Abstract

Abstrak. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which performance allowances and work discipline influence employee performance at the Office of the Airport Authority Region I Main Class in Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. This research employs a quantitative research method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. To determine the sample size, the Slovin formula was applied, which is commonly used to calculate the appropriate number of samples to be studied. Based on this formula, out of a total population of 120, a sample of 92 respondents was obtained. Data analysis includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate a positive influence between performance allowances and employee performance when examined partially. The simple linear regression equation is: Y = 27.971 + 0.422 X₁, with a correlation coefficient of 0.672, which falls within the interval 0.60–0.799, indicating a strong relationship between the two variables. The coefficient of determination shows a contribution of 50%, while the remaining 50% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test shows that t-count > t-table (8.620 > 1.663), thus H₀₁ is rejected and Hₐ₁ is accepted. The results also demonstrate a positive influence between work discipline and employee performance when examined partially. The simple linear regression equation is: Y = 28.164 + 0.420 X₂, with a correlation coefficient of 0.643, also indicating a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination is again 50%, with the remaining 50% influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test shows t-count > t-table (7.966 > 1.663), therefore H₀₂ is rejected and Hₐ₂ is accepted. Furthermore, the findings show that there is a positive and significant simultaneous influence between performance allowance and work discipline on employee performance. The multiple linear regression equation is: Y = 14.370 + 0.408 X₁ + 0.406 X₂, with a correlation coefficient of 0.915, which falls within the interval 0.80–1.000, indicating a very strong relationship. The coefficient of determination shows a simultaneous contribution of 83.7%, while the remaining 16.3% is affected by other variables. The hypothesis test shows F-count > F-table (228.578 > 3.11), meaning it can be concluded that performance allowance and work discipline significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Karyawan pada PT artsys integrasi solusindo di jakarta barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 81 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa uji t dapat diketahui variable kompetensi memiliki persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=26,551+0,332X1 artinya berpengaruh positif, uji koefisiensi korelasi r=0,403 termasuk kategori sedang, nilai R Square = 16,2% dan uji t diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung 3.910 > ttabel 1.990. Maka dapat disimpulkan variabel kompetensi berengaruh terhadap kinerja Karyawan. Variabel disiplin kerja memiliki persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=24.352+0,400X2 artinya berpengaruh positif, uji koefisiensi korelasi r=0,441 termasuk kategori sedang, nilai R Square =19,5%, uji t diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung 4.373< ttabel 1.990. Maka dapat disimpulkan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Karyawan. Hasil penelitian uji f variabel kompetensi dan disiplin kerja memiliki persamaan regresi linier berganda Y=15.871+0,268X1+0,339X2+e artinya berpengaruh positif, uji koefisiensi korelasi r=0,544 termasuk kategori sedang, nilai R Square = 29,6% dan di peroleh fhitung> ftabel 18.736 > 3,112 dan signifikansi lebih kecil dari 5% (0,000 < 0,05 ). Artinya bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel bebas yang terdiri dari variabel kompetensi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of recruitment and selection on employee performance at PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk Sentul. The research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 55 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression. The results show that partially, recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.299 + 0.715X, a t-value of 7.752, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The correlation coefficient of 0.729 indicates a strong relationship, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 53.1%. Selection also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.122 + 0.709X, a t-value of 10.846, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The correlation coefficient of 0.830 indicates a very strong relationship, with an R² value of 68.9%. Simultaneously, the multiple regression analysis produced the equation Y = 6.165 + 0.193X₁ + 0.576X₂. The selection variable has a significant effect (0.000 < 0.05), while recruitment is not significant (0.113 > 0.05). The F-test result of 61.889 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 indicates that recruitment and selection simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.839 shows a very strong relationship, with a combined contribution of 70.4%..

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Sumber Segara Primadaya baik secara parsial dan simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 58 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 60% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (9,174> 2,003). Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 65,9% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (10,411> 2,003). Pengembangan karir dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 8,952 + 0,171X1 + 0,613X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 66,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 33,5% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F table atau (54,594> 2,773).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of non-physical work environment and job satisfaction on employee productivity at PT. Indonesia Toray Synthetics Production Division both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative with data analysis methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, quantitative analysis, regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The population in this study were employees of PT. Indonesia Toray Synthetics Production Division totaling 51 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the influence of non-physical work environment variables on employee productivity from the results of the t test, Sig. value. = 0.000 <0.05 and t count (19.475) > (2.010) t table, the influence of job satisfaction variables on employee productivity from the results of the t test, Sig. value. = 0.000 < 0.05 and t count (19.475) > (2.010) t table, and the influence of non-physical work environment and job satisfaction on employee productivity from the F count value = 269.215 > F table value = 3.19, from all these variables means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the non-physical work environment and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee productivity at PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan pada PT Sari Sandwich Cabang Jakarta Selatan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Sari Sandwich Cabang Jakarta Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 77 responden. Metode analisis data meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 9,838 + 0,752X1, nilai t hitung 9,715 > t tabel 1,993, dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 55,7%. (2) Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 23,316 + 0,438X2, nilai t hitung 7,318 > t tabel 1,993, dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 41,7%. (3) Secara simultan, Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan dengan nilai F hitung 55,032 > F tabel 3,12. Kontribusi pengaruh gabungan kedua variabel tersebut adalah sebesar 59,8%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 40,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
