Abstract

Penggunaan instagram pada kalangan mahasiswa yang terbilang cukup tinggi diharapkan dapat memberikan semangat baru guna mempelajari hal-hal kreatif yang bisa dilihat dari instagram, namun pada kenyataannya penggunaan instagram secara intens justru mengakibatkan banyaknya mahasiswa yang lebih mementingkan ketenaran dan akan memamerkan kelebihan yang dimiliki untuk mendapatkan pujian-pujian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fear of missing out dan narsisme terhadap adiksi instagram. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 46 mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian Universitas X yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan skala adiksi instagram, fear of missing out, dan narsisme. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS (Statistical Packages for Social Science) versi 26.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan fear of missing out dan narsisme terhadap adiksi instagram dengan nilai F hitung = 5.306 > F tabel = 3.22 dan nilai p = 0.009 serta memiliki kontribusi pengaruh (R2) sebesar 19.8%; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan fear of missing out terhadap adiksi instagram dengan nilai koefisien beta (?) = 0.475, t hitung = 2.822 > t tabel 2.015, dan nilai p = 0.007 (p < 0.05); (3) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan narsisme terhadap adiksi instagram dengan nilai koefisien beta (?) = -0.056, t hitung = -0.332 < t tabel 2.015, dan nilai p = 0.742 (p > 0.05).

Abstract

The Internet is accessible to all age groups, including children. The ease of information obtained through the Internet causes vulnerable children to be exposed to pornographic content. Exposure to pornographic content in children can cause negative impacts both cognitively and behaviorally, one of which is behavior that leads to acts of sexual violence. The establishment of the Change Agent "I'm a Brave Child" is a strategy to disseminate information about the negative impact of pornography and the prevention of sexual violence through peer roles. The methods used in this activity are psychoeducation, role-playing, and the practice of group campaigns. The participants were 12 students who were members of the school health unit. The results of this activity showed an increase in the participants' knowledge and understanding of the dangers of pornography and the prevention of sexual violence. The participants were able to practice campaigning in front of the other students. In addition, the evaluation results showed an understanding among other students regarding the negative impact of pornography and the prevention of sexual violence. It indicates that campaign practices carried out by change agents can help enhance other students' insight into the negative impact of pornography and the prevention of sexual violence.Internet dapat diakses oleh berbagai kelompok usia, termasuk anak-anak. Mudahnya informasi yang didapatkan melalui internet menyebabkan anak rentan terpapar konten pornografi. Paparan terhadap konten pornografi pada anak dapat menyebabkan munculnya dampak negatif secara kognitif maupun perilaku, salah satunya adalah perilaku yang mengarah pada tindak kekerasan seksual. Pembentukan Agen Perubahan “Aku Anak Berani” merupakan upaya untuk menyebarkan infomasi mengenai bahaya pornografi dan pencegahan kekerasan seksual melalui peran teman sebaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah psikoedukasi, bermain peran, dan praktik berkampanye secara berkelompok. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 12 siswa yang merupakan anggota dokter kecil di sekolah. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta mengenai bahaya pornografi dan pencegahan kekerasan seksual. Para peserta mampu melakukan praktik berkampanye kepada siswa lainnya. Selain itu, hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya pemahaman pada siswa lain di luar agen mengenai bahaya pornografi dan pencegahan kekerasan seksual. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa praktik bekampanye yang dilakukan oleh agen perubahan dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa lainnya terkait bahaya pornografi dan pencegahan kekerasan seksual.

Abstract

The success of an organization depends on the quality of the members in it and how they develop it. Members of the Informatics Engineering Student Association (HIMA-TI) STMIK WICIDA Samarinda are known to have difficulties in leadership and public speaking skills, so this affects the quality of the members and hinders organizational success. The purpose of this training is to increase the knowledge and skills of leadership and public speaking of members of HIMA-TI STMIK WICIDA Samarinda in order to increase organizational success. The description of the design and training materials obtained based on this is an experimental research method that uses a direct learning process accompanied by discussions and case studies. There was an increase in the results of the cognitive evaluation of the training participants which showed an increase with a pre-test cognitive evaluation score of 57.58 participants and a post-test cognitive evaluation result of 73.03 percent, so that the increase in understanding of the participants after the training was carried out by 15.45 percent. The scale shows the results of the training that there has been an increase in the knowledge of the training participants regarding leadership and public speaking skills, especially in terms of organization.Keberhasilan sebuah organisasi tergantung pada kualitas anggota di dalamnya dan bagaimana cara mereka mengembangkannya. Anggota Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Informatika (HIMA-TI) STMIK WICIDA Samarinda diketahui memiliki kesulitan dalam kemampuan leadership dan public speaking, sehingga ini berpengaruh pada kualitas para anggota dan menghambat keberhasilan organisai. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan leadership dan public speaking para anggota HIMA-TI STMIK WICIDA Samarinda agar dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan organisasi. Gambaran rancangan dan materi pelatihan didapatkan berdasarkan ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen yang menggunakan proses pembelajaran secara langsung disertai dengan diskusi dan studi kasus. Terjadi peningkatan pada hasil evaluasi kognitif peserta pelatihan yang menunjukkan kenaikan dengan nilai evaluasi kognitif pre- test sebesar 57,58 peser dan hasil evaluasi kognitif post-test sebesar 73,03 persen, sehingga peningkatan pemahaman pada peserta setelah dilakukan pelatihan sebesar 15,45 persen. Skala tersebut menunjukkan hasil pelatihan bahwa terjadi peningkatan terhadap pengetahuan peserta pelatihan mengenai kemampuan leadership dan public speaking terutama dalam hal berorganisasi.

Abstract

The sustainability of early childhood teacher empowerment programs is often hindered by dependence on external facilitators. Building on the success of the first training phase, which developed educational media using local materials at TK Bina Anaprasa Melati, the second phase of this community service program was designed to ensure the dissemination and continuity of innovation through a Tiered Training and Local Instructor Mentoring model. This empowerment initiative employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, a participatory method that links reflection and action for community empowerment, by applying the Gradual Release of Responsibility (GRR) framework. GRR gradually shifted the facilitator’s role from the external team to two selected local instructor candidates. The program involved 21 new early childhood teachers from Cluster V Loa Janan and was conducted at TK A’Sidiq. Data were collected through participatory observation, 360° feedback questionnaires (comprehensive multi-source performance evaluation), interviews, and document analysis. Results indicated a significant improvement in the pedagogical competence of instructor candidates (teaching ability scores increased from 3.2 to 4.5). Training participants expressed highly positive responses (satisfaction score of 4.7/5), and 95% successfully created 3D murals and creative fence dolls. The establishment of an internal replication mechanism, including follow-up training action plans and a sustainable learning media working group, served as a strong indicator of program sustainability. This model proved effective in building community capacity and fostering independence in educational innovation rooted in local wisdom.

Abstract

Organizational change has become an inevitable phenomenon in the public sector, driven by rapid technological advancement, administrative reform, and increasing public demands for efficient and transparent services, requiring not only structural adjustments but also strong individual readiness to ensure successful transformation. This study aims to examine individual readiness for organizational change in public sector organizations by focusing on psychological, organizational, and technological factors that influence such readiness. The research employs a systematic literature review method, analyzing peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2020–2026 in English, covering psychological dimensions such as self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, and resilience; organizational aspects including leadership, culture, and support; and technological elements such as digital competence and literacy. The findings reveal that individual readiness is shaped by the interaction between internal and external factors, where psychological aspects like self-efficacy, perception of change, intrinsic motivation, coping capacity, and adaptability play a critical role, while supportive leadership, effective communication, adaptive organizational culture, and institutional support further strengthen readiness; moreover, the growing integration of digital technologies increases the demand for technical skills, cognitive preparedness, and behavioral acceptance. The study implies that comprehensive change management strategies are essential, emphasizing the strengthening of psychological factors, enhancement of organizational support systems, and development of technological competencies through continuous training, participatory communication, and the cultivation of an adaptive organizational culture to support effective and sustainable public sector transformation.Perubahan organisasi telah menjadi fenomena yang tidak terhindarkan di sektor publik, didorong oleh pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, reformasi administrasi, serta meningkatnya tuntutan masyarakat akan layanan yang efisien dan transparan, sehingga memerlukan tidak hanya penyesuaian struktural tetapi juga kesiapan individu yang kuat untuk memastikan keberhasilan proses transformasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kesiapan individu dalam menghadapi perubahan organisasi di sektor publik dengan menitikberatkan pada faktor psikologis, organisasional, dan teknologi yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review dengan menganalisis artikel jurnal terindeks yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2020–2026 dalam bahasa Inggris, yang mencakup dimensi psikologis seperti self-efficacy, motivasi intrinsik, dan resiliensi; aspek organisasional seperti kepemimpinan, budaya, dan dukungan; serta elemen teknologi seperti kompetensi dan literasi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan individu dibentuk oleh interaksi antara faktor internal dan eksternal, di mana aspek psikologis seperti self-efficacy, persepsi terhadap perubahan, motivasi intrinsik, kapasitas coping, dan kemampuan adaptasi memegang peran penting, sementara kepemimpinan yang suportif, komunikasi yang efektif, budaya organisasi yang adaptif, serta dukungan institusional semakin memperkuat kesiapan tersebut; selain itu, meningkatnya integrasi teknologi digital juga memperbesar tuntutan terhadap keterampilan teknis, kesiapan kognitif, dan penerimaan perilaku individu. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya strategi manajemen perubahan yang komprehensif, dengan menekankan penguatan faktor psikologis, peningkatan sistem dukungan organisasi, serta pengembangan kompetensi teknologi melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, komunikasi partisipatif, dan pembentukan budaya organisasi yang adaptif guna mendukung transformasi sektor publik yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.
