Abstract

This article aims to examine and elaborate on the terms of quality control management from the perspective of Islamic education. Quality control is important in the world of education because quality control is related to the consistency of Islamic education institutions in ensuring that the quality of these educational institutions is feasible to operate and compete in the national and international education arena. To control the quality of education, this article offers two models, namely total quality management and excellent service-based quality control management. The thing that must be considered in quality control management is not only to pay attention to three aspects of quality control, namely input, process, and output. More than that, in carrying out quality control management, you must also provide excellent service that really shows partiality to the customer.

Abstract

The online population census was first launched in 2020. The purpose of the online population census 2020 is to provide data on the number, composition, distribution, and characteristics of the Indonesian population towards one Indonesian population data and provide demographic parameters and population projections and other population characteristics for population projections and SDGs indicators. These data are needed by the government as one of the bases for making decisions or policies in order to be able to accommodate all existing interests. This innovation with an online census approach is undoubtedly inseparable from social problems or constraints. Social, economic, and geographic factors affect the literacy of information and communication technology in society. The factual conditions in the field encouraged the team community service to take a strategic role by carrying out community service activities in Kecamaran Pabelan, Semarang Regency, in the form of online population census 2020 assistance activities. Mentoring methods are carried out by providing counseling, socialization, and technical guidance to the Public. The results achieved from this assistance to partners were an increase in the community response rate in Semarang Regency, more partners could participate and it was easier to fill data in the online population census 2020.

Abstract

The purposes of this mentoring are obtained education about perspective of cyberbullying through Law of Information and Electronical Transaction (A.K.A. UU ITE) and Fatwa MUI Number 24 Year 2017 to students that incidentally called “Generation Z”, a generation that cannot be separated from social media in their lives. The method that used in this mentoring is education in the form of training with model of participatory. It educates more motivating participants actively, not only knowledge transferring but it emphasizes on question and answers, discussion and reflection even though the interest of the students is limit, considering those activities were conducted on Zoom Application. This mentoring was succeeded to change the point of view of students that cyberbullying is a common view, cyber joke is a behaviour that must be avoided because it has an impact on juvenile delinquency, adult crime, domestic violence and suicide. It also creates friendship feud).
