Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect the level of production and horticultural income in Aceh Province. Moreover, some obstacles encountered in the development of agribusiness were analyzed and the relationship of actors in leading horticultural agribusiness development in Aceh was examined. Sample was 81 respondents, consisting of farmers, middlemen, agricultural extensions, community leaders, and researchers. T-test, regression and slices of opinion between the various stakeholders were used in this research. The results showed that horticultural production is influenced by the availability of the means of production and technology, while revenue is affected by the sales price and the cost of marketing. Products linkage appeared to be low due to low farmer access to inputs, high pest and disease, and the low sale price. Linkage between actors was also low due to the high dependence of the upstream actors towards downstream actors, the discontent of upstream actors against the payment system of downstream actors, and distrust of downstream actors towards product quality and continuity. Hence, it is necessary for the improvement of policy development and eradication of pests and assistance the means of production, improved selling prices, product quality, and market information.Keywords: agribusiness development, superior holiticulture, locality and synergicABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat produksi dan pendapatanhortikultura di Provinsi Aceh. Selain itu, juga ditelaah beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan agribisnis serta menelaah keterkaitan pelaku dalam pengembangan agribisnis hortikultura unggulan di Aceh. Sampel berjumlah 81 responden, terdiri atas petani, pedagang perantara, penyuluh  pertanian, tokoh masyarakat, dan peneliti. Uji t, regresi berganda dan irisan pendapat antara berbagai pemangku kepentingan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi hortikultura dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan sarana produksi dan teknologi, sedangkan pendapatan dipengaruhi oleh harga jual dan biaya pemasaran. Keterkaitan produk terlihat rendah disebabkan rendahnya akses petani terhadap sarana produksi, tingginya serangan hama dan penyakit, serta rendahnya harga jual. Keterkaitan antar pelaku juga rendah karena ketergantungan yang tinggi pelaku hulu terhadap pelaku hilir, ketidakpuasan  pelaku hulu terhadap sistem pembayaran pelaku hilir, serta ketidakpercayaan pelaku hilir terhadap kualitas dan kontinuitas produk. Oleh kareba itu, diperlukan kebijakan untuk peningkatan pembinaan dan pemberantasan hama penyakit serta bantuan sarana produksi, perbaikan harga jual, mutu produk, dan informasi pasar.  Kata kunci: pengembangan agribisnis, hortikultura unggulan, lokalitas dan sinergitas

sistem pembagian hasil, menurut Undang-Undang No. 16 Tahun 1964 bahwa nelayan pemilik mendapatkan 60% dan nelayan penggarap mendapat 40% dari sistem bagi hasil. Pendapatan tersebut digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tangga ABK sehingga dapat meningkatkan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga ABK. Adapun indikator dalam melihat kondisi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga dengan mengalikan proporsi pengeluaran pangan terhadap pengeluaran total rumah tangga ABK dengan konsumsi energi rumah tangga ABK. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengetahui besarnya persentase pembagian hasil yang diterapkan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Lampulo antara nelayan pemilik (Tauke Kapal dan Tauke Bangku) dan nelayan penggarap (Kapten Kapal dan ABK) serta bagaimana kondisi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga ABK. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Lampulo Kota Banda Aceh dengan menggunakan metode survei. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk sistem pembagian hasil ialah dengan menggunakan rumus penerimaan total, rumus pendapatan dan persentase pembagian hasil sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan untuk ketahanan pangan ialah menggunakan pengukuran derajat ketahanan pangan dengan mengalikan  proporsi pengeluaran pangan terhadap pengeluaran total rumah tangga ABK dengan konsumsi energi rumah tangga ABK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata persentase pembagian hasil yang diterima nelayan pemilik sebesar 64% dan nelayan penggarap sebesar 36%, sedangkan kondisi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga ABK di Pelabuhan Perikanan Lampulo ialah kategori rawan pangan dengan proporsi pengeluaran pangan sebesar 69% dan konsumsi energi sebesar 61%.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pembagian Hasil, Ketahanan Pangan, Proporsi   Pengeluaran Pangan dan Konsumsi Energi. Abstract - The revenue received in Lampulo Fishing Port based on law no. 16 in 1964 show that the owners get 60% and the smallholders gain 40% of revenue Agrsharing. The income is used to fulfill the household needs of the crews as an effort to boost up their level of food security. The indicator which can be used to determine the food security level is by multiplying the proportion of food expenditure to total expenditure of each crew with energy consumption. This study was conducted to find out the percentage of revenue sharing implemented by Lampulo Fishing Port between fishermen and the boat owners (Tauke Kapal and Tauke Bangku) and smallholders or workers (boat captain and crews) and it is also expected to figure out the household food security of the crews. The study was conducted at Lampulo Fishing Port and for the purpose of data collection, the researcher used survey method. The data then were analyzed using total revenue formula, revenue formula, and revenue sharing percentage. Meanwhile, to analyze food security the researcher used the measurement of the degree of food security by multiplying the proportion of food expenditure to total expenditure of crews’ household with energy consumption of each crew household. The results of the study show that the average percentage of revenue sharing received by the boat owners is 64% and smallholder/ workers is 36%. Furthermore, the level of household food security of the boat crews at Lampulo Fishing Port is categorized as food insecurity with the proportion of food expenditure by 69% and energy consumption by 61%.                                 Keywords: Revenue Sharing Sistem, Food Security, Food Expenditure   Proportion,  and Energy Consumption.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the characteristics of their loan borrowers Aceh Besar in the sector of agribusiness that has bad credit and to determine the factors that cause the bad loans by businesses agribusiness BPR Aceh Besar. The location of this research is in the rural banks (BPR) in Aceh Besar Jln. Banda Aceh Medan KM. 9 NO.5 Lambaro District Ingin Jaya, Aceh Besar district. The object of this research is great Aceh BPR customers who experienced a delay in the repayment of credit, especially in the agri-business customers in this study the effect of non-payment of loan repayments due to several factors including: the age of the borrower, business experience, number of dependents, level of education and business turnover. Results showed characteristics of respondents who experienced bad credit in Aceh Besar BPR average age was 37 years, with a junior high education level graduates, have experience in trading business an average of 12 years and the number of dependents who owned as many as 2 people. Main types of work vegetables and grocery merchants. When viewed from the start of this business is that most of 2009 with the number of 4 and a maximum of 2004 as many as one person. While the results of the analysis showed that age, and level of education has a negative correlation to the occurrence of bad loans, while the level of business experience, business turnover of dependents and have a positive relationship to the causes of bad loans by the merchant in the agribusiness sector. Keywords: Bad Debt, Customer, Agribusiness Sector

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat internasional ini merupakan kolaborasi antara Universitas Syiah Kuala (USK) dan Inholland University Belanda untuk mencari solusi atas permasalahan rantai pasok UMKM peternakan di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Sasaran program meliputi UMKM Kutaraja Aqiqah, sapi potong, ayam potong, dan ayam petelur. Inisiatif ini diprakarsai oleh Program Magister Agribisnis, Magister Ilmu Peternakan, dan PRITP USK, dengan metode berupa penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, dan seminar studi kasus dari Indonesia dan Belanda. Narasumber Inholland memberikan wawasan global mengenai strategi bisnis dan digitalisasi rantai pasok. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan tantangan UMKM pada aspek efisiensi produksi, distribusi, akses pasar, serta pengolahan dan penyimpanan. Pendampingan menekankan diversifikasi produk, branding, dan pemanfaatan sistem informasi. Kolaborasi ini meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM dalam mengelola rantai pasok, adopsi teknologi, dan perluasan kemitraan. Dampaknya diharapkan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM peternakan, mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal, serta memperkuat peran USK dalam kerja sama internasional yang berkelanjutan.
