Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk membantu masyarakat dalam menggali potensi diri serta membentuk karakter kreatif pada anak sejak dini. Kami melaksanakan kegiatan ini denga adanya survey lokasi terlebih dahulu, hal-hal apa saja yang mereka butuhkan disana, kemudian kami buat persiapannya, hingga nantinya akan kami bantu untuk evaluasi kegiatan lebih lanjut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini kami lakukan berdasarkan kerangka pemecahan masalah, yang diharapkan mampu memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan yang terjadi di Desa Karangnunggal Tasikmalaya. Khalayak sasaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu warga masyarakat RT 06 RW 10 Kp Cimuncang Desa Karangnunggal Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, sebanyak 30 peserta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Tangerang City National Defense Office. either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, using a sample of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis by testing the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, simple linear test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis t test and hypothesis f test. The results of work discipline research have a significant effect on employee performance partially, indicated by the simple linear regression equation Y = 12.403 + 0.706 X1. This is evidenced by the hypothesis test obtained tcount > ttable (3.469 > 2.000) and reinforced by the ? value < Sig.0.05 or significance <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance partially as shown by the simple linear regression equation Y = 15.412 + 0.637 X2. This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable (3.395 > 2.000) and reinforced by the ? value < Sig.0 .05 or a significance value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The results of work discipline and motivation research on employee performance at the Tangerang City National Defense Office are shown by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 7.884 + 0.431 X1 + 0.383 X2 This is evidenced by the simultaneous hypothesis test results obtained by the value of fcount > ftable ( 33.599> 3.16) and reinforced by a significance value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The test results for the coefficient of determination of work discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) have an effect of 54.1% on the performance of employees at the Tangerang City National Defense Office. Thus H0 isrejected and H3is accepted. This means that it is proven that there is a significant effect simultaneously between work discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Upaya-upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusiaguna mengatasi pengangguran dengan melalui pengembangan SDM berdasarkan kompetensiyang dibutuhkan, memberdayakan sarana dan prasarana, meningkatkan hubungan antara lembagapendidikan sehingga relevansipendidikan dapat ditingkatkan, memperkuat landasan kulturalpendidikan sebagai terapi budaya, dan mendorong serta membangkitkan Pendidikan SDM sertasemangat di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Hudatul Falah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memotivasidan memberikan penyuluhan dalam mengelola dan memikirkan tata kelola yang efektif tentangsolusi mengembangkan potensi para santri maupun para guru santri dalam memacu kualitas SDMsebagai upaya pencapaian tujuan untuk membangun perekonomian untuk Yayasan PondokPesantren Hudatul Falah. Bentuk dari program ini adalah memacu kualitas SDM denganPenyuluhan Pengembangan SDM yang dampak positifnya bagi para santri maupun tenagapengajar para Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Hudatul Falah untuk mampu menjadi SDM yangkompeten. Metode yang akan dipakai dalam pencapaian tujuan yaitu dengan berbagai metodeseperti ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta pendampingan bagi masyarakat secara rutin.Program ini mempunyai mempunyai hasil dan tujuan jangka panjang demi SDM Yayasan PondokPesantren Hudatul Falah menjadi lebih kompeten dan berkualitas untuk perbekalan di masa yangakan datang.Kata Kunci : Pengembangan SDM, Kualitas SDM

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline and competence on employee performance at PT Aneka Tambang Tbk Geomin Unit South Jakarta. The method used is a quantitative research method. The data collection technique used is saturated sampling. The research sample is 90 respondents. The data analysis method used in the study includes instrument testing consisting of validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing consisting of normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, multiple linear regression testing, correlation coefficient testing, determination coefficient testing, hypothesis testing consisting of partial t-test and simultaneous f-test. From the results of this research it can be concluded that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated t value> t table (4.463> 1.662) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, H01 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Competence has a positive and significant influence with a calculated t value > t table (4.881 > 1.662) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, H02 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Work Discipline and Competence have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance with a calculated F value = 17.523 > 3.101 or (calculated F > F table) and a significance value (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, H0 is rejected, and H3 is accepted. Work Discipline and Competence on Employee Performance have a regression effect of Y = 11.575 + 0.418 X1 + 0.277 X2 + a. The result of the R-square value (determination coefficient) is 0.287, so it can be concluded that the variables of work discipline (X1) and competence (X2) together have a contribution to the influence of the employee performance variable (Y) of 28.7%, while the remaining 71.3% is influenced by other factors or variables that are not examined.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of occupational safety and health (K3) and work discipline on employee performance in the production division of PT Prima Components Indonesia. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees of the production division of PT Prima Component Indonesia as many as 104 people. The sample used was the Slovin sample so there were 83 people. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression, multiple, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial t test and simultaneous F test. The results of this research show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between Occupational Safety and Health (K3) (X1) on Performance (Y) in the Production Division of PTĀ  Prima Componenten Indonesia, this can be proven from the tcount value of 3.330 > ttable 1.989 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline (X2) on Performance (Y) in the Production Division of PT Prima Componenten Indonesia, this can be proven from the tcount value of 7.556> ttable 1.989 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Occupational Safety and Health (K3) (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Performance (Y) in the Production Division of PT PrimaComponenten Indonesia, this can be proven by obtaining a fcount value of 29,752 > ftable 3.11 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This research confirms the existence of a positive and significant influence between Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Work Discipline and Employee Performance in the Production Division of PT Prima Componenten Indonesia, which means Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze employee work discipline. The research was conducted at PT GS Salon Mobil Tangerang City. The method used in this research uses a qualitative method through a descriptive approach. The instruments used are interviews, documentation and SWOT analysis. The information obtained in this research came from 2 (two) informants, namely the company owner (owner) and financial manager and 5 (five) research sources, namely employees of PT GS Salon Mobil Tangerang City. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data verification and checking data validity. The results of the research conducted show that the form of implementation of employee work discipline at PT GS Salon Mobil in Tangerang City can be seen from the ability of employees to complete work well, follow directions or orders from leaders and of course employee obedience to all regulations in force at the company PT GS Salon Mobil Kotak Tangerang. Obstacles to employee work discipline at PT GS Salon Mobil in Tangerang City are factors of fairness and firmness of the leadership or management in providing solutions to problems or incidents that occur in the work environment. The suggestion that can be given from the results of this study is the need for a standardized assessment through Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that can be carried out by leaders in conducting assessments and as evaluation material for employees. The importance of an attitude of fairness and firmness in overcoming obstacles to employee work discipline and strategies that can be implemented to improve work discipline, namely by providing other compensation in the form of incentives, health benefits and performance bonuses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis disiplin kerja karyawan di Toko CSD Online melalui wawancara mendalam dengan enam responden, yaitu Bapak Dandy Lestiono Eko Putro, Safina Andila, Farsha Iza Faridi, Siti Nur Haliza, Aisfa Azkhi, dan Wildan Humam Lestiono. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para karyawan memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang disiplin kerja, yang mencakup kepatuhan terhadap aturan, penggunaan peralatan secara bertanggung jawab, serta penyelesaian tugas sesuai prosedur. Namun, ditemukan juga beberapa kelemahan seperti tingkat kedisiplinan waktu yang masih rendah dan kurangnya konsistensi pengawasan. Analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan internal dan peluang eksternal, serta menerapkan strategi yang sesuai, Toko CSD Online dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan dan efisiensi kerja secara menyeluruh

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat disiplin kerja karyawan serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja di PT Trikarya Cemerlang, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyedia jasa. Disiplin kerja merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang menentukan produktivitas serta efektivitas pelaksanaan tugas di lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, serta dokumentasi terhadap enam informan dari berbagai divisi perusahaan yang dipilih secara purposif berdasarkan keterkaitan dengan aspek kedisiplinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi disiplin kerja di PT Trikarya Cemerlang belum sepenuhnya berjalan secara optimal. Meskipun perusahaan telah menetapkan berbagai peraturan dan menerapkan sistem absensi menggunakan fingerprint sebagai bentuk pengawasan, tingkat pelanggaran disiplin seperti keterlambatan, ketidakhadiran tanpa keterangan, dan ketidakpatuhan terhadap SOP masih cukup tinggi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain lemahnya penerapan sanksi, kurangnya keteladanan pimpinan, serta minimnya kesadaran individu dalam mematuhi aturan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa diperlukan upaya strategis seperti penguatan sistem reward and punishment, peningkatan komunikasi internal, pelatihan kedisiplinan, serta penegakan aturan yang lebih konsisten untuk meningkatkan kualitas disiplin kerja. Dengan demikian, diharapkan dapat tercipta budaya kerja yang lebih positif dan berkontribusi secara langsung terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan secara menyeluruh
