Abstract

Penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan agar mendapat informasi tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan dan pengaruh disiplini kerja terhadap motivasi kerja  karyawan yang berdampak kepada kinerja karyawan studi pada PT Atlas Resources Tbk. Jakarta  Selatan.Metode  penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode  asosiatif klausal, untuk pengujian dan pengukuran pengaruh masing-masing variabel dengan menggunakan program statistik yaitu Statistical Package for Social Science  (SPSS) versi 24. subjek yang digunakan yaitu seluruh karyawan PT Atlas Resources Tbk Jakarta Selatan sebanyak 125 orang.Hasil penelitian pada PT Atlas Resources Tbk Jakarta Selatan sebagai berikut : (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi dengan thitung 21,665 > ttabel 1,979 koefisien determinasi sebesar 79,2%. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan  signifikan antara variabel disiplin kerja terhadap motivasih denga nilai T hitung 23,948 > ttabel 1,979 koefisien determinasi sebesar 81,8%. (3)Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antra variabel kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi karyawan hasi Fhitung 326,518 > Ftabel 3,07, koefisien determinasi sebesar 84,3%. (4)Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja dengan thitung 21,368 >ttabelt 1,979, koefisien determinasi sebesar 78,8%.  (5) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifika antara variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja dengan nilai thitung 29,408 > ttabel 1,979, koefisien determinasi sebesar 87,5%. (6)Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja dengan nilai thitungn 22,927 > ttabel 1,979, koefisien determinasi sebesar 81%. Dengan demikian maka dari tiap-tiap variabel dapat  mpengaruhi secaran signifikan terhadap motivasi yang berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT Atlas Resources Tbk Jakarta Selatan.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, dan Kinerja

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk membantu masyarakat dalam menggali potensi diri serta membentuk karakter kreatif pada anak sejak dini. Kami melaksanakan kegiatan ini denga adanya survey lokasi terlebih dahulu, hal-hal apa saja yang mereka butuhkan disana, kemudian kami buat persiapannya, hingga nantinya akan kami bantu untuk evaluasi kegiatan lebih lanjut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini kami lakukan berdasarkan kerangka pemecahan masalah, yang diharapkan mampu memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan yang terjadi di Desa Karangnunggal Tasikmalaya. Khalayak sasaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu warga masyarakat RT 06 RW 10 Kp Cimuncang Desa Karangnunggal Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, sebanyak 30 peserta.

Abstract

Community Service (PKM) aims to optimize physical and mental health through the implementation of work-life balance within the Indonesian Fitness Sports Community (ORKI) in Tangerang. This activity is based on the need to raise public awareness about the importance of maintaining a balance between work and personal life to achieve holistic health. The methods employed include morning exercise, archery, and focus group discussions (FGDs), designed to strengthen participants' understanding of the close relationship between physical health, mental well-being, and life balance. The results of the activity demonstrate active participation and high enthusiasm from ORKI members, who not only gained an understanding of the importance of holistic health but also acquired new insights on managing time, involvement, and satisfaction in daily life. This activity strengthens the collaboration between Pamulang University and ORKI in promoting a healthy, productive lifestyle that benefits the community.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Abadi Mitra Teknologi. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study was 80 employees with the sampling technique used, namely a saturated sample (census) so that respondents were obtained as many as 80 employees. Meanwhile, the primary data collection technique is through a questionnaire which is processed using the SPSS Version 25 application system. The data analysis methods used in this research are correlation analysis, regression analysis, determination analysis, t test and f test. Based on the results of the t test research, it was obtained that the t count for work motivation was t count 2.922 > t table 1.665. or significance 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that partially there is a significant influence of work motivation on employee performance. And the t calculated work environment is t calculated 6.816 > t table 1.665. or significance 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that partially there is a significant influence of the work environment on employee performance. For the f test, the calculated F is 23.191 > F table 3.115. or significance 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that simultaneously there is a significant influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. Multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 13.957 + 0.063 (X1) + 0.627 (X2). Determination analysis obtained a value of 0.376 with a percentage of  37.6%, while the remaining 62.4% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This reasearch aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Ambra Warna Kemasan Bogor. The method used is using quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of PT Ambra Warna Kemasan Bogor with a total of 80 employees. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, the sampling method uses saturated sampling. the research sample was 80 respondents. The data analysis method used in the study includes instrument test consisting of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient, hypothesis testing consisting of determination coefficient test, partial t test and simultaneous f test. From the results of this study it can be concluded that motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, the value of ????ℎ???????????????????? > ???????????????????????? or (7.809 > 1.991) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of ????ℎ???????????????????? > ???????????????????????? or (12.563 > 1.991) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a value of ????ℎ???????????????????? > ???????????????????????? or (98.625 > 3.114) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Motivation and work discipline on employee performance have a regression effect Y = 5.088 + 0.268 X1 + 0.497 X2 + α. The resulting R-square value (coefficient of determination) was  71.9%, while the remaining 28.1% was influenced by other factors or variables that were not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and physical work environment on the employee performance of CV. Prima Indonesia - South Tangerang. The population in this study were employees of CV. Prima Indonesia-South Tangerang as many as 57 people. The sampling method in this study uses saturated sample technique, the data analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, instrument test (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicolinerity test, and heteroscedasticity test), correlation test, coefficient of determination test, regression test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS Ver.25. The results of this study are Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 48.5%, and hypothesis testing obtained t value> t table or (7,190> 2.004). Physical Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 38.8%, and hypothesis testing obtained t value> t table or (5,902> 2,004). Work discipline and Physical work environment have a significant effect on employee performance simultaneously with the regression equation Y = 3.510 + 0.523X1 + 0.2342X2, The coefficient of determination is 52.7% while the remaining 47.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of F count> F table or (30.130> 3.170)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on work productivity at PT. Maha Karya Teknologi in West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used Slovin's formula, resulting in a sample of 77 employees for this study. Data analysis included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The analysis results showed that the simple regression equation is Y = 10.551 + 0.235X1, and based on the t-test between the leadership style variable and work productivity, the t-value is 1.579 > 0.66769 (t-table), indicating that leadership style influences work productivity. The results also showed that the simple regression equation is Y = 10.551 + 0.483X2, and based on the t-test between organizational culture and work productivity, the t-value is 3.722 > 0.66769 (t-table), indicating that organizational culture influences work productivity. The analysis further revealed that the multiple regression equation is Y = 10.551 + 0.235X1 + 0.483X2, and the Adjusted R Square value is 0.801, meaning that 80.1% of the variation in work productivity is explained by the influence of leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously, while the remaining 19.9% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork and work discipline on employee performance at PT Stella Mobili, South Tangerang city. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used a slovin sample and obtained 93 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are teamwork has a significant effect on employee performance by 67.8% and hypothesis testing obtained tcount> ttable, namely (13.843> 1.661). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 74.9% and hypothesis testing obtained tcount> ttable, namely (16,500> 1,661). Teamwork and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 3.321 + 0.339X1 + 0.596X2, the coefficient of determination is 78.7% while the remaining 21.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount> Ftabel or (165.900> 3.098).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of SMK Siere Cendekia employees. To determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of SMK Siere Cendekia employees and to determine how the influence of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of SMK Siere Cendekia employees. This research method uses a quantitative associative method. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and questionnaire techniques. Data obtained by questionnaires with a total of 52 employees. Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the regression equation obtained, namely Y = 9.348 + 0.786X1. The correlation coefficient value of 0.702 indicates that the two variables have a strong relationship, with a determination coefficient of 49.3%. Based on the hypothesis test, tcount> ttable is obtained, namely (6.976> 1.677) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the regression obtained Y = 4.866 + 0.880X2. The correlation coefficient value of 0.926, indicates that the two variables have a strong relationship, with a determination coefficient of 85.7%. Based on the hypothesis test, tcount> ttable is obtained, namely (17.294> 1.677) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Leadership Style and Work Motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. This is evidenced by the regression obtained Y = 4.578 + 0.024 (X1) + 0.865 (X2). The correlation coefficient value of 0.926 indicates that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong relationship, with a determination coefficient of 85.7%. Based on the hypothesis test, the Fcount value> Ftable is (146.792> 3.19) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, Ho3 is rejected, and Ha3 is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The pupose pf this community service activity is to provide sounseling on the Strategy for Building Personal Branding in the Digital Era for Local MSME at ORKI (Indonesian Fitness Sport) Sputh Tangerang City. The methods use in this program include counseling, training and direct assistance to participants. MSME actors are given material on the importance of personal branding, how to create interesting content, and digital marketing strategies to increase customer reach and engagement.in addition, the are also taught how to manage interactions with the audience professionally and build trust through testimonials and customer experiences. Participants are members of the ORKI Community, totaling 24 participants. The result of this activity show an increase in participants understanding in building a stronger business identity. Local MSME actors have begin to apply various branding strategies that have been taught, such as consistency in the use of logos, colors, and communication styles on various digital platforms. In addition, they are also more active in utilizing social media as a means of promotion and interaction with customers. The output of this activity is an accredited journal which can later be used as a reference for various parties.
