Abstract

Archiving is a mechanism for storing various forms of documents in various formats so that they are safe and can be accessed again within a certain period of time. The function of data archiving is to support administrative activities, decision making tools, evidence of accountability, sources of information and as a vehicle for communication. At the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Purwakarta Regency in archiving deed data it is still not optimal because of the limited role of information technology so that archival data control does not run effectively, efficiently and systematically. This study uses the waterfall method to develop the system, the waterfall method is a method that starts with a survey to the design of the application, each stage is carried out systematically from the analysis stage to the last stage, namely system maintenance. The Deed Data Archiving information system which is designed aims to build an information system to make it easier for the Population and Civil Registry Office to carry out Deed Data Archiving easily and produce an effective, efficient and systematic filing system.

Abstract

Field Work Practice is a form of educational service combined the vocational and vocational training, which is usually followed by students or university students by working directly in the business world or the industrial world, systematically and directed with competent supervision in their fields with the aim of gaining experience and skills in mastering expertise in all fields to reach a certain level of professional expertise. At the Cikampek Public Eye Health Center (BKMM), the registration mechanism, submission to reporting of fieldwork practices are still carried out in a paper-based and must go directly to the BKMM Cikampek office, from these problems, a web-based fieldwork practice Information System is needed, with the hope that this system could help manage and process information data from all related entities to be more effective and efficient. This PKL Information System development method uses a prototype method starting from analysis, design, coding the system, system testing, system evaluation, and system implementation so as to produce a computerized information system that can speed up the data processing process, efficiency in cost management and more accurate information produced.

Abstract

This research discusses the theme of developing an information system for human resource management (HR) at the Sukamandi Fish Breeding Research center(BRPI). Some processes at BRPI are still carried out in common ways, such as applying for leave, transferring employees, pension information, and preparing reports. This condition results in problems that arise, such as delays in managing and processing employee information and data by Civil Service Staff. This is designing an e-HRM (electronic-Human Resource Management) information system that can produce accurate information in a short time, as well as providing a reference basis for agencies in overcoming existing problems. The research method used is the waterfall development model which begins with analyzing user needs based on the actors involved, designing tailored to user needs, implementation, verification and the final stage of maintenance. The discussion in this research includes employee data management, such as employee transfers, leave requests, pension information, and making reports at BRPI Sukamandi. The result of this research is to design and build an information system for BRPI Sukamandi that makes it easier for Civil Service staff to organize, process and maintain data about personnel (employees) and then increase the productivity of each employee.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis yang berubah-ubah, PT. Allteq Koji Indonesia perlu mengelola kinerja karyawan secara efektif, fleksibel, dan berbasis informasi. Sistem informasi e-Kinerja muncul sebagai solusi digital untuk mencatat, memantau, dan menilai pencapaian kerja individu atau tim secara teratur. Studi ini bertujuan untuk merancang serta membangun sistem informasi e-Kinerja berbasis web di PT. Allteq Koji Indonesia dengan pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak Agile dan menggunakan framework Laravel. Pendekatan Agile mendukung pengembangan sistem yang bersifat iteratif dan cepat beradaptasi dengan perubahan kebutuhan pengguna, sementara Laravel memudahkan dalam menciptakan sistem yang modular, aman, dan efisien. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan dengan cara pengujian kegunaan dan wawancara bersama pengguna akhir. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem e-Kinerja yang dikembangkan tidak hanya mempercepat proses penilaian kinerja, tetapi juga meningkatkan ketepatan data dan partisipasi karyawan dalam mencapai target. Penemuan ini menegaskan bahwa kolaborasi Agile dan Laravel berhasil dalam menciptakan sistem informasi kinerja yang adaptif, ramah pengguna, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri.
