Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kegiatan membaca dalam program morning activities dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis siswa kelas 3-D SDIT Insan Kamil Sidoarjo. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). PTK dilakukan dengan 2 siklus yang diawali tahap pratindakan. Pada tahap pratindakan, hasil pratindakan hanya diperoleh 25% tingkat keberhasilannya. Hal tersebut disebabkan kemampuan membaca yang rendah dan tak adanya media atau program yang memudahkan siswa menulis. Dengan fakta tersebut, dilakukan tindakan siklus I. Pada siklus I, hasil yang diperoleh masih jauh dari tujuan. Hasilnya hanya diperoleh 45% saja. Hal tersebut disebabkan faktor membaca lantang yang kurang. Karena itu dilakukan tindakan siklus II. Siklus II, siswa mencapai 95%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan keberhasilan dari penelitian tindakan yang dilakukan pada siswa kelas 3-D.

Abstract

Covid 19 epidemic has made people more aware of the importance of health and personal hygiene. They strive to increase body immunity against various viruses, bacteria, and germs. One of the plants capable of improving body immunity is noni plant. It is much likely to prevent corona virus. Noni fruit contains substance capable of preventing cancer and antimicrobials. skopoletin dan anthraquinon of noni fruit has anti-septic substance that can kill bacteria and fungi in the body. Alkaloid of morinda citrifolia is also effective to increase immunity and to lower cholesterol. Due to its anti-virus property, noni can also cure fever, pain, and cough. For noni fermented beverage, the analysis of SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) has been made for its potential market. The fermented noni drink is expected to be an alternative herbal drink which is healthy and economic-valued. This product is also expected to inspire an innovative enterpreneurship. By making use of often-discarded-noni fruit into fermented noni beverage, people can employ others as noni fruit collectors, thus employment created. The manufacture of the product includes pre-production stage, fermentation production, packaging, promoting, launching, and to the post-production stage. The fermented noni has its particular blend of fresh and sweet flavors. Consumers may get attracted to buy this rich-nutrient herbal drink. The manufacture of fermented noni drink can empower the people of desa pagerngumbuk. They can start by planting the noni plant. Hence, it is expected to make a new enterpreneuship activity among the society of desa Pagerngumbuk. This can be initiated particularly by the women of PKK.

Abstract

Kesulitan belajar banyak dijumpai sekarang yaitu kesulitan membaca. Kesulitan membaca membuat siswa kesusahan dalam menangkap materi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat dan solusi mengatasi kesulitan belajar membaca permulaan kelas 1 sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas 1 SDN Kedung Peluk 01 Sidoarjo. Subjek penelitian yaitu kelas 1 sejumlah 11 siswa sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penghambat belajar membaca permulaan yaitu faktor internal: faktor psikologis (kurang minat baca sebesar 53,9% dan kematangan usia sebesar 13,2%) dan faktor fisik sebesar 52,9%. Faktor eksternal: faktor keluarga sebesar 49,5% dan faktor sekolah sebesar 61,25%. Solusi untuk mengatasi yaitu guru harus lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam penggunaan media, orang tua harus menjadi peran penting dalam belajar, minat baca siswa harus ditingkatkan dan dilatih terus menerus, orang tua harus bisa mengatur jam belajar dan jam bermain anak, guru harus memilih metode mengajar yang tepat dan kematangan usia yang tepat untuk anak sekolah dasar.   Learning difficulties are often found today, namely reading difficulties. Reading difficulties make it difficult for students to grasp the material. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the inhibiting factors and solutions or ways to overcome difficulties in learning to read at the beginning of grade 1 elementary school. This research is a case study qualitative research method, data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted in class 1 SDN Kedung Peluk 01 Sidoarjo. The research subject is grade 1 with 11 elementary school students. The results of this study explain that the inhibiting factors for learning to read early are internal factors: psychological factors (lack of interest in reading by 53.9% and age maturity by 13.2%) and physical factors by 52.9%. External factors: family factors by 49.5% and school factors by 61.25%. The solution to overcome this is that teachers are required to be more creative in making and using media, parents must play an important role in learning, students' reading interest needs to be improved and trained continuously, parents must be able to regulate learning hours and children's playing hours, teachers must choose teaching strategies that appropriate and pay attention to the maturity of the right age for elementary school children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media kartu gambar terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa tunagrahita ringan, aktivitas dan respon siswa. Kemampuan membaca kosa kata dan pengenalan huruf siswa tunagrahita masih  kurang dikarenakan siswa hanya belajar memahami materi secara teori tanpa menggunakan media. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan  design One-Grup Pre-Test and Post Tes Design. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas 1 SDN Lemah putro 01 Sidoarjo, terdapat 5 siswa tunagrahita ringan. Teknik   analisis data menggunakan uji-t dengan taraf sig 0,05, hasil aktivitas dan angket respon siswa. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t diperoleh nilai sig 0,003. Karena nilai sig 0,003 < 0,05 maka H1 ditolak, disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh media kartu gambar terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa tunagrahita ringan di sekolah dasar. Hasil aktivitas siswa diperoleh 85%, dikategorikan baik dalam penggunaan  media  kartu gambar. Hasil dari angket  respon siswa diperoleh nilai rata-rata 75%, sehingga terdapat respon baik dari siswa selama pembelajaran menggunakan media kartu gambar   This study aims to determine the effect of picture card media on the reading ability of mild mentally inclusive students, activities and student responses. The ability to read vocabulary and letter recognition for mentally inclusive students is still lacking because students only learn to understand theoretical material without using media. This research is a quantitative research using One-Group Pre-Test and Post-Test Design. The research was carried out in class 1 SDN Lemah Putro 01 Sidoarjo, there were 5 students with mild mental conditions. The data analysis technique used a t-test with a sig level of 0.05, the results of the activity and student response questionnaires. The results of hypothesis testing using t-test obtained sig value of 0.003. Because the value of sig 0.003<0.05 then H1 is rejected, it is concluded that there is an influence of picture card media on the reading ability of mild mentally inclusive students in elementary schools. The results of student activity were obtained by 85%, categorized as good in the use of picture card media. The results of the student response questionnaire obtained an average value of 75%, so that there was a good response from students during learning using picture card media

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh media flashcard terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa pada tema 6 subtema 2 kelas1 sekolah dasar dan respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran menggunakan media flashcard. Kemampuan membaca siswa masih terbilang dibawah rata-rata.Hal ini dikarenakan siswa hanya memahami materi secara teori tanpa menggunakan media pembelajaran.Sehingga beberapa siswa merasa tidak bersemangat dalam mengikuti pembelajaran.Untuk mengetahui kemampuan membaca siswa yaitu menggunakan media flashcard. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain one-grup pre-test and post-tes design. penelitian dilakukan di kelas 1 SDN Kedungpeluk 01 Sidoarjo, terdiri dari 15 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t dengan sig 0,05 dan hasil angket respon siswa. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t diperoleh nilai sig 0,000. Karena nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 maka H1 ditolak, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media flashcard berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa pada tema 6 subtema 2 kelas 1 sekolah dasar. Hasil dari angket respon siswa diperoleh nilai rata-rata 100%, dapatdisimpulkan terdapat respon baik dari siswa selama pembelajaran menggunakan media flashcard.   The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of flashcard media on students' reading ability in theme 6 sub-theme2in frist grade of elementary school and students' responses to learning using flashcard media. Students' reading ability is still relatively low.This is because students only understand the material in theory without using learning media.So that some students feel less motivated in participating in learning.To determine students' reading skills using flashcard media. This study is a quantitative study with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The research was conducted in class 1 of SDN Kedungluk 01 Sidoarjo which consisted of 15 samples. The data analysis technique used the t-test with sig 0.05 and the results of the student response questionnaire. The results of hypothesis testing using t-test obtained a sig value of 0.000. Because the value of sig 0.000 <0.05 then H1 is rejected, it can be concluded that the flashcard media affects the students' reading ability in theme 6 sub-themes 2 grade 1 elementary school. The results of the student response questionnaire obtained an average value of 100%, it can be concluded that there is a good response from students during learning using flashcard media.

Abstract

Books are very important in the world of education, it is hoped that teachers are also able to write their own books. This community service aims to improve teachers' ability to write books and also to find out teachers' interests and responses during seminars. This activity took place at the Integrated Islamic Education Institute Insan Kamil Sidoarjo which was attended by elementary and junior high school teachers at the Institute. This Community Service is divided into three activities, namely: (1) Pre-Activity, (2) Implementation, and (3) Post-Activity. After delivering the material, a questionnaire was also given to the participants related to the material, interests, and confidence in writing and publishing books. Overall the seminar participants gave a positive response to the seminar activities. Of the 13 statements given, only two statements did not get a 100%. After the seminar was given, there were still participants who had difficulty managing book publication. There are also seminar participants who still don't feel the benefits of writing books to be able to become additional income for teachers
