Abstract

Corona Virus atau di sebut juga Covid 19 adalah virus yang mampu menginveksi sistem pernapasan,Virus Corona atau Covid 19 ini mudah sekali menyebar dan sangat cepat penyebaranya,yang berawal dari cina hingga kita ke seluruh Negara di dunia bahkan di Indonesia pun terdampak hanya dalam hitungan bulan, hal ini membuat Indonesia menerapkan kebijakan untuk melakukan lockdown dan kebijakan pembatasan sosial berskala besar  untuk memutus mata rantai virus ini,dampak dari virus ini menyebabkan perputaran ekonomi melemah dan kebutuhan bahan pokok melemah ,hal ini menuntut kita untuk saling berbagi dalam bentuk apapun dan mengerakan apapun untuk lepas dari virus corona ini ,dengan hal demikian kehadiran pemuda atau gerasi muda sangat di harapkan untuk itulah menumbuhkan krativitas dan kemandirian bagi generasi muda sangat berarti dan ini salah satu bentuk berbagi dalam kebaikan. Kata Kunci:  Kreativitas, Kemandirian

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the supervisory actions of leaders consisting of variables of supervision techniques, supervision principles, supervisor's routine activities, supervision models have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on employee performance. and to find out the most dominant variable of the supervisory technique variable, namely the principle of supervision. , supervisor routine activities, supervision model on employee performance. The result of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between the supervisory actions of the leadership on the performance of the Regional KPU employees in South Tangerang City.

Abstract

The aim of the Community Service Activities is to carry out one of the Tri Darmas of Higher Education which is carried out by lecturers and students at Pamulang University with the title "Digital Marketing Socialization to Increase Sales to Mothers in Kel. Bojongsari Waterfall, Depok”. In this socialization, residents still need better entrepreneurial management in business and have not utilized technology well. The method used to implement this PKM is a workshop or training. Where previously a direct observation stage was carried out first to find out the problems that arose at the service location. This socialization is used to provide an in-depth understanding of Community Service. It is hoped that the existence of higher education can contribute to the development of the application of science to society. The method used in community service is conveying material verbally. In this implementation, the material is by providing educational outreach to mothers in Kel. Curug in capturing business opportunities and implementing marketing strategies by utilizing smartphones as marketing media so that they can maintain their business and develop their business in the future. In the final training session participants were also given simple practices to support their ability to implement entrepreneurship in small businesses that are already running. To improve and ensure participants' ability to apply the material optimally, regular evaluation stages will be carried out by the team of lecturers and PKM teaching practitioners.

Abstract

The aim of the Community Service Activities is to implement one of the Tri Darmas of Higher Education which is carried out by Pamulang University lecturers and students with the title "increasing human resources in preventing hoax news on social media through digital literacy" One of the abilities that every human being must have is the ability to read. This is because someone who has literacy skills will find it easy for that person to solve problems or find a solution to a problem wisely. Media literacy is an effective step to anticipate the spread of Hoks which is growing rapidly in society.This PKM was carried out on the target group of young people studying at Bambu Apus Pamulang. This PKM was carried out using a lecture method, asking questions and answers to the participants. With this service activity, these Koran students get the information they need to be able to more easily and quickly differentiate between truth and error in information. Apart from that, it can also help the general public in maintaining the information circulating in a real form

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Berkah Aulia Nusantara Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 84 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 43,1% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,879 > 1,989). Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 51,4% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (9,311 > 1,989). Kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 8,202 + 0,339X1 + 0,453X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 57,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,2% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (57,818 > 3,110). Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at CV Berkah Aulia Nusantara Bogor. The method used is quantitative research.. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 84 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 43.1% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (7.879 > 1.989). Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 51.4% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (9.311 > 1.989). Leadership and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.202 + 0.339X1 + 0.453X2. The coefficient of determination value is 57.8% while the remaining 42.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (57.818 > 3.110). Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Branch Duri Pulo Central Jakarta. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population used in this study were employees of PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Branch Duri Pulo Central Jakarta. The sample used by the author in this study was employees of PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Branch Duri Pulo Central Jakarta totaling 54 employees. The data collection method used in this study is primary data. The primary data taken is data from the answers of 54 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between discipline on employee performance at PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Branch Duri Pulo Central Jakarta, as evidenced by the calculated t value> t table or (3.109> 2.007) This is also reinforced by the Sig. value <0.05 or (0.003 <0.05). Partially there is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance at PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Branch Duri Pulo Central Jakarta., which is evidenced by the calculated t value> t table or (2.080> 2.007) This is also reinforced by the Sig. value <0.05 or (0.043 <0.05). Simultaneously there is a significant simultaneous influence between discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Branch Duri Pulo Central Jakarta, which is evidenced by the calculated F value> F table or (20.508> 3.179), this is also reinforced by the Sig. value <0.05 or (0.000 <0.05). The coefficient value of R is 0.668, which means that the relationship between the Discipline and Motivation variables on the Employee Performance variable is strong. The value of the determination coefficient or contribution of its influence simultaneously is 44.6% while the remaining 55.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kerjasama Tim dan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, pengaruh Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kerjasama Tim dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Provices Indonesia area Bakrie Tower Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, metode pengumpulan data dengan populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh jumlah karyawan yaitu 78 orang dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t (parsial) dan uji f (simultan). Hasil penelitian pada variabel Kerjasama Tim (X1) menunjukan terdapat pengaruh Kerjasama tim terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara parsial, dilihat dari uji t yang menunjukan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (11,985>1,991) dan Sig. (0,000 < 0,05). Pada Variabel Komunikasi (X2) menunjukan terdapat pengaruh Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara parsial, dilihat dari  uji t yang menunjukan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (9,535>1,991) dan Sig (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil secara simultan/bersama-sama menunjukan terdapat pengaruh Kerjasama Tim dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, yang dilihat dari hasil uji F yang menunjukan nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (82,576>3,97) dan Sig (0,000 < 0,05). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini berarti variabel Kerjasama Tim dan Komunikasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Provices Indonesia area Bakrie Tower Jakarta Selatan
