Abstract

Causes of non-obstetric sepsis in pregnant women include malaria, HIV and pneumonia. Urinary tract infections are often linked as the most common cause of infection in pregnancy. Common causes of sepsis are gram-negative bacteria such as Acinetobacter calcoaceticus, Enterobacter aerogenes, Pseudomonas sp and Eschericia coli. High risk for pregnant women is a condition of deviation from normal which directly causes morbidity and death of both mother and baby breech location in premigravida, severe infection/sepsis, preterm labor. Based on this description, researchers were interested in screening bacteria in pregnant women with sepsis in Mamuju Regency in West Sulawesi Province. The purpose of this study was to detect the presence of bacteria in pregnant women in Mamuju Regency. This type of research is descriptive observational research. The time of the study is in the months of May to November 2019. The population was all pregnant women who visit the PKM and/or Hospital in Mamuju Regency, taken using the accidental Sampling method. The results showed a bacterial infection with gram-negative (rod) and gram-positive (round) types in pregnant women. Early detection of the incidence of infection and the cause of the infection is still needed so the researchers recommend that early screening be done on pregnant women. This research can be continued with various specimens such as sputum or wound swabs in women with caesarean section. Keywords: pregnant women; infections; bacteria; gram negative

Abstract

The direct causes of maternal mortality rate are bleeding, eclampsia, abortion, infection, and prolonged labor. Maternal mortality rate can be minimized by safe, clean help, and prevent complications. Labor is a process that begins with uterine contractions causing progressive dilation of the cervix, birth of a baby, and labor of placenta and it is a natural process. This study aims to see the effectiveness of instrumental music relaxation techniques using traditional musical instruments on the labor process of inpartu mothers when phase I was active at Community Health Center in Tampa Padang, Mamuju. This study is an experimental study with a pre-experimental conception and use one group pretest-posttest conception with the population of maternal mothers at Tampa Padang Community Health Centre. The samples are pregnant women who entered the delivery room with inpartu diagnosis of the first stage/phase is active or the opening stage. The sampling technique was consecutive sampling which could be done by 31 people. The data then being analyzed with univariable analysis and bivariable analysis using the Wilcoxon Test with a significance level of 0.05 to see the interface relationship with the decrease in pain scale. The results showed a relationship in reducing pain scale of mothers who were given musical intervention with Mandar traditional musical instruments where p = 0.000. The conclusion of this study shows that by applying instrumental music relaxation techniques with traditional Mandar musical instruments, mothers can adjust to pain during labor so that it can reduce the pain scale in mothers in labor when phase 1 is active.

Introduction: Transplantation is intended to replace a damaged or functioning organ in the recipient with another organ that is still functioning from the donor. Technological developments in the world of health not only have a positive impact on the world of medicine but also open up opportunities for illegal human organ trading syndicates. Human organ trafficking is a type of transnational crime that has occurred frequently in recent decades.Purposes of the Research: Aims to analyze human organ trafficking as a transnational crime. Methods of the Research: The research method used is normative juridical. Results of the Research: Illegal trade in human organs involving cross-border syndicates is a transnational crime. Cross-border crime is a threat that is taken seriously by each country because it threatens the security and stability of the country. To prevent this, countries can work together with each other. with each other through bilateral agreements, one of which is the extradition agreement, to stop the practice of selling and buying human organs.
