Abstract

In this modern age, people are required to have a high social mobility. The increasing number of private cars is resulted from the growing number of middle class in Indonesia. The main focus of this study was to analyze the effect of brand experience, brand satisfaction, brand trust towards brand attachment. this research is classified as descriptive analysis method to take samples and questionnaire as the main tool. The sample was 150 BMW users, especially those who have a BMW car in Jakarta.  Respondents were selected using non probability sampling techniques and sampling convince. The results of analysis using structural equation model (SEM) found evidence for following relationships: brand experience significant positive effect on brand satisfaction, but it is not significant on brand trust. It has also found that brand satisfaction has significant positive effect on brand trust and brand attachment. However, brand satisfaction is found not having significant positive effect on brand attachment.

Abstract

This research aimed to prove that leadership and compensation influence on job satisfaction at PT Pertamina Lubricants. Within this research, population research refers to employee at PT Pertamina Lubricants which is about 80 employees that already pass the probation time. Sample used about 30 respondents and data was taken by way of questionnaires.The data collection is analyzed by Regression Analysis. The result of this analysis showed that Y= 3,474 +0,321X1+0,718X2, and the determination coefficients is about 50,1%. Byt that means, there are signification effect about Leadership and Compensation on Job Satisfaction.Keywords: Leadership, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Employees

Abstract

Desa korleko adalah desa yang terletak di sebelah timur pulau lombok, lebih tepatnya di kecamatan labuhan haji kebupaten lombok timur. Potensi lokal di Desa korleko sangat melimpah baik dalam bidang pertanian maupun perikanan. Namun masyarakat desa korleko masih minim edukasi dalam hal pengolahan hasil bumi sehingga tingkat penderita stunting di desa korleko terbilang tinggi. Jagung sebagai salah satu hasil pertanian di desa korleko merupakan salah satu sumber pangan alternatif yang sangat bergizi. Kelompok KKN-T Desa korleko Universitas Mataram berupaya untuk mencegah dan menurunkan tingkat penderita stunting di desa korleko dengan mengadakan kegiatan gerakan divesifikasi pangan dan pengolahan makanan bergizi berupa sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan susu jagung. Pengolahan susu jagung ini menghasilkan 25 cup dengan ukuran 100 ml. Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan baik karena tingginya antusias peserta baik dalam hal pemahaman materi dan praktek pembuatan susu jagung. Di harapkan kegiatan ini akan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam mengkonsumsi makanan begizi.

Abstract

The rapid competition of the banking business requires the company to improve the quality of service by improving employee performance. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to factors that can affect employee performance. The main factors that can affect employee performance are continuous development and improvement of individual factors including talent and knowledge. This research aims to test the influence of human resources development, talent management and knowledge management on the performance of permanent employees working in the field of services and marketing at Bank DKI KCU Balaikota with a sample number of 50 respondents. The sampling techniques in this study used saturated samples and data processing using SPSS 21. The results of this study show that human resources development variables partially affect the performance of employees of Bank DKI KCU Balaikota. Talent management variables have no effect on the performance of Bank DKI KCU Balaikota employees and knowledge management variables also partially have no effect on the performance of employees of Bank DKI KCU Balaikota.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Digital yang cepat dapat mempengaruhi model bisnis pada berbagai bidang industri terutama pada bidang keuangan dan perbankan. Perubahan teknologi dan perubahan pola perilaku konsumen dapat memberikan dorongan inovasi pada teknologi finansial yang banyak bermunculan secara global. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji adanya pengaruh dari persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, pengaruh sosial, efektivitas, kepercayaan dan persepsi keamanan terhadap sikap dan niat penggunaan fintech sistem pembayaran. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner online kepada pengguna fintech sistem pembayaran di Bekasi, Depok, Jakarta, dan Tangerang. Pengolahan data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis path dengan PLS-SEM. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, sosial influence, efektivitas, dan persepsi keamanan terhadap sikap kecuali keamanan yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap, dan sikap penggunaan memiliki pengaruh pada niat penggunaan fintech sistem pembayaran para generasi milenial.

Abstract

Analysis of costs and benefits is an instrument for assessing whether a project is feasible to be implemented or not. STIE IBS is currently developing a new system so that services to students can be better. Projects currently under consideration is a system of academic information system and internet connection. Both of these investment projects will be assessed each of its cost-benefit. The assessment results in the form of recommendations to the interested parties concerning which projects should be built first. This study uses cost-benefit analysis combined with analysis of cost budgeting. The implementation of this study begins by analyzing the existing projects in the information technology department to analyze the cost-benefit obtained from each of these projects, then do the calculations the difference between the benefits gained by the investment budget has been budgeted at the beginning. The analysis showed that the two investment projects in the budget it is worth the investment benefit, in other words, the technology field is greater than the costs. Abstract

This study shows the relationship of several variables that can determine the effect on the intention to use in buying and selling shares online on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in an academic environment. This research focuses on online stock trading transactions among students on campus who have worked with securities institutions. This study uses the TAM and ECM models to develop the variables that become the material of analysis. Satisfaction, ease of use, Usefulness, trust, Risk and benefit variables are analyzed to see its relationship with intention to use using path analysis. The results of the discussion about this study show that the Satisfaction, Trust, Motivation and Investment Interest variables have a dominant influence on intention to use. Meanwhile, the Satisfaction and Ease of use variables influence trust, but Risk does not influence trust, and the Ease of Use variable with benefits does not have a positive effect on Usefulness. Satisfaction variable has an indirect effect on the intention to use through the trust variable, so does the Motivation variable has an indirect effect on the intention to use through the Investment Interest variable.

Abstract

One of the many factors that would make a company to remain competitive in the market is an implementation of an accounting information system that goes well at the company, in order to minimize the occurrence of fraud, particularly in raw material purchasing cycle, and disbursements of transactions which is related to the purchase of raw materials . This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Elements in this study using the elements of internal control, the structure of the organization, authorization, and recording system, sound practices and quality employees in accordance with its responsibilities. To determine whether the information system is effective or not is by using the COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of The Treadway Commissions)method. There are 5 components of COSO which is: control environment, risk assessment, information and communication, monitoring, and control activities. After analyzing PT Formitra on that aspect, there is only one factor that is a weakness to the company, which is the absence of separation of functions between the recording of the inventory and control function (protecting) of the inventory.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of leverage, institutional ownership and firm size on firm performance in manufacture companies listed on the stock exchanges in Indonesia during 2011-2015. Puposive sampling is chosen as the sampling method of this study. Data obtained from secondary data in the annual reports of 71 companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The result prove that firm size variable have negative significant effect with firm performance in manufacture companies. But, leverage and institutional ownership variable have not significant effect with firm performance in manufacture companies

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya dapat bersumber dari faktor individu dan faktor lingkungan kerja. Perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya apabila didalam diri karyawannya memiliki kesadaran untuk dapat patuh dan mentaati aturan di perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan divisi marketing pada pada PT. XYZ. Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja karyawan dan variabel independennya adalah disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan divisi marketing yang berjumlah 110 responden. Hasil penelitian menununjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja divisi marketing, sedangkan disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga marketing.
