Abstract

Desa Pagar Dewa terletak di Kecamatan Lubai Ulu, Muara Enim yang secara potensi alam terdapat bentang alam perkebunan karet yang luas. Sejalan dengan kondisi tersebut, mayoritas masyarakat di Desa Pagar Dewa bekerja sebagai petani karet. Namun adanya potensi tersebut belum dirasakan manfaatnya secara maksimal oleh petani karet di Desa Pagar Dewa. Berbagai permasalahan dihadapi petani karet mulai dari kenaikan harga pupuk non subsidi, jeratan hutang pada pengepul, keterbatasan informasi yang dimiliki petani karet, hingga adanya risiko kebakaran hutan dan lahan yang mengancam. Menyikapi permasalahan tersebut, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk – Stasiun Pagardewa melalui program CSR mengimplementasikan program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berbasis pada petani karet. Program yang bertajuk Desa Karet Berdaya dimulai dengan menghidupkan kembali koperasi tani yang sempat mengalami fase nonaktif untuk dilakukan pendampingan dan dapat mengelola sistem kredit pupuk. Program ini juga turut meningkatkan kapasitas dari petani karet dengan kegiatan pelatihan pembibitan dan pembuatan pupuk organik untuk tanaman karet. Selanjutnya sebagai kontribusi perusahaan dalam menghadapi risiko bencana kebakaran hutan dan lahan, melalui program CSR perusahaan turut berkontribusi dalam pembuatan embung di Dusun 4 Desa Pagar Dewa yang salah satu fungsinya sebagai lokasi penampungan air sehingga akses air ketika fase tanggap darurat dapat diakses dengan lebih cepat. Selain itu, terdapat keterlibatan perusahaan untuk memberikan sosialisasi terkait fase tanggap darurat bencana kebakaran hutan dan lahan.

Abstract

For UMKM, making financial reports neatly in accordance with standards is still something that is difficult to do. Therefore, we Pamulang University lecturers want to help assist in the preparation of financial reports for UMKM. In this service activity, we provide a solution for using an application for making financial reports for UMKM, namely SI-APIK, the goal is for UMKM to make it easier to make financial reports with this application that is easy to use and understand by UMKM actors who do not have basic education. accountancy. In addition, the availability of the application on mobile phones and through the website makes it easier for MSME actors to input their economic transactions. This community service involves UMKM Mamain Food Indonesia as the object of research. The method used in the training is a direct method of face-to-face and mentoring, namely by analyzing and problem solving. Financial accounting materials are presented with lectures, training, questions and answers, demonstrations, and case resolution. Furthermore, the recording process begins with examples of simple transactions that are usually carried out through the SI APIK application, an android application issued by Bank Indonesia. The results of financial literacy training and financial reporting assistance through this android-based application went well, and there was an increase in understanding of basic knowledge of financial records and an increased understanding of the operation of android-based financial applications. This is evidenced by the results of recording the financial statements of UMKM actors, namely Mamain Food Indonesia, using the SI APIK application, which is more neat and according to standards than before and UMKM actors, namely Mamain Food Indonesia, have been able to carry out financial records of business operations carried out through the SI APIK application. So it can be concluded that the application of the Android-based SI APIK financial application can improve the ability of UMKM Mamain Food Indonesia in compiling financial reporting according to standards so that it will be easier to get capital from financial institutions.

Abstract

Pagar Dewa Village is located in Lubai Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra Province, with vast natural potential for rubber plantations. In line with this condition, the majority of the community in Pagar Dewa Village works as rubber farmers. However, the potential has not been fully realized to its maximum benefit by the rubber farmers in Pagar Dewa Village. Various issues are faced by rubber farmers, ranging from the increase in non-subsidized fertilizer prices, the absence of fertilization for the past three years, limited information available to rubber farmers, to the threat of forest and land fires. In response to these issues, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk - Pagardewa Gas Compressor Station, through its CSR program, has implemented a community empowerment program based on rubber farmers. The program, titled "Self-Reliant, Alert, Resilient, and Prosperous Rubber Farmers" (MAS TANI MAPAN), began by reviving the farmer cooperative that had experienced a non-active phase and assisting in managing the institution. It also developed the cooperative into fertilizer, seed, and honey working groups (Pokja Pupuk, Pokja Bibit, and Pokja Madu). This program also enhances the capacity of rubber farmers through training in seedling cultivation and organic fertilizer production for rubber trees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Branch Duri Pulo Central Jakarta. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population used in this study were employees of PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Branch Duri Pulo Central Jakarta. The sample used by the author in this study was employees of PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Branch Duri Pulo Central Jakarta totaling 54 employees. The data collection method used in this study is primary data. The primary data taken is data from the answers of 54 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between discipline on employee performance at PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Branch Duri Pulo Central Jakarta, as evidenced by the calculated t value> t table or (3.109> 2.007) This is also reinforced by the Sig. value <0.05 or (0.003 <0.05). Partially there is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance at PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Branch Duri Pulo Central Jakarta., which is evidenced by the calculated t value> t table or (2.080> 2.007) This is also reinforced by the Sig. value <0.05 or (0.043 <0.05). Simultaneously there is a significant simultaneous influence between discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Branch Duri Pulo Central Jakarta, which is evidenced by the calculated F value> F table or (20.508> 3.179), this is also reinforced by the Sig. value <0.05 or (0.000 <0.05). The coefficient value of R is 0.668, which means that the relationship between the Discipline and Motivation variables on the Employee Performance variable is strong. The value of the determination coefficient or contribution of its influence simultaneously is 44.6% while the remaining 55.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Digital Marketing dan Brand Image mesin cuci merek LG terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada CV Tiga Jaya Elektronik Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penentuan jumlah sampel melalui rumus Rao Purba, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persamaan regresi Y = 5,534 + 0,316X₁ + 0,228X₂. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) pengaruhnya sebesar 0,733 menunjukkan bahwa variabel keputusan pembelian pada CV Tiga Jaya Elektronik Kota Tangerang dipengaruhi variabel Digital Marketing dan Brand Image sebesar 73,3%, sedangkan sisanya 26,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa Digital Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian yang diperoleh thitung > ttabel yaitu (4.157 > 1.98472) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan Brand Image juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan yang diperoleh thitung > ttabel yaitu (4.246 > 1.98472) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil Uji-F menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian fhitung  > ftabel  (12.774 > 3,09) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Digital Marketing dan Brand Image mesin cuci merek LG berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada CV Tiga Jaya Elektronik
