Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Pratama Abadi Industri Serpong partially and simultaneously. The method used is Quantitative. The sampling technique used Saturation and obtained a sample of 60 Respondents. Data analysis using Validity test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination and Hypothesis. The result of this study is that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 29.5% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable = (4.925> 2.002). The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 63.4% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable = (6,243> 2,002). Work Discipline and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the Regression Equation Y = 13, 813 + 0.050X1 + 0.620X2. The coefficient of determination is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is caused by other variables. Hypothesis Test obtained Fhitung> Ftabel or (19.195> 3.16).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and compensation on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia, South Jakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique is using a saturated sample with a population of 65 employees, so that the sample used is the total number of populations that can be accepted in research. The data collection technique in this research uses questionnaires. The analysis method uses instrument testing, assumption testing. classical, regression testing, correlation coefficient testing and coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing . The research results show that Leadership Style (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) by showing the test results t = 15.506 while t table = 1,99834 (t count < t table ) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. t test results The research variable Compensation (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) by showing the results of the t test = 15.876 while t table = 1,99834 (tcount > ttable) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, then H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the results of the Anova test, the Fcount value was 197.531 which was greater than Ftable with a significant 0.000 smaller than 0.05 (Fsignificant 0.000 < 0.05). So it can be concluded that simultaneously Leadership Style (X1) and Compensation (X2) together have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). With this data it is known that there is an influence of Leadership Style and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia South Jakarta.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis Hasil penelitian ini adalah komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 20,819 + 0,511X1, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,546 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sedang. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 36,0%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (5,716 > 1,671). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Fasilitas kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 13,108 + 0,659X2 nilai korelasi sebesar 0,689 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 47,5%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,250> 1,671). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. komunikasi dan fasilitas kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 5,730 + 0,338X1 + 0,504X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,764 artinya variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 58,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 41,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (39,864 > 3,160). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan komunikasi dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT  Astro Technologies Indonesia Pada Divisi Hub Tangerang City, untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Astro Technologies Indonesia Pada Divisi Hub Tangerang City, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Astro Technologies Indonesia Pada Divisi Hub Tangerang City. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Adapun teknik sampling yaitu menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah populasi  sebanyak 71 orang karyawan, sehingga sampel yang digunakan adalah jumlah keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, terdapat pengaruh positif  dan signifikan secara simultan antara motivasi kerja (X1) dan lingkungan kerja fisik (X2) terhadap  kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT. Astro Technolgies Indonesia Pada Divisi Hub Tangerang City. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan  dengan melihat tabel output persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = a + b1x1 + b2x2                                                     adalah Y = 29,516 + 0,316 (X1) + 0,530 (X2). Persamaan regresi ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa, terdapat pengaruh positif antara motivasi kerja (X1) dan lingkungan kerja fisik (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Konstanta a = 13,847 menunjukkan bahwa  nilai kinerja karyawan (Y) saat ini di asumsikan bernilai 13,847 satuan dengan asumsi variabel motivasi kerja (X1) dan lingkungan kerja fisik (X2) bernilai tetap. Konstanta b1x1= 0,316 menunjukkan bahwa jika terdapat kenaikan satu-satuan pada variabel motivasi kerja (X1) maka nilai kinerja karyawan (Y) akan bertambah sebesar 0,316 satuan. Konstanta b2x2 = 0,530 menunjukkan bahwa jika terdapat kenaikan satu-satuan pada variabel lingkungan kerja fisik (X2) maka nilai kinerja karyawan (Y) akan bertambah  sebesar 0,530 satuan. Berdasarkan dari hasil uji F (Uji secara Simultan) diketahui Fhitung sebesar 18.057  dengan tingkat sigifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Kemudian degree of freedom (df) sebesar (k-1) atau derajat pembilangnya dan (n-k) untuk derajat penyebutnya, dimana N = jumlah responden dan k = jumlah variabel yang diteliti, maka diperoleh Ftabel sebesar 3,13. Sehingga nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel ( 18.057 > 3,13) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan pada PT. Astro Technolgies Indonesia Pada Divisi Hub Tangerang City dimana H03 dan Ha3 diterima. Nilai R square = 0,589 yang artinya motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan  memberikan pengaruh sebesar 68,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 31,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of career development and work discipline on the performance of telemarketing employees at PT Tradisi Untuk Semesta, Cibubur Branch, East Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique, resulting in a total sample of 76 respondents. Data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results show that career development has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t value of 4.585 greater than the t table value of 1.666, a simple linear regression equation of Y = 29.911 + 0.270, and a coefficient of determination of 22.1%. Work discipline also has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t value of 6.414 greater than the t table value of 1.666, a simple linear regression equation of Y = 27.677 + 0.332, and a coefficient of determination of 35.7%. Simultaneously, career development and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by an F value of 70.508, which is greater than the F table value of 3.12. The resulting multiple linear regression equation is Y = 13.343 + 0.318X₁ + 0.370X₂. The correlation coefficient of 0.812 indicates a strong relationship, with a coefficient of determination of 51.7%, while the remaining 48.3% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Aktivisme konsumen melalui aksi boikot telah bertransformasi menjadi instrumen tekanan pasar yang signifikan akibat dinamika geopolitik dan kesadaran etis, namun pemetaan komprehensif mengenai literatur ini masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik publikasi, jaringan kolaborasi, dan struktur konseptual riset perilaku boikot konsumen secara global. Menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik, penelitian ini menganalisis 180 artikel dari pangkalan data Scopus yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2025 dengan bantuan perangkat lunak VOSviewer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Amerika Serikat memegang dominasi tertinggi dalam produktivitas artikel, sementara literatur dari negara-negara Eropa seperti Jerman dan Prancis menunjukkan dampak sitasi yang lebih signifikan. Pemetaan jaringan mengungkapkan ketiadaan penulis inti (core authors) yang dominan serta mengidentifikasi variasi tema utama yang meliputi motivasi politik, religiusitas, dan etika lingkungan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa boikot merupakan fenomena multidimensi yang menuntut strategi mitigasi krisis korporasi yang adaptif, sekaligus membuka peluang riset masa depan khususnya dalam konteks negara berkembang yang masih kurang terwakili.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and compensation on the performance of production employees at PT Sumber Makmur Jambe, Tangerang Regency. The method used was quantitative with an associative approach. The sampling technique used saturated samples, namely 60 respondents. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that leadership style had an effect on employee performance with a t-value of 2.005> t-table 2.001, simple linear regression Y = 26.831 + 0.198X1 and a determination coefficient of 6.5%. Compensation also affects employee performance with a calculated t value of 2.039 > Ttable 2.001, simple linear regression Y = 26.054 + 0.274X2 and a coefficient of determination of 6.7%. Simultaneously, leadership style and compensation affect employee performance with a regression equation of Y = 19.494 + 0.173X1 + 0.243X2. The correlation coefficient is 0.341 with a low relationship. The coefficient of determination is 11.6%. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated F value > F table or (3.749 > 3.160).

Abstract

Sports organizations play a role not only in fostering achievement but also in ensuring the well-being of the human resources involved. To improve human resource well-being, the role of external stakeholders is a crucial factor that needs to be optimized. External stakeholders, such as the government, sponsors, the community, and the private sector, play a strategic role in supporting the sustainability and development of sports organizations. This study aims to analyze and assess the optimization of the role of external stakeholders in improving human resource well-being in sports organizations, focusing on the Kelimutu Taekwondo Team. The main issue addressed in this study is the limited support from external stakeholders, which impacts the well-being of coaches, athletes, and organizational administrators. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. The results are expected to provide an overview of the roles of external stakeholders, the obstacles encountered, and strategies for optimizing the role of external stakeholders in improving human resource well-being at the Kelimutu Taekwondo Team. This research is expected to provide evaluation material and recommendations for sports organizations in building sustainable collaborations with external stakeholders. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The results indicate that external stakeholders play a significant role in providing financial, moral, and social support to coaches and administrators. However, optimizing this role is not yet fully structured and requires long-term communication strategies and collaboration. This study provides recommendations for strengthening institutional relationships between sports organizations and external stakeholders to create sustainable human resource welfare.
