Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembinaan profesionalisme guru melalui peran kepala madrasah. Pada penelitian ini melakukan pendekatan deskripstif analisis dengan hasil data deskriptif. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan Teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi dalam pengumpulan data yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah Mathalaul Anwar Pesawaran. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah menggunakan analisis data deskriptif dengan prosedur analisis data berdasarkan Miles, Huberman, and Johnny saldana dengan tiga Langkah yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dengan melakukan keabsahan data berdasarkan Kredibilitas, transferability, auditability, serta confirmability. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini didapat bahwa pembinaan profesionalisme yang berhubungan pada kinerja kepala madrasah yang menjadi supervisor dapat membuat atau Menyusun program supervisi pendididkan yang diwujudkan dalam penyusunan program supervisi kelas serta pengupayaan melalui dukungan dari beberapa program yang dilaksanakan pemerintah guna peningkatan profesionalisme guru dengan memberikan kegiatan secara ekternal dalam bentuk workshop serta secara internal dengan melakukan evaluasi tahunan serta pemberian teguran dengan cara kekeluargaan kepada guru yang melakukan kesalahan agar tetap pada jalur sesuai dengan visi misi sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to deeply analyze the changes in values in the digital era by using the principle of monotheism as the philosophical, epistemological, and axiological basis in the development of Islamic Education curriculum. By applying the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study collects, evaluates, and summarizes literature from both domestic and international sources published between 2019 and 2024, which clearly discusses the relationship between science, ethics, humanity, and digital technology. Data collection was carried out from leading databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, SpringerLink, and Garuda and DOAJ Indonesia, with strict selection based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) criteria. The analysis was carried out using thematic analysis to identify three main themes: the dimensions of scientific values, ethical principles in the digital world, and their impact on humanity and Islamic education in the digital era

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang Reformulasi Konsep Needs Assessment dalam Perencanaan Pendidikan Islam Kontemporer (Dari Kebutuhan Menuju Kebermaknaan). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kepustakaan dan analisis konten untuk mereformulasi konsep needs assessment dalam perencanaan pendidikan Islam. Data diperoleh dari jurnal, buku, dan dokumen kebijakan 2019–2025 yang relevan. Analisis dilakukan melalui thematic coding dengan triangulasi sumber dan peer debriefing guna menjamin validitas. Hasilnya berupa model konseptual baru yang selaras dengan visi pendidikan Islam. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan mengenai Reformulasi Konsep Needs Assessment dalam Perencanaan Pendidikan Islam Kontemporer (Dari Kebutuhan Menuju Kebermaknaan), dapat disimpulkan empat hal penting. Pertama, perlu adanya reformulasi konsep needs assessment karena pendekatan lama masih normatif dan administratif, belum menyentuh dimensi spiritual dan sosial, sehingga perlu diarahkan menjadi lebih holistik dan kontekstual dengan era digital. Kedua, pentingnya integrasi nilai spiritual, etis, dan sosial agar analisis kebutuhan tidak hanya akademik, tetapi juga membentuk karakter insan kamil. Ketiga, pemanfaatan teknologi digital dan adaptasi global dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan akurasi serta relevansi hasil asesmen tanpa meninggalkan prinsip syariat. Keempat, dibutuhkan model asesmen holistik dan transformatif yang menilai aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor secara seimbang demi melahirkan generasi Muslim berkarakter dan berdaya saing global.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of the Qur'an memorization program in increasing motivation to learn the Qur'an at the Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School in Bandar Lampung by examining the functions of planning, organizing, implementing, as well as assessing and evaluating the program. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with participants, program coordinators, memorization teachers, musyrifs, and students. Data analysis was carried out interactively through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions, and its validity was tested by triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the management of the tahfidz program is implemented in a structured manner through setting memorization targets, dividing mentoring tasks, implementing scheduled deposits and muroja'ah, intensive tahsin, and periodic evaluations. The implementation of these management functions provides a positive contribution in increasing students' discipline, perseverance, and motivation to learn the Qur'an. The uniqueness of this study lies in placing the management of the tahfidz program as the main variable in increasing learning motivation and revealing typical practices in the form of a fluency policy before memorization, multi-party coordination, and the habituation of One Day One Juz.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the principal's interpersonal communication through the dimensions of openness, empathy, and support and how these three dimensions significantly contribute to improving teacher performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung. The urgency of this research is motivated by the limited number of qualitative studies that deeply explore the practice of interpersonal communication of principals in the context of religious-based private vocational high schools in Indonesia. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the principal's interpersonal communication plays a crucial role in building a healthy, open, and mutually supportive working relationship between the principal and teachers. The openness dimension is realized through regular discussion forums and teacher involvement in decision-making. The empathy dimension is reflected in the principal's attitude of actively listening and understanding the teacher's condition. Meanwhile, the support dimension is present in the form of motivation, supervision, and encouragement of professional development. The findings of this study provide a conceptual contribution to the development of educational management studies while offering a practical perspective for principals in optimizing interpersonal communication as an effective leadership strategy.
