Abstract

Klinik Pratama BKM XYZ Yogyakrata merupakan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tingkat I yang berada di daerah Krapyak. Berdasarkan data kunjungan pasien tahun 2019-2020 dan laporan pra penelitian tentang branding Klinik Pratama BKM XYZ Yogyakarta, diketahui bahwa jumlah pasien relatif sedikit dan masyarakat sekitar banyak yang belum mengetahui keberadaan Klinik tersebut. Maka perlu untuk diteliti dan analisis mengenai permasalahan tersebut dan perlu untuk ditemukan suatu problem solving dengan alternative strategy yang tepat agar dapat membantu klinik untuk berkembang dan maju. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian gabungan antara penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis bauran pemasaran, analisis faktor internal dan eksternal, dilanjutkan analisis SWOT Klinik Pratama BKM XYZ Krapyak. Kemudian analisis strategi dilakukan menggunakan metode Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) untuk mengetahui alternatif strategi terbaik. Penelitian ini menemukan 9 alternatif strategi yang dihasilkan dari perhitungan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Dengan alternatif strategi utama yaitu pelayanan kesehatan dokter go home (panggilan dokter ke lokasi pasien) dengan total skor 18,40. Serta 8 alternatif strategi lain yang dapat digunakan sebagai strategi alternatif dalam pengembangan klinik.

Abstract

Support organizational performance requires a figure as the role model for the organization members. This research aims to investigate the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and human resource performance. A survey method was used, in which primary data were obtained through questionnaires about transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and human resource performance. The total number of samples is 56 respondents purposively selected based on the preset criteria. The data were descriptively and quantitatively analized by the SEM technique. The findings show that transformational leadership has a significant and positive influence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant and positive influence on HR performance. Meanwhile, transformational leadership does not have a significant influence on HR performance, but it has a positive relationship.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of hedonic motives, fashion involvement, and positive emotions on impulsive buying of fashion products with sales promotion as a moderating variable. This quantitative study used the accidental sampling method. The sample was 122 respondents. Analysis techniques were used based on Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that 1) hedonic motives, fashion involvement, and positive emotions have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying fashion products, 2) sales promotion, sales promotion, and sales promotion can strengthen the influence of positive and significant positive emotions on the impulsive buying of fashion products.

Abstract

Pendampingan Agropreneurship di Pondok Pesantren selain sebagai bentuk praktik mata pelajaran kewirausahaan, dinilai sebagai upaya strategis untuk mempersiapkan kemandirian ekonomi pesantren dan persiapkan siswa sebagai calon wirausahawan. Usaha budidaya jamur dipilih sebagai satu jenis usaha yang memiliki potensi pasar. Dalam rangka meningkatkan produktifitas usaha santri di pondok Pesantren Anwar Futuhiyyah dirancang program pendampingan sebagai berikut: pendampingan praktik pembuatan media tanam dan budidaya; praktik penyusunan laporan keuangan; praktik pemasaran digital serta pengolahan limbah paska panen. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan bulan Mei s/d Agustus 2022 dan telah menghasilkan luaran kegiatan yang nyata yakni kelompok usaha santri telah mampu melakukan praktik budidaya jamur merang dan telah melakukan panen sebanyak 3 kali. Dan dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan pemasaran maka santri telah dilatih mempromosikan produk hasil produksi dengan menggunakan berbagai platform media social seperti Instagram dan facebook.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the relationship between discounts, free shipping and impulse purchases moderated by the seller's service. The population in this study were all Generation-Z users of the Shopee marketplace in Yogyakarta using the Smart PLS 3 application. The research sample uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. This study shows a relationship between discounts and free shipping on impulse purchases. In addition, the seller's service is pure moderation between discounts, free shipping against impulse purchases. The reseacrh has limitations that it is to be on a discount, free shipping, seller service, impulse purchases and focus on a Generation-Z that’s avaliable in Yogyakarta. This study will give insight to readers especialy in the field of marketing about the impulsive buying behavior of Generation-Z in the Shopee marketplace with discounts and free shipping as the independent variables, as well as the involvement of seller services as a moderating variable. The difference in this research is to use the seller's service as a moderating variable to find out a deeper relationship between the independent and dependent variables. Using Generation-Z in Yogyakarta which has never been done by previous researchers.

Abstract

The Sedya Karya Makmur Farmers Group is a group of rice cultivators whose harvest results are often not optimal due to planthopper pest attacks. Farmers use pesticides to deal with planthopper pest attacks. However, spraying pesticides can damage the environment in the long term. For this reason, the service team offers a solution by making an ATMI MADI tool (Rice Plant Pest Control Tool). This tool is powered by IoT and EBT-based solar cells, which is a system that uses solar power to operate a device that functions as a pest exterminator for rice plants. This tool can emit sound with a sound frequency of around 200Hz to 300Hz based on IoT, and emit light of 570nm to 590nm which can attract pests towards the tool. This tool is equipped with a weighing module to determine the number of pests trapped in the tool. The main advantage of ATMI MADI is that apart from being able to catch rice plant pests, by using IoT you can monitor data on pests caught every day. So it can be used as a pest data bank and help farmers observe patterns of plant pest attacks in the farmer's area just by opening a smartphone or laptop or PC.
