Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Firm Created Communication and User Generated Communication on Brand Attitude, then test Firm Created Communication, User Generated Communication, and Brand Attitude on Brand Equity. Next to test Brand Attitude and Brand Equity against Purchase Intention. The exogenous variables in this study are Firm Created Communication and User Generated Communication. While the endogenous variables in this study are Brand Attitude, Brand Equity and Purchase Intention. This research was conducted at the Shopee marketplace. The sample in this study used 50 respondents using the Shopee marketplace and the method used was Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) Firm Created Communication has a significant positive effect on Brand Equity, 2) User Generated Content does not have a significant positive effect on Brand Equity, 3) Brand Attitude has a significant positive effect on Brand Equity ,4) Firm Created Communication has no significant effect on Brand Attitude. 5) User Generated Content has a significant positive effect on Brand Attitude, 6) Brand Equity has a significant positive effect on Purchase Intention, 7) Brand Attitude has a significant effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job enlargement, lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan tetap PT Mayaksa Mugi Mulia. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT.Mayaksa Mugi Mulia yang mengalami perluasan kerja ke anak perusahaan.Proses perhitungan dibantu menggunakan software Statistical Package for Social Science(SPSS). Metode pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket (google form) dengan menggunakan lima poin skala likert sebagai alat ukur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job enlargement berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan tetap PT. Mayaksa Mugi Mulia.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of Online Consumer Review, Digital Payment, Social Media Advertisement, and Influencer Endorsement on Purchase Intention in Y.O.U Beauty skincare products. Primary data collection was carried out for 1 weeks using a research sample of 89 respondents. This study used a descriptive research design approach with empirical data collected through online surveys. Empirical data is then processed using the Structural Equation Modeling approach to test a number of hypotheses proposed. The results of this study Social Media Advertisement and Influencer Endorsement have a positive effect on Purchase Intention. Online Consumer Reviews negatively affect Purchase Intention. However, Digital Payment has no effect on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of career development, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. Study on a permanent employee at the retail account services (RAS) division at the Bank X, South Jakarta. The independent variables in this study are Career Development, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline. At the same time, the dependent variable in this study is Employee Performance. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the PLS or Partial Least Square method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The data collection technique used a Google form application questionnaire to collect respondent information. The sample in this study were all members of the population, which amounted to 70 permanent employees at the Bank X, South Jakarta. The analysis results show that Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas dapat memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap pencapaian akademis siswa, terutama dalam konteks mata pelajaran yang dianggap kompleks, seperti penerapan rangkaian digital. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh penerapan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap hasil kinerja siswa dalam mata pelajaran Dasar Program Keahlian di tingkat SMK. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui analisis literatur, dengan menyajikan berbagai teori terkait dan mendukungnya dengan data sekunder dari ena m referensi jurnal yang membahas penerapan model PjBL pada Dasar elektronik otomotif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa PjBL efektif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik, terutama dalam konteks penerapan rangkaian elektronik otomotif. Oleh karena itu, model pembelajaran PjBL dianggap sebagai pendekatan yang sesuai untuk diterapkan di lingkungan SMK. Namun, ada kelemahan yang perlu diperhatikan, terutama ketika siswa kehilangan motivasi atau merasa ragu dapat mengatasi tantangan pembelajaran. Guru dapat berperan aktif dengan meningkatkan pengawasan dan memberikan perhatian khusus agar seluruh siswa tetap termotivasi dalam menghadapi kesulitan belajar. Dalam implementasi PjBL, penting untuk memastikan perlakuan yang adil terhadap seluruh siswa, sehingga setiap peserta didik mempunyai peluang yang sama baiknya untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajarnya. Oleh karena itu, penekanan pada pengembangan kreativitas dan semangat belajar perlu ditingkatkan, dan diharapkan guru dapat memotivasi siswa agar aktif dan berpikir lebih kreatif selama proses pembelajaran.
