Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas, harga terhadap kepuasaan konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen pengguna jasa PT. Kereta Api DAOP IV Semarang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden dengan metode purposive sampling, adapun kriteria dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang menggunakan atau konsumen yang pernah menggunakan jasa alat transportasi PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Semarang. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, dan data yang telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik dan uji t yang sudah diolah menggunakan progam SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas dan harga bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan dan loyalitas konsumen PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP IV Semarang. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari ketiga variabel yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze in depht how taxprayer awareness (X1), education level (X2), and income (X3) affect the level of community compliance in paying land and building taxes (Y) in Kebonagung Village, Demak. The population of this research is the people of Kebonagung village community, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling in the Kebonagung village community with a total of 100 people. This study uses an instrument in the form of a quesionnarire with a Likert scale as a measurement tool, and testing is done using SPSS. Meanwhile, the data testing techniques used in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, with Cronbach Alpha as a comparison. And to test and prove the research hypothesis, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis were used. The research results show that taxpayer awareness (X1), education level (X2), and income (X3) have an effect on compliance in paying land and building taxes (Y). Where the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) value was obtained as 0.544, which means that the variables used in the research have an influence of 54.4%. To increase compliance in paying land and building tax, public awareness is needed in making payments, so there needs to be zocialization of laws and regulations related to taxation and the public needs to be aware that someone who already has their own income must be able to pay land and building tax

Abstract

UMKM in Indonesia have an important role in economic growth, as well as being able to absorb labor, and distribute development results. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business capital, product innovation, and marketing strategies on the perception of profitability of culinary UMKM actors in the Pekalongan area. The population in this study were culinary UMKM actors in the Pekalongan area. The sampling technique was purposive sampling so that 95 respondents were obtained. The questionnaire was distributes via Google Form and direct distribution to culinary UMKM actors in the Pekalongan area and measured on a Likert scale 1-5. The collected data were processed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that business capital, product innovation, and marketing strategies had a partial and simultaneous effect on the perception of profitability of culinary UMKM actors in the Pekalongan area.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the strategies used in developing creativity in entrepreneurship education through 4P theory education in order to create reliable entrepenuers. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method by utilizing qualitative information or data which is described descriptively with the intention of exploring a phenomenon or social reality. The variables used in this research are strategy, creativity development, entrepreneur, 4P theory education, dan entrepreneurship education. The result of this study are by using learning strategies through 4P theory education and developing creativity, reliable entrepreneure can be created.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the influence of Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyalty on PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Gunungpati Semarang. The analytical method used in this research is the method kuantitaitif with multiple regression testing by performing classical assumption test before getting the best research model . The variable in this study is the Customer Value , Trust, Financial Bonds as independent variables and Customer Loyalty as the dependent variable . Total population of this study was 290 respondents using simple random sampling technique was obtained 74 respondents. The results of this research are Customer Value , Trust , Financial Bonds significant effect on Customer Loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the community, especially mothers, manage waste so that it is efficient and can be used as additional family income through a container called “ Bank Sampah”.. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method by utilizing qualitative information or data which is described descriptively with the intention of exploring a phenomenon or social reality. The variables used in this research are management, “Bank Sampah”, increased revenue, family. The result of this research is that by managing waste appropriately, the results can help the community increase family income.
