Abstract

Sehati Integrated Health Service Center (Posyandu) is one of four Integrated Health Service Center (Posyandu) for the Elderly at the Wonorejo Health Center. During this time, the Integrated Health Service Center (Posyandu) for the Elderly has not been maximized because of inadequate human resources. This study aims to describe the implementation of the operational work plan in Sehati Integrated Health Service Center for Elderly programs in Wonorejo Health Center works area. The type of research was qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The research informants were the chief of the Health Center, senior program person in charge and cadres. Observation, interviews, and documentation are used to collect the data. The techniques to analyze data were data collection, reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that there was no background for the role of the PKK due to the lack of human resources however the person in charge was right and supporting resources namely equipment for the Integrated Health Service Center for Elderly activities were available. There had been no role of the PKK due to lack of human resources, cadres were still less active and there were still elderly people who didn’t come to the Integrated Health Service Center due to lack of motivation from the elderly family are the Conclusion of this research. The person in charge of the implementation of the Integrated Health Service Center for the elderly was appropriate namely the chief of RT and the leader of the Integrated Health Service Center for the elderly cadres. Supporting resources such as the equipment for the activities of the Integrated Health Service Center for the elderly programs are already available at the moment. Keywords: posyandu; elderly; cadres ABSTRAK Puskesmas Wonorejo memiliki 4 Posyandu Lansia, salah satunya adalah Posyandu Sehati. Pelaksanaan Posyandu lansia belum maksimal karena SDM kurang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan rencana kerja operasional program posyandu lansia sehati wilayah kerja Puskesmas Wonorejo Samarinda. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Informan penelitian adalah kepala puskesmas, pemegang program lansia dan kader. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian data dan verfikasi. Hasil penelitian yaitu latar belakang belum ada peran dari PKK dikarenakan kurangnya SDM, penanggung jawab sudah tepat dan sumber daya pendukung yaitu peralatan untuk kegiatan posyandu lansia sudah tersedia. Kesimpulan belum ada peran dari PKK dikarenakan kurangnya SDM, kader masih kurang aktif dan masih ada lansia yang tidak datang ke posyandu karena kurangnya motivasi dari keluarga lansia tersebut. Penanggung jawab pelaksanaan posyandu lansia sudah tepat yaitu ketua RT dan ketua kader posyandu lansia. Sumber daya pendukung, yaitu peralatan kegiatan program posyandu lansia sehati sudah tersedia. Abstract

Sistem data base pemasyarakat (SDP, 2019) tercatat bahwa sebanyak 3,7 % warga binaan rutan Samarinda Kelas IIA merupakan pengguna aktif narkoba jenis Sabu dan Ekstasy, dan lain sebagainya. Dan berdasarkan data kunjungan warga binaan di poliklinik rutan tercatat bahwa setiap hari nya ada dua sampai tiga orang yang kedapatan menggunakan Narkoba jenis sabu. Adapun tujuan di lakukan nya pengabdian ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan tentang informasi dan edukasi kesehatan mengenai bahaya penggunaan narkoba kepada warga binaan rutan samarinda di rumah tahanan negara kelas II A Samarinda pada bulan Desember tahun 2019. Dalam kegiatan ini di lakukan dilaksanakan oleh Pengusul dan mahasiswa/i fakultas kesehatan masyarakat dengan menggunakan beberapa alat antar lain seperti, Labtop, LCD, Proyektor, ATK dan Brosur, adapun materi yang di bawakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu penyuluhan tentang bahaya penggunaan Narkoba. Metode yang di gunakan adalah Focus Group Discussion (FDG).

Abstract

The membership Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) from Kutai Timur District part of Kalimantan Timur province which is the most from Pekerja Penerima Upah (PPU) – Corporate that is as much 166.290 peoples or around 45,49 % of the entire membership JKN from Kutai Timur District. BPJS Kesehatan as the organizer of JKN program have to satisfaction index target participant of JKN that is 85% which is until end of year 2018 satisfaction index of PPU-Corporate by approximately 79,9% and have to gap 5,1% to be achieved at this year. The aim of this research development is to improve satisfaction level of membership JKN through provide information to PT. Universal Tekno Reksajaya employee about rights, obligation, service flow , procedure and the rule from JKN program. The result is the employee knows legal basis of JKN program, membership segment, amount of dues/premium, service flow,benefit, call center channel and also JKN mobile application.

Abstract

MASKS AND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PHYSICAL DISTANCING AS AN EFFORT TO PREVENT THE TRANSMISSION OF COVID-19: SOCIALIZATION IN SAMARINDA ULU DISTRICT. The status of the Covid-19 red zone in six sub-districts, namely North Samarinda sub-district, Samarinda Ulu sub-district, Samarinda City sub-district, Sungai Kukung sub-district, Sungai Pinang sub-district and Samarinda Ilir sub-district. Meanwhile, the other 4 sub-districts, the orange zone in Sambutan sub-district, as well as the yellow zone in the Samarinda Seberang sub-district, Loa Janan Ilir and also in the Palaran sub-district (Niaga Asia, 2020). The solution that will be offered to this problem is to provide socialization about the importance of using masks, distribution of masks and an explanation regarding the importance of carrying out physical distancing. This activity aims to increase knowledge and the community about the correct type & method of using masks and the importance of physical distancing. The service method used in this activity is socialization. This socialization was carried out by providing counseling on the importance of using masks and the importance of carrying out physical distancing as an effort to prevent the transmission of Covid-19. The service output will be submitted to an accredited journal. The conclusion of this community service, namely the delivery of practical material applying the use of masks and physical distancing in order to prevent Covid-19 transmission, the results are quite good and can be accepted by all people and become a habit in everyday life in the new normal era.

Abstract

SADARI adalah tindakan deteksi dini terhadap adanya gejala-gejala kanker payudara. SADARI (Pemeriksaan Payudara Sendiri) dianjurkan pada wanita, terutama pada wanita dengan usia mulai dari 20 tahun. Karena wanita dengan usia subur 20-45 tahun sangat berisiko terkena penyakit kanker payudara, sehingga wanita harus selalu sadar akan kesehatan payudaranya yaitu dengan cara rutin memeriksa payudaranya sebagai upaya awal pencegahan penyakit kanker payudara. Metodelogi penelitian ini menggunakan prinsip partisipatoris dan ceramah. Tempat pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di Desa Kresik RT 02 Kecamatan. Hasil dari kegiatan penyuluhan SADARI Di wilayah RT 01 dan  02 desa kersik kecamatan marangkayu  kabupaten kutai kartanegara tahun 2017 : Minat  para perempuan  melaksanakan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri(SADARI) sangat baik, dan aktif dalam kegiatan penyuluhan SADARI Terdapat pengaruh penyuluhan kepada perempuan tentang  pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) terhadap minat melakukan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) Pada perempuan di RT 01 dan 02 wilayah desa kersik kecamatan  marang kayu  kabupaten kutai kartanegara tahun 2017.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem penyimpanan rekam medis menggunakan di UPT BLUD Puskesmas Wonorejo Kota Samarinda Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Informan Kepala Puskesmas, Penanggung Jawab Rekam Medis, Staf dibagian Ruang Rekam Medis, dan Staf dibagian Tempat Pendaftaran Pasien. Teknik Pengumpulan data Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data yaitu Pengumpulan data, Reduksi, Penyajian data dan Verifikasi. Teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian pengetahuan petugas sudah cukup baik, kendala penyimpanan ada pada sumber daya manusia belum terdapat D3 perekam medis, fasilitas penyimpanan ruangan yang sempit, dan rak penyimpanan yang masih kurang sehingga rekam medis harus disimpan di kardus, penggunaan rak berupa lemari enam laci dan lima lemari rak terbuka. Kesimpulan pengetahuan petugas terhadap penyimpanan rekam medis cukup baik, tetapi pada penomoran yang digunakan petugas tidak mengetahui secara spesifik. Kendala penyimpanan pada sumber daya manusia sebanyak 4 petugas yang belum terdapat D3 perekam medis. Fasilitas penyimpanan rekam medis belum terdapat tracer dan kurangnya rak penyimpanan rekam medis. Disarankan dapat memfasilitasi IT base untuk dapat mengurangi penggunaan berkas rekam medis, membuat tracer yang digunakan pada saat pengambilan.

Abstract

Saat ini didunia sedang dihadapkan dengan suatu virus baru yaitu coronavirus jenis baru (SARS-Cov-2) dan penyakitnya disebut Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19). Diketahui mulai virus ini berasal dari Wuhan, Tiongkok. Ditemukan pada akhir Desember tahun 2019. (Who,2020). Peran petugas puskesmas dalam pencegahan covid-19 yaitu Sebagai Komunikator petugas puskesmas memiliki peran penting sebagai komunikator dalam menyampaikan informasi atau pesan yang benar dalam pencegahan covid-19. Sebagai Motivator petugas puskesmas harus mampu menjadi motivator di tengah-tengah masyarakat agar masyarakat bisa termotivasi melaksanakan pencegahan covid-19 pada dirinya,keluarga maupun lingkungannya sendiri. Abstract

Cases in Indonesia are still showing an increase in the number of positive cases exposed to COVID-19, so the government has implemented various efforts to reduce the number of positive cases in Indonesia. One of them is the policy of using masks. The use of mask is part of a comprehensive series of prevention and control measures that can limit the spread of certain viral respiratory tract diseases, including COVID-19. Masks can be used to protect healthy people (used to protect themselves when in contact with infected people) or to control the source (used by an infected person to prevent further transmission). One of the methods to increase compliance with wearing masks is to increase patient understanding of the importance of preventing transmission of the corona virus by obediently wearing masks. The results showed that respondents with low knowledge in the use of mask were 51.7% with a total of 120 respondents and those with good knowledge were 48.3% with a total of 112 respondents. Respondents with poor compliance in using masks were 39.7% with a total of 92 respondents and those with good compliance in using masks were 60.3% with a total of 140 respondents. The results of the chi-square test showed that there was no relationship between public knowledge and compliance with the use of mask in Samarinda City with a p-value of 0.146 (p-value>0.05).

Abstract

Lack of human resources is one of the reasons why most employees at Loa Janan Health Center. have double jobs. This study aims to determine: 1. the effect of the job description on the motivation of employees, 2. the effect of compensation on the motivation of employees, 3. the effect of non-physical work environment on the motivation of employees in Loa Janan Health Center. This type of research was quantitative with a Causal approach. The sample consisted of 53 employees. The questionnaire is used to collect the data in this research. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis, the t-test and predictor contributions are used to test the hypothesis in this research. The results showed that job description has an effect on employee motivation with a contribution of 13.1% influence, it is concluded that the hypothesis is accepted compensation and  Non-physical work environment has no effect on employee motivation with an influence contribution of 0.73% and 5%, it is concluded that the hypothesis is rejected. The conclusions of the research is just job Description has an effect on employee work motivation.. The suggestion of this research are hopefully, the distribution of Job Descriptions is based on the interests and competencies. Besides, adding more human resources to fill job vacancies is necessary to do so that there are no more double jobs in Loa Janan Health Center

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children due to chronic malnutrition, which is caused by various interrelated factors, one of which is maternal factors. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal characteristics and parenting patterns with the incidence of stunting in children in the working area of the Sipayung Health Center. This study is a quantitative study, with a cross-sectional design, involving 754 respondents selected by simple random sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire, then analyzed by Chi-square test. The results of the analysis showed p = 0.014 for maternal education and 0.000 for parenting. Furthermore, it was concluded that the incidence of stunting was related to maternal education and parenting.Keywords: maternal characteristics; parenting; stuntingABSTRAKUsaha yang dilakukan mahasiswa selama sistem perkuliahan daring berlangsung merupakan upaya dalam mencapai produktivitas. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja mental dengan produktivitas selama sistem perkuliahan daring pada mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan Tools NASA-TLX, berlokasi di FKM-UWGM Samarinda pada bulan Juli 2021. Responden penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Variabel penelitian merujuk kepada prosedur pembobotan dan rating multidimensional dari NASA Task Load Index yaitu: Temporal Demands, Effort, and Frustration. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner via Google Form. Data dianalisis dengan uji korelasi Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas tidak berhubungan dengan tuntutan waktu (p=0,848), tingkat usaha (p=0,876), dan tingkat frustrasi (0,869).Kata kunci: sistem perkuliahan daring; produktivitas; beban kerja mental
