Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Competence and Compensation on Employee Performance both partially and simultaneously at PT. Siscom Technologies. This research method uses a quantitative method. The data collection methods used are primary and secondary data. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study amounted to 61 respondents. Data analysis is performed using SPSS version 26. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test. Partial hypothesis test of the competency variable (X1) obtained a t-value > t-table (4.784 > 1.671) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that competency (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Partial hypothesis testing of the compensation variable (X2) obtained a t-value > t-table (8.338 > 1.671). This means that compensation (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained an fcount > ftable (36.564 > 3.156) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that competence (X1) and compensation (X2) have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y). Determination obtained an R square of 0.558, meaning that the variables of work competence and compensation together have an influence contribution of 55.8% of employee performance. While the remaining 44.2% was influenced by other factors that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Organizational Culture and Commitment on Employee Performance at Koperasi Syariah Rabani, Serang City. This study employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were collected from 66 respondents through a questionnaire consisting of indicators of Organizational Culture (X₁), Commitment (X₂), and Employee Performance (Y). The data analysis includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results show that Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance, with a coefficient of determination of 17.5% and tcount > ttable (3.685 > 1.998). Commitment also has a significant effect on Employee Performance, with a coefficient of determination of 65.6% and tcount > ttable (11.040 > 1.998). Simultaneously, Organizational Culture and Commitment significantly influence Employee Performance, as indicated by the regression equation Y = 2.958 + 0.198X₁ + 0.626X₂, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 70.6%, while the remaining 29.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The F-test result (79.124 > 3.14) confirms the simultaneous significance of both independent variables. Therefore, it can be concluded that Organizational Culture (X₁) and Commitment (X₂) have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on Employee Performance (Y) at Koperasi Syariah Rabani, Serang City.

Abstract

The development of digital payment technology has driven changes in transaction patterns in society, including in the micro-business sector. One of the widely used non-cash payment innovations is Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). However, the utilization of QRIS among small traders, especially those receiving the Family Hope Program (PKH), is still low due to limited digital literacy and information access. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to examine and increase the utilization of QRIS among PKH traders as an effort to support financial inclusion and transaction efficiency. The methods used include field observations, interviews, as well as socialization and mentoring on QRIS usage to target traders. The expected results of this activity are increased understanding and skills of PKH traders in using QRIS as a payment tool, increased transaction convenience for consumers, and the creation of more orderly and transparent financial records. Through this program, it is hoped that PKH traders can adapt to digital technology developments to improve business competitiveness and support community economic welfare.

Abstract

This community service training focuses on financial management for women recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) who run small trading businesses. The training aims to improve financial literacy and economic independence of micro-entrepreneurs. Activities focused on understanding basic business financial management, separating personal and business finances, simple cash flow recording, and effective capital planning. Training methods include material delivery, discussion, and direct practice through financial recording simulations. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding in managing business funding in a more orderly and planned manner. This training is expected to help PKH mothers optimize business income, reduce financial risks, and support business sustainability independently.

Abstract

Digital marketing has become a strategic solution for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to improve competitiveness in the digital era. Many MSME actors still rely on conventional marketing methods, resulting in limited market reach and low sales growth. This community service program aims to improve MSME competitiveness through digital marketing training and mentoring. The methods used include socialization, training, hands-on practice, and evaluation of digital marketing implementation. The activities were carried out for MSME actors in the Pamulang area, focusing on the use of social media platforms, digital content creation, and simple online branding strategies. The results show an increase in participants’ understanding of digital marketing concepts, the ability to manage social media accounts, and improved product promotion quality. MSME actors also experienced increased engagement and broader market reach after applying digital marketing strategies. This program proves that digital marketing empowerment can enhance MSME competitiveness and sustainability. Continuous mentoring and digital literacy improvement are recommended to ensure long-term impact.

Abstract

Packaging design and innovation are important factors in increasing product attractiveness, especially for micro-enterprises managed by Family Hope Program (PKH) women. In practice, many products produced by PKH women still use simple packaging without attractive visual design, proper labeling, or clear product identity. This condition results in low consumer interest and weak product competitiveness in the market.This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge, skills, and creativity of PKH women in designing and innovating product packaging in order to add value and enhance product appeal. The methods used in this program include socialization, training, hands-on practice, and evaluation. The training materials cover packaging functions, basic packaging design principles, selection of appropriate packaging materials, label creation, and simple branding implementation.The results show an improvement in participants’ understanding and ability to produce more attractive, neat, informative, and hygienic product packaging compared to before the training. Products developed after the training have clearer identities and more professional appearances. This activity demonstrates that packaging design and innovation training can enhance product attractiveness and potentially support increased competitiveness and economic empowerment of PKH women.

Abstract

Abstrak. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style and workload on employee productivity at PT Dinasti Kreatif Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. The research uses a quantitative approach with a causal method. The sample consists of 80 respondents who are employees of PT Dinasti Kreatif Indonesia, and data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results show that: (1) leadership style has a significant effect on work productivity with a t-value of 4.419 > t-table 1.664 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, contributing 47.8%; (2) workload has a significant effect on work productivity with a t-value of 7.588 > t-table 1.664 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, contributing 62.5%; and (3) simultaneously, leadership style and workload have a significant effect on work productivity with an F-value of 90.377 > F-table 3.11 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.701 indicates that both variables contribute 70.1% to employee productivity, while the remaining 29.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Therefore, the better the implementation of leadership style and the more optimal workload management, the higher the employee work productivity Keywords: leadership style, workload, work productivity, PT Dinasti Kreatif Indonesia.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the digital marketing capabilities of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) traders through content promotion strategies. The main problems faced by PKH traders are limited knowledge and skills in utilizing social media as a marketing tool. The methods used include socialization, digital content creation training, and hands-on assistance using social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. The results show an increase in participants’ understanding and ability to independently create promotional content. This activity is expected to enhance market reach and economic independence of PKH traders.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence and work environment on employee performance at PT. Home Canter Idonesia Retail Ciputat Branch, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study amounted to 63 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determinant coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are competence obtained regression equation Y = 11.786 + 0.705X1, correlation coefficient 0.713 means that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The determination value is 0.508 or 50.8%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (7.941> 2.000). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence of competence on employee performance. Work environment, obtained regression equation Y = 13.602 + 0.677X2, correlation coefficient 0.743 means that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The determination value is 0.552 or 55.2%. The hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (8.665 > 2.000). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence of the work environment on employee performance. Competence and work environment on employee performance simultaneously have a significant effect with the regression equation Y = 10.404 + 0.307X1 + 0.442X2. The correlation value of 0.763 means that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a strong level of relationship. The determination coefficient value is 58.2%. The hypothesis test obtained F count > F table or (41.723 > 2.758). Thus, H0 is rejected and Hα is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of competence and work environment simultaneously on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to find out how much influence the work environment has on the performance of PT employees. Xing Hao Technology Tangerang City, to find out how much influence work stress has on the performance of PT employees. Xing Hao Technology Tangerang City to find out how much influence the work environment and work stress have on the performance of PT employees. Xing Hao Technology Tangerang City. The population of this study used a Slovin sample of 70 people. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed using Google Forms, this research uses quantitative methods. The research results show that, partially, work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance by showing the test results tcount = 7.242 while ttable = 1.99601 (tcount > ttable) with a significance level of 0.000. Partially, the work stress variable has a significant effect on employee performance by showing the results of tcount = 2.047 while ttable = 1.99601 (tcount > ttable) with a significance level of 0.045. Simultaneously, work environment variables and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance by showing Fcount = 185.460 which is greater than Ftable = 3.13 with a significance of 0.0000. So it can be said that the work environment and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Xing Hao Technology Tangerang City
