Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve literacy and numeracy outcomes through FUN LITERACY ACTIVITY (FLA) based on the snake and ladder literacy and numeracy game (Ultrasi) of grade V students at Elementary School 2 Getas. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The CAR model used is the Stephen Kemmis & Mc. Taggart model which is implemented in 2 cycles. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, documentation and testing. Observations were carried out at each stage of implementation, and documentation and tests were taken using the Class Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM). Data analysis is presented in the form of tables and also graphs of research results. Based on the results of the study, it is known that through this snake and ladder game-based learning, students' literacy and numeracy learning outcomes can be increased. This is indicated by an increase and achievement of the KKM target value of more than or equal to 50 and a percentage of completion of more than or equal to 90%. Based on the results of the study, the completion of cycle I was 52.94% literacy and 35.29% numeracy and the completion in cycle II increased by 94.12% for literacy and numeracy. Based on the results of the research and discussion conducted, from the implementation of the action through 2 cycles, it can be concluded that the application of FLA in the form of a snake and ladder game is appropriately effective to be applied in learning activities because it can improve students' literacy and numeracy.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the learning process of students and teachers in the classroom, describe the improvement in students communication skills (communication skills) and describe the process of improving learning outcomes by students and teachers with the help of Canva in Natural Sciences and Social Biology subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Bagor. The type of research used is classroom action research. This research has action steps starting with planning, taking action, observing, and finally reflecting. This research took place over three cycles with 36 class X ATPH 1 students as the subject. The results obtained in this study showed that there was an increase in communication skills and student learning outcomes that the scientific learning process was running according to the sequence of scientific steps in cycle I, reaching 76% in the sufficient category, in cycle II it increased to 84% in the good category, and in cycle III it increased to 94% in the very good category. Based on the overall research, it can be concluded that learning Natural Sciences and Social Biology with the help of Canva media can improve the communication skills and learning outcomes of class X ATPH 1 students at SMKN 2 Bagor Nganjuk

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X OTKP-1 semester ganjil di SMKN 2 Nganjuk melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning pada materi pokok Energi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Class Action Research) yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi (pengamatan) dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X OTKP-1 SMKN 2 Nganjuk tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Sumber data berasal dari guru dan siswa yang diperoleh melalui observasi, tes, dan kajian dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X OTKP-1 SMKN 2 Nganjuk pada materi Energi. Pada siklus I persentase siswa yang tuntas adalah 33,3% dan meningkat menjadi 82,5% pada siklus II. Dari analisis ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dalam pembelajaran IPA dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.
