need support and attention more from stakeholders in order to improve their life skill. Some training and workshop should be conducted such as English and Computer. Bani Adam orphanage is one of the left behind orphanage in Medan which has insufficient facilities for the education of the orphans. They also rarely accepted any program that create the orphans capacities. This community service aim to increase the English skill of the orphans especially English for office to encourage the orphans gain better understanding in English for office.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the coaching strategy in improving the preaching of students at the Babul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School Batang Lubu Sutam district. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This research is a type of field research (field research) and literature (library research). Primary data sources were taken using data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations in addition to secondary data as supporting data obtained indirectly. The data that has been collected by the researcher is then analyzed using techniques in the form of data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that at the Babul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School, there are a series of activities that refer to improving the quality of students, both in terms of religion and their abilities. Da’wah coaching strategies carried out by pesantren through formal and non-formal activitiesby conducting a coaching that links a series of strategies, in order to achieve the desired goals. The coaching is stimulus in nature, namely the teacher designs special actions, implements them through a communication approach with the aim of influencing students. The coaching process that is carried out also includes the comfort of the students at the Babul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School, with these actions it is hoped that it can improve the students' preaching abilities at the Babul Hasanah Islamic Boarding school.

Abstract

Improvement of student skills can be pursued one of them with practicum activities. Journalism practicum can help students acquire the skills needed by the media industry, such as skills as journalists, editors and layouters. However, from its inception the UINSU KPI Study Program never had a laboratory, especially for online journalism courses. Therefore, the aim of this research is to design a virtual laboratory in the form of a news portal and online magazine as a practicum facility for KPI UINSU students. This research method is Research and Development which starts from problem identification to the manufacture of the final product in the form of news portals and online magazines. The results showed that the design of this virtual laboratory was feasible according to experts and received a positive response from students where most of the students stated that this virtual laboratory helped them to practice journalism needed in the media industry.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze Arabic material on the tik tok account @kursusarabalazhar, which includes vocabulary, sharaf, and nahwu material in terms of content feasibility, design, and presentation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to the type of literature study. Primary data sources come from the tik tok account @kursusarabalazhar, and secondary data sources come from books, journals, and related literature. Methods of data collection using documentation and literature study and data analysis techniques using content analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the vocabulary displayed in this account is in 2 ways, namely first, using pamphlets, which get excellent ratings from the aspects of content and design feasibility, fair value on the feasibility of presentation and language, and second, through conversation, which get excellent ratings from all aspect. Sharaf's material received a good feasibility assessment from the feasibility aspect of the content and design, a low score on the presentation aspect, and an adequate score from the language aspect. The nahwu material received good ratings from the feasibility aspects of content and design, fewer scores from the presentation, and sufficient scores from the language aspect. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis materi bahasa Arab pada akun tik tok @kursusarabalazhar yang meliputi materi kosakata, sharaf dan nahwu dari segi kelayakan isi, desain dan penyajian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis studi kepustakaan. Sumber data primer bersumber dari akun tik tok @kursusarabalazhar dan sumber data sekunder bersumber dari buku, jurnal dan literatur terkait. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan studi pustaka dan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa kosakata yang ditampilkan dalam akun ini melalui 2 cara yaitu pertama menggunakan pamflet, yang mendapatkan penilaian sangat baik dari aspek kelayakan isi dan desain, nilai cukup pada kelayakan penyajian dan bahasa dan kedua melalui percakapan, yang mendapatkan penilaian sangat baik dari semua aspek. Materi sharaf mendapatkan penilaian kelayakan baik dari aspek kelayakan isi dan desain, nilai kurang pada aspek penyajian dan nilai cukup dari aspek bahasa. Materi nahwu yang mendapatkan penilaian baik dari aspek kelayakan isi dan desain, nilai kurang dari aspek penyajian dan nilai cukup dari aspek bahasa.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the dynamics of communication implementation by the Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance, Ministry of Religion, in the management of mosques in Kisaran City. Based on the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number DJ.II/802 of 2014 concerning Mosque Management Development Standards This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This research data was obtained from two main sources: primary data and secondary data. Primary data comes from a collection of data obtained directly through observations of natural phenomena in the research object. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained through supporting information obtained indirectly, especially from literature and documents that are relevant to the research context. Data collection in this research used non-participant observation techniques. The data obtained will then be processed and analyzed through a process of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of communication by the Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance (Bimas Islam) of the Ministry of Religion plays a central role in maintaining and enhancing the strategic role of mosques as centers of religious and social activities in Kisaran City. This implementation process involves establishing conceptual understanding, introducing policies, continuous reporting and evaluation, providing incentives, cultural adaptation, and collaboration with various related entities. Effective communication plays a role in overcoming challenges, ensuring sustainable mosque management, and accelerating the achievement of mosque management development standards. This allows the mosque to continue to play a central role as a center for religious and social activities that contribute to the sustainable development of the Muslim community in Kisaran City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pembentukan generasi berkarakter Qur'ani di Desa Bandar Masilam Kabupaten Simalungun. Metode penelitian yang dipakai ialah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisa teks. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa Generasi Qur’ani di bentuk melalui pendidikan yang sifatnya formal dan non formal. Dalam bentuk formal yaitu dengan memberi pendidikan seperti Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) dan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS). Sementara dalam bentuk non formal yaitu dengan program maghrib mengaji. Namun, terdapat hambatan-hambatan yang menghambat pemberdayaan, seperti kurangnya peran orang tua dalam mendidik anak, keterbatasan akses terhadap pendidikan agama, dan lingkungan yang tidak mendukung. Untuk mengoptimalkan potensi tersebut, dibutuhkan komitmen dan kontribusi dari semua pihak, termasuk orang tua, lembaga pendidikan, dan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Dengan memberi pendidikan yang sifatnya formal dan non formal tersebut akan menciptakan generasi Qur’ani yang memiliki karakter seperti tawadhu, berperilaku baik, berbakti kepada orang tua dan memiliki karakter teman sejati yang tidak hanya memikirkan dunia melainkan juga akhirat. Upaya-upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pembentukan generasi berkarakter Qur'ani harus terus didorong dan didukung agar Desa Bandar Masilam bisa jadi contoh bagi desa-desa lain dalam memajukan peradaban bangsa melalui pembentukan generasi yang unggul secara moral dan spiritual

Abstract

Studying mahārah al-kalām, or Arabic speaking skills, is fundamental to the Arabic department curriculum. Effective instructional communication between teachers and lecturers is crucial for successful learning outcomes. This study utilizes a mixed-method approach combining quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to assess the effectiveness of instructional communication in mahārah al-kalām at Sultan Idris Education University, Malaysia. The findings reveal a high level of effectiveness in instructional communication, with an overall score of 90.36%. The primary factors influencing the effectiveness of instructional communication include the lecturer's credibility, which encompasses expertise, trustworthiness, and attractiveness. This study contributes to the field of Arabic language education by emphasizing the importance of effective instructional communication in enhancing mahārah al-kalām learning outcomes. The results provide valuable insights for Arabic language educators, offering a basis for developing strategies to improve teacher-student interactions. For future research, exploring additional competencies, such as cultural and linguistic aspects, is recommended to achieve a more comprehensive understanding of mahārah al-kalām instruction. By addressing these areas, educators can foster a richer and more effective learning environment, contributing to the overall quality of Arabic language education.

Abstract

Wakaf telah menjadi bagian integral dari budaya dan praktik keagamaan dalam masyarakat Muslim sejak lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran dan filosofi pembiayaan pendidikan melalui sistem wakaf dalam Islam dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan pendekatan kajian Pustaka. Setelah data dianalisis menunjukkan hasil bahwa wakaf telah menjadi sumber pembiayaan penting sejak masa Rasulullah SAW dan masa dinasti-dinasti Islam, dengan digunakan untuk mendirikan sekolah, madrasah, dan universitas serta memberikan beasiswa kepada para siswa. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang wakaf di kalangan masyarakat dan pejabat pemerintah, serta perlunya regulasi yang memadai untuk mengatur pengelolaan dana wakaf. Dalam konteks pendidikan, wakaf tidak hanya berperan sebagai sumber pembiayaan, tetapi juga sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan akses, kualitas, dan keberlanjutan layanan pendidikan.
