Abstract

This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques by conducting observations, documentation and interviews. The types of microalgae found in the Kasie River Lubuklinggau Barat I Subdistrict, Lubuklinggau City. Bacillariophyta Division consists of one classes, 6 orders, 6 families, 9 genera and 15 spesies. Observed environmental factors: temperature: 27℃, pH: 6,8, Brightness: 0,70 m and dissolved oxygen amount of: 5,03 mg/L. the type of  microalgae division bacillariophyta were found in River Kasie namely: Tabellaria sp, Tabellaria flocculosa, Asterionella sp, Meridion sp, Meridon circulare, Synedra ulna, Synedra rumpens, Synedra sp 1, Synedra sp 2, Surirella linearis, Surirella elegans, Stenipterobia sp, Nitzschia intermedia, Navicula radiosa and Cymbella kappi.

Abstract

AbstrakSungai Kelingi di Kota Lubuklinggau memiliki kondisi perairan yang tercemar. Sampai saat ini belum ditemukan kajian berkaitan dengan sianobakteri di Sungai Kelingi Kota Lubuklinggau. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis keanekaragaman sianobakteri dan faktor abiotiknya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sianobakteri yang ditemukan terdiri atas 1 kelas, 2 ordo, 3 famili, 5 genus, dan 5 spesies. Nilai rata-rata keanekaragaman sianobakteri adalah 1,41, dengan keanekaragaman tertinggi berada di stasiun 3 dengan nilai 1,27 dan terendah berada di stasiun 2 dengan nilai 0,66. Nilai rata-rata dominansi sianobakteri adalah 0,43, dengan dominansi tertinggi berada di stasiun 2 dengan nilai 0,53 dan terendah berada di stasiun 3 dengan nilai 0,30. Sementara itu, nilai rata-rata keseragaman sianobakteri adalah 0,52, dengan keseragaman tertinggi berada di stasiun 3 dengan nilai 0,71 dan terendah berada di stasiun 2 dengan nilai 0,36. Hasil pengukuran faktor abiotik di Sungai Kelingi adalah: suhu 25 °C, oksigen terlarut 43,63 mg/L, keasaman 7,29 dan kecerahan 72,47 cm. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa keanekaragaman sianobakteri di Sungai Kelingi Kota Lubuklinggau tergolong ke dalam kriteria sedang. Sianobakteri yang ditemukan Homoeothrix sp., Lyngbya sp., Nostoc sp., Oscilatoria limosa, dan Spirulina sp. Adanya penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran tentang sianobakteri di Sungai Kelingi, Kota Lubuklinggau.Abstract Kelingi River in Lubuklinggau City has polluted waters. Up to present, there is no studies have found regarding cyanobacteria in Kelingi River. The purpose of this research was to analyze the diversity of cyanobacteria and their abiotic factors. The results showed that the cyanobacteria found were consisting of 1 class, 2 orders, 3 families, 5 genera, and 5 species. The average value of cyanobacterial diversity was  1.41, with highest diversity being at station 3 by 1.27 and the lowest being at station 2 by 0.66. The average dominance of cyanobacteria was 0.43, with the highest dominance being at station 2 by 0.53 and the lowest being at station 3 by 0.30. The average value of uniformity was 0.52, with the highest uniformity being at station 3 by 0.71 and the lowest being at station 2 by 0.36. The results on the measurement of abiotic factors in the Kelingi River were: temperature 25°C, dissolved oxygen 43.63 mg/L, acidity 7.29 and brightness 72.47 cm. It was concluded that the diversity  of cyanobacteria in Kelingi River belongs to the criteria of being moderate. The cyanobacteria found were Homoeothrix sp., Lyngbya sp., Nostoc sp., Oscilatoria limosa, and Spirulina sp. This study provides an illustration of cyanobacterial diversity in the Kelingi River.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan penulis dengan salah satu guru mata pelajaran biologi kelas X SMA Negeri 8 Lubuklinggau diperoleh data bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam memahami materi biologi masih rendah. Hal itu disebabkan kurang aktifnya siswa dalam pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan model-model pembelajaran yang dapat mengaktifkan siswa untuk mempelajari pelajaran biologi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 8 Lubuklinggau tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain Control group pre-test dan post-test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-t pada taraf signifikan = 0,05, diperoleh thitung (8,43) > ttabel (1,684). Dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X biologi SMA Negeri 8 Lubuklinggau tahun ajaran 2016/2017.

Abstract

We conducted an initial survey of the microalgal diversity of Kati River located in the City of Lubuklinggau, South Sumatra Province, on March to May 2017. This study aimed to determine the microalgal diversity of Kati River as a baseline data. This study found 47 microalgal species belonging to 42 genera and 27 orders. We found the member of Chlorophyceae and Bacillariophyceae were the most abundant microalgae. We also compared the diversity of Kati River to two other rivers in Lubuklinggai, Mesat River, and Kalingi River. The microalgal diversity of Kati River is higher than Mesat River but lower if compared to Kalingi River. The physicochemical factors of Kati River waters were also measured, the average water temperature was 27°C, average pH was 6.7, and average water transparency was 57 cm. This study found that those environmental factors influenced microalgal diversity in Lubuklinggau rivers, Kati River, as well as Mesat River and Kalingi Rivers, have indicated the same results.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the Pteridophyta Division in the Lake Aur Area of ​​Musi Rawas Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research was made in 3 plots with size 10 m x 10 m. Based on the result of identification research of Pteridophyta division in Aur Aurland area there are 5 orders, 9 families, 12 genus and 19 species Pteris biaurita, Ploecnemia irregular, Diplazium esculentum, Asplenium nidus, Gleichenia linearis, Christella dentata, Stenochlaena palastris, Diplazium esculentum, Davallia denticulata, Gleichenia linearis, Lygodium scandens, Lygodium circinatum, Nephrolepis exaltata, Nephrolepis cordifoli, Nephrolepis biserrata, Phymatosorus scolopendria, Selaginella wildenowii , Selaginella caudata and Selaginella plana with soil temperature in Aur Aur Area Musi Rawas Regency ranges 27,5˚C-31,5˚C with degree of acidity (pH) of land ranged from 5,11-6,18. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of amethyst seeds (Datura metel) as a bioinsecticide on the mortality of American cockroaches (Periplaneta americana). This study uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments are P0 0% bioinsecticide level, P1 baygon, P2 10%, P3 20%, P4 30%, and P5 40%. This research was conducted at the STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau Laboratory. The materials used in this study are old amethyst seeds, American cockroaches, water and baygon. Data collection was carried out by observation technique which was carried out in the first 4 hours of observation for 24 hours until the third day after treatment, then counted the number of dead cockroaches. Data analysis techniques with steps namely normality test, homogeneity test, Anava test and BNJ advanced test. Based on the calculation of the Anava Test one path can be calculated F (5,450)> F table (2.74) showed very significant results (α = 0.05). The results showed that there was an effect of amethyst seeds (Datura metel) as bioinsecticide on the mortality of American cockroaches (Periplaneta americana). In BNJ advanced test calculations, the concentration of 40% is significantly different from the concentrations of 10%, 20%, 30% and 0%. The optimum concentration of mortality of American cockroaches in the cone seeds at a concentration of 40%. Conclusion, there is a significant effect of amethyst seeds (Datura metel) as bioinsecticide on the mortality of American cockroaches (Periplaneta americana). Abstract

Misi Pendidikan yakni dapat mengembangkan potensi peserta didik, dapat mempengaruhi dan mengembangkan kepribadian seseorang, serta mampu menumbuhkan rasa tanggung jawab. Sementara itu untuk mewujudkan misi pendidikan dibutuhkan beberapa komponen dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Salah satunya yaitu mengembangkan bahan pembelajaran. Bahan ajar yang dipakai sekolah belum berbasis kearifan lokal khususnya belum tersedianya bahan ajar berupa modul terutama yang berbasis kearifan lokal daerah setempat. Untuk itu dibutukan pengembangan bahan ajar modul berbasis kearifan lokal dalam menunjang ketercapaian kompetensi serta tujuan dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan, kelayakan dan respon peserta didik serta pendidik terhadap modul pembelajaran IPA berbasis kearifan local Kelas tinggi di SD Negeri 120 Rejang Lebong. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan Research and Develovment (R & D). Model penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan menurut Model pengembangan 4D ini terdiri dari atas 4 tahap yaitu: (1) define (Pembatasan) (2) design (Perancangan), (3) develop (Pengembangan), dan (4) Disseminate (Penyebaran), atau diaptasi menjadi model 4-P, yaitu pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, penyebaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ratio of storability and organoleptic test of Natural Ingredients used to preserve wet noodles. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive research. The object of this research is wet noodles mixed with carrot juice, pampkin juice and turmeric juice. Data were collected through observation of shelf life for 8 days storage and organoleptic test against 50 panel of consumption panel. The result of the research shows that there is a comparison of storage power of each added juice. The conclusion of this research is the treatment with the longest shelf life that is for 8 day that is wet noodle which is added with carrot juice (P1), while for the fastest storage which is wet noodle is treatment P0 (control) for 1 day. The results of organoleptic test from wet noodles to the most acceptable power are wet noodles with the addition of pumpkin juice (P2).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the type of pteridophyta, abiotic factors and the benefits of pteridophyta in PT Bina Sains Cemerlang Plantation, Musi Rawas Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by surveying the research location and then determining the place by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques with the steps of the methods of observation, documentation, taking pteridophyta and identification. The results of the study of the inventory of pteridophyta at PT Bina Sains Cemerlang Musi Rawas Regency there are 9 families, 19 species, namely Asplenium nidus, Dyplazium pynocarpon, Davallia denticulate, Davallia solida, Nephrolepis biserrata, Nephrolepis cordifolia, Nephrolepis exisplis, Nephrolepis exis. Stenochlaenae palustris, Gleichenia linearis, Lycopodium cernuum,Diplazium esculentum, Drymoglossum piloselloides, Drynaria quercifolia, Phymatosorus scolopendria, Pteris biaurita, Vazaria esculentum, Drymoglossum piloselloides, Drynaria quercifolia, Phymatosorus scolopendria, Pteris biaurita, Vittaria lineculum, Drymoglossum piloselloides, Drynaria quercifolia, Phymatosorus scolopendria, Pteris biaurita, Vittaria lineate, Drymoglossum piloselloides, Drynaria quercifolia, Phymatosorus scolopendria, Pteris biaurita, Selaginella plenary. Soil moisture 8% -68% and soil pH of 7.08-8.00. Benefits of pteridophyta in PT Bina Sains Cemerlang Plantation, Musi Rawas Regency as ornamental plants and as vegetables.

Abstract

Sungai memiliki banyak sekali fungsi, salah satunya yaitu sebagai ekosistem makhluk hidup. Sungai Kasie merupakan salah satu sumber air PDAM Tirta Bukit Sulap Lubuklinggau dan habitat untuk berbagai macam makhluk hidup. Chlorophyta (alga hijau) merupakan kelompok terbesar dari vegetasi alga, yang sebagian besar hidup di air tawar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat menganalisis keanekaragaman mikroalga Chlorophyta di sungai Kasie Kota Lubuklinggau. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian survei. Sampel diambil dari 3 stasiun berdasarkan kriteria ekosistem yang berbeda, dengan tiga pengulangan waktu pengambilan dari bulan April-Mei 2019. hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, jenis mikroalga Chlorophyta yang ditemukan di Sungai Kasie Kota Lubuklinggau, terdiri dari: 4 Kelas, 6 Ordo, 7 Famili, 7 Genus, dan 9 Spesies. Mikroalga Chlorophyta yang ditemukan di Sungai Kasie Kota Lubuklinggau terdiri dari Microspora sp, Scenedesmus opoliensis, Scenedesmus sp, Ulothrix sp, Rhizoclonium sp, Rhizoclonium hieroglyphicum, Microthamnion sp, Stigeoclonium sp dan Bulbochaete sp. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Nilai rata-rata keanekaragaman Chlorophyta di Sungai Kasie Kota Lubuklinggau yaitu 1,22 dalam kategori “keanekaragaman kecil/rendah”.Kata Kunci: Chlorophyta; Mikroalga; Keanekaragaman; Kota Lubuklinggau; Sungai Kasie.
