Abstract

Foster children and caregivers in the orphanage Princess Aisha old Bondowoso many productive, but they have limited knowledge will be skills, as well as the shortage of funds for venture capital as well as to participate in skills training. These limitations make foster children and caregivers lack skills and do not have work experience. Proposer cooperation with SMEs Batik is Yuniar Batik to share knowledge and experience in mendesai n and make Batik, so as to help the orphanage Princess Aisha Bondowoso in terms of improving the skill set of foster children and their caregivers. By providing knowledge and experience on how to design and make batik, it is hoped that later foster children and caregivers of Putri Aisyah Bondowoso Orphanage will gain knowledge and skills in batik making. The Stimulus Community Partnership Program is implemented by establishing communication and collaboration between the executors of the University of Muhammadiyah Jember represented by Ms. Trias Setyowati, SE., SH., MM , and the 1st partner as a speaker is from Yuniar Batik, represented by the owner, namely the owner, namely the owner Yuniar Widiana, SP partner 2 is Orphanage daughter Aisha Bondowoso represented by Ms. Herni Mauludiyah, S.Pd.I ., In this case, act as coach and chaperone and pemonev activities. While partner 1 acts as a speaker and partner 2 acts as a participant in training and mentoring activities . To both work together to undertake community service activities with the title Empowerment through Training Design and Manufacture Batik at Panti Asuhan Putri Aisyah Bondowoso .

Abstract

Jagung merupakan makanan pokok kedua setelah padi di Indonesia. Kabupaten Banyuwangi merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Timur yang memproduksi jagung. Kecamatan Purwoharjo merupakan salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang memproduksi Jagung cukup besar. Hal ini terbukti dari 8 desa yang ada di Kecamatan Purwoharjo dengan jumlah luas panen 934 ha mampu menghasilkan produksi sebesar 6.352,134 ton. Penelitian ini akan di laksanakan di Kecamatan Purwoharjo Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Lokasi penelitian di pilih secara sengaja (purposive). penelitin ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menganalisis keuntungan usahatani jagung (2) Menganalisis efisiensi biaya usahatani jagung (3) Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor apakah yang mempengaruhi produksi usahatani jagung Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cluster sampling dan incidental sampling dengan jumlah responden 48 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis keuntungan, efisiensi biaya (R/C Ratio), dan Analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Keuntungan usahatani jagung rata-rata lahan menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar Rp 5,969,889/ha pada tiap musim tanam, (2) Penggunaan biaya usahatani jagung menghasilkan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 2,58/ha pada tiap musim tanam, (3) Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan serta positif terhadap produksi usahatani jagung di Kecamatan Purwoharjo Kabupaten Banyuwangi adalah luas lahan dan jumlah pupuk sedangkan faktor benih, tenaga kerja, dan pestisida bersifat negatif dan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap produksi usahatani jagung.

Abstract

Kopi merupakan salah satu hasil komoditi perkebunan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis yang cukup tinggi di antara tanaman perkebunan lainnya dan berperan penting sebagai sumber devisa negara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Menghitung keuntungan usahatani kopi rakyat (2) Menghitung efisiensi penggunaan biaya produksi (3) Mengidentifikasi faktor–faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi usahatani kopi rakyat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Sukorambi Kabupaten Jember. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak (random sampling), sebanyak 52 responden yang terdiri dari tiga desa, Metode analisis data yang digunakan: (1) Analisis keuntungan (2) Analisis efisiensi biaya (3) Analisis cobb-douglas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Keuntungan usahatani kopi di Kecamatan Sukorambi sebesar Rp 4.444.865/ha. (2) Nilai R/C ratio untuk usahatani kopi, jika dihitung berdasarkan rata-rata per hektar R/C ratio adalah 1,198 (3) Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi adalah luas lahan, jumlah pupuk, jumlah tenaga kerja, sedangkan jumlah tanaman, jumlah pestisida berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap produksi usahatani kopi.

Abstract

ABSTRAKIndonesia merupakan negara agraris dengan sebagain mata pencaharian penduduk sebagai petani. Luas lahan pertanian di Indonesia 7.463.948 hektar. Tanah sawah di Indonesia dan khususnya di pulau Jawa dalam kurun waktu 25 tahun terakhir mengalami dengradasi. Kandungan C-Organik tanah sawah dalam kategori rengdah < 2%. Lahan yang terdegradasi secara terus-menerus dapat menurunkan hasil dan tidak berkelanjutan. Penggunaan organisme dan produk eco-enzim mampu meningkatkan kualitas lahan sawah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian yaitu pembedayaan kelompok tani harapan desa slateng dalam rangka pembuatan eco-enzim menuju pertanian berkelanjutan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi sosialisasi Pengelolaan Limbah Pertanian dan pentingnya pertanian berkelanjutan yang ramah lingkungan danpelatihan praktek  pembuatan eco-enzim di kelompok tani harapan Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini terbagi atas model participatory  rural  appraisal  (PRA), edukatif. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan di Desa Slateng terkait pembedayaan poktan harapan desa slateng melalui pengetahuan eco-enzim menuju pertanian berkelanjutan dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat keantusiasan petani terutama anggota poktan harapan sangat tinggi dalam mengikuti kegiatan sebesar 96%, tingkat pengetahuan meningkat 250%, serta keberlanjutan program sangat diinginkan dengan presentase 95%. Kata kunci: degradasi lahan sawah; eco-enzim; pertanian berkelanjutan; pupuk organik cair (POC) ABSTRACTIndonesia is an agricultural country, with part of the population's livelihood as farmers. The area of agricultural land in Indonesia is 7,463,948 hectares. Paddy soils in Indonesia, particularly on the island of Java, have deteriorated over the last 25 years. The C-Organic content of paddy soil is in the low category of 2%. Continuously degraded land can reduce yields and is not sustainable. The use of organisms and eco-enzyme products can improve the quality of paddy fields. The purpose of the service activity is to empower the Harapan Farmer Group in Slateng Village in the Context of Making Eco-Enzymes for Sustainable Agriculture. The activities carried out included socialization of Agricultural Waste management, the importance of environmentally friendly sustainable agriculture, and practical training on making eco-enzymes at the Harapan Farmer Group. The methods used in this activity were divided into Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) models and educational methods. The results of the community service activities carried out in Slateng Village regarding the empowerment of Poktan Harapan in Slateng Village through eco-enzyme knowledge towards sustainable agriculture can be concluded that the level of enthusiasm of farmers, especially members of Poktan Harapan, is very high in participating in activities by 96%, the level of knowledge increases by 250%, and the sustainability of the program is very desirable with a percentage of 95%. Keywords: paddy field degradation; eco-enzyme; sustainable agriculture; liquid organic fertilizer

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of social media marketing and consumer relationships on the decision-making process regarding enrollment in private universities, as well as to assess their influence on the brand perception of these institutions. Additionally, it seeks to analyze how the perceived brand image affects the decision to enroll in a private university. The study targeted new students entering private universities in Jember Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year, using proportional random sampling methods for data collection via questionnaires. Statistical analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using SEM-PLS methodology. Findings indicate that social media marketing significantly affects the decision to enroll in a private university, while consumer relationship factors do not. Moreover, both social media marketing and consumer relationships impact the brand image of private universities, which subsequently influences enrollment decisions. Indirect testing reveals that brand image serves as a mediating factor in the relationship between social media marketing, consumer relationships, and the decision to enroll in a private university.
