Abstract

Persediaan berperan penting dalam adanya kegiatan bisnis, karena tanpa adanya persediaan suatu perusahaan akan mengalami kesulitan jika sewaktu-waktu muncul permintaan barang dari konsumen dan perusahaan tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan tersebut. Persediaan barang dagang yang dimiliki juga harus memiliki jenis yang beragam. Karena dengan semakin lengkapnya jenis barang dagang yang ada pada persediaan maka akan semakin meningkatkan pendapatan suatu perusahaan juga. Sistem Informasi Persediaan Barang adalah sebuah sistem yang digunakan untuk memasukkan data-data persediaan barang ke dalam database, sehinggga tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam input, dan output data persediaan. Berdasarkan riset dan wawancara dengan pemilik Sutra Fashion, penulis dapatkan informasi bahwa sistem yang ada di Sutra Fashion masih manual. Oleh karena itu, penulis membuat rancangan sistem yang telah terkomputerisasi agar dapat membantu sistem persediaan barang di Sutra Fashion. Selain proses input dan output barang, pada rancangan sistem informasi persediaan ini juga terdapat pembuatan laporan dan pencarian data. Dengan adanya rancangan sistem informasi persediaan barang ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi Sutra Fashion . Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini pada Sutra Fashion, maka diharapkan dapat mengurangi kesalahan-kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi. Sistem ini juga diharapkan dapat lebih mempercepat proses input, output, dan pembuatan laporan yang pada akhirnya dapat membantu proses persedian pada Sutra Fashion.

Abstract

Kompetensi perawat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi perawat terhadap kualitas layanan di ruang rawat inap layanan jantung di RSUD Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Kota Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari perawat dan pasien yang menerima layanan di ruang rawat inap jantung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan analisis menggunakan uji Kruskal-Wallis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas perawat memiliki tingkat pendidikan Ners, dan sebagian besar pasien menilai kualitas layanan sebagai baik. Namun, hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompetensi perawat dan kualitas layanan (p > 0,05). Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor lain, seperti fasilitas rumah sakit dan sistem manajemen, dapat lebih berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kualitas layanan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan yang lebih komprehensif dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan kesehatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam membentuk akhlak siswa di sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei, wawancara, dan observasi untuk mengumpulkan data dari guru PAI, siswa, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran PAI berbasis kontekstual dan partisipatif, serta keterlibatan orang tua dalam mendukung pembelajaran agama, memiliki peran penting dalam pembentukan akhlak positif siswa. Strategi pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, seperti diskusi, simulasi, dan pengalaman nyata, terbukti efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moral. Peran guru sebagai fasilitator dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang inspiratif sangat berpengaruh, sementara keluarga berperan dalam memberikan keteladanan, motivasi, dan praktik keagamaan di rumah. Kontribusi masyarakat melalui kegiatan keagamaan yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif juga memperkuat pembentukan karakter. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan sinergi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat sangat penting untuk menghasilkan generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki akhlak mulia dan mampu mengaplikasikan nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji perspektif Ilmu Kalam dan filsafat Islam di era kontemporer, dengan fokus pada tantangan yang dihadapi kedua bidang tersebut akibat kemajuan pesat dalam ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, sekularisme, dan pluralisme. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana doktrin teologi Islam tradisional dan pemikiran filsafat Islam tetap relevan dalam menghadapi isu-isu kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian pustaka (library research), dengan menganalisis buku, jurnal, dan artikel ilmiah yang relevan terkait dengan Ilmu Kalam dan filsafat Islam. Pembahasan penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya reinterpretasi pandangan teologis klasik dan konsep-konsep filsafat, serta bagaimana pemikir-pemikir modern menyelaraskan keyakinan agama dengan perkembangan pengetahuan ilmiah dan masalah etika dalam dunia yang pluralistik. Diskusi juga mengemukakan perlunya strategi adaptif, seperti mengintegrasikan ajaran Islam dengan kemajuan ilmiah dan teknologi, mendorong dialog lintas disiplin, dan mengembangkan pemikiran yang inklusif dalam kerangka filsafat Islam. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menekankan bahwa agar Ilmu Kalam dan filsafat Islam tetap relevan di dunia kontemporer, keduanya perlu melakukan reinterpretasi dan kontekstualisasi, menciptakan keseimbangan antara mempertahankan prinsip dasar Islam dan menghadapi tantangan zaman yang semakin berkembang. Dengan demikian, pemikiran Islam dapat memberikan kontribusi yang berarti dalam diskusi global kontemporer tentang moralitas, ilmu pengetahuan, dan spiritualitas.

Abstract

Although contemporary food and beverage trends have received attention in food studies and consumer behavior research, studies that specifically examine their influence on community consumption patterns and opportunities for healthy food innovation in Gorontalo remain limited. This study aims to explore the influence of contemporary food trends on community consumption patterns and identify opportunities for developing healthy food products in Gorontalo. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach involving consumers and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the food and beverage sector. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires administered to consumers and MSME actors. The results showed that contemporary food and beverage products, such as coffee, boba, fast food, and various modern snacks, remain the main choices of the community, particularly students and young people. Consumption preferences were influenced by practicality, taste, price, attractive packaging, and the influence of social media. However, increasing public health awareness has also encouraged interest in low-sugar products, fruit-based beverages, and healthier traditional foods. This study also found opportunities for healthy food innovation through the development of Gorontalo traditional foods with a more modern concept without eliminating their nutritional value and local identity. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of balancing market trends and health aspects in food product development. The implications of this study contribute to understanding changes in community consumption patterns and provide practical input for MSME actors in developing healthy food products, improving product quality, and utilizing digital media to reach consumers who are increasingly health-conscious.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the principal’s strategies in managing inter-teacher conflict at SMKS Bina Mandiri Gorontalo, based on the limited research regarding school leadership roles in conflict management within vocational education settings. Effective conflict resolution plays a critical role in fostering a harmonious and collaborative work environment. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews with the principal and three teachers selected using purposive sampling. Thematic analysis was used to identify patterns in conflict resolution strategies. The findings reveal that inter-teacher conflicts are generally triggered by differences in teaching methods, miscommunication, and imbalances in task distribution. The principal adopted mediation and participatory approaches, including deliberation, open dialogue, self-reflection, and fair and transparent decision-making. These strategies were positively received by the teachers, as they contributed to improving working relationships and enhancing team synergy. The main conclusion of this study is that successful conflict resolution is significantly influenced by the principal’s emotional intelligence and dialogical competence. These findings contribute to the literature on human resource management in education and offer practical recommendations for school principals to strengthen interpersonal communication and build a supportive and conducive work environment.

Abstract

The implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in vocational education plays a strategic role in improving the quality of educational services and institutional performance; however, empirical studies that specifically examine its contribution to achieving “excellent” accreditation status in vocational high schools remain limited. This study aimed to analyze the application of TQM principles and their contribution to supporting excellent accreditation at SMKS Bina Mandiri Gorontalo. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed, involving the principal, vice principals, and teachers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, documentation, and observations, and were analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings show that TQM implementation at SMKS Bina Mandiri Gorontalo is reflected in visionary leadership, the involvement of all school members, continuous improvement, a strong focus on student and stakeholder satisfaction, and the quality-oriented management of facilities, infrastructure, and curriculum. These factors contribute significantly to fulfilling national education standards and to the attainment of excellent accreditation, in line with TQM theory that emphasizes a quality culture and continuous improvement in educational organizations. The study concludes that the consistent and systematic application of Total Quality Management can effectively support school quality enhancement and the achievement of excellent accreditation. The findings also carry important implications for strengthening the TQM literature in vocational education and for formulating practical recommendations for school leaders and policymakers to foster a culture of quality, enhance human resource competencies, and reinforce internal quality assurance systems.

Abstract

Although the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka has received attention in various studies, research specifically examining its implementation in the context of integrated Islamic schools, particularly at SMP IT Assalam Riau, remains limited. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka at SMP IT Assalam Riau, covering the aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving informants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies, and were then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka was carried out through intracurricular learning, the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5), and extracurricular activities. The school demonstrated fairly good readiness through teacher training, learning communities, and foundation support. However, the implementation still faced obstacles in the form of limited technological facilities, teachers’ administrative workload, and the process of adapting to the new learning system. The conclusion of this study affirms that teacher readiness, institutional support from the school, and the integration of Islamic values are important factors in supporting the successful implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in integrated Islamic schools. These findings contribute to the development of educational policy studies and broaden understanding of the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in the context of integrated Islamic institutions, while also providing practical implications for educational institutions in optimizing curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation.
