Abstract

           This study aims to analyze the growth of turnover from the three types of businesses in the fields of convection, food processing, and study, by comparing the application of the UMKM tax calculation based on PP No 46 of 2013 and PP No 23 of 2018. The sampling technique uses unproportioned stratified random sampling and is carried out in December 2018 until June 2019. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive qualitative analysis by socializing the UMKM tax calculation with the most recent simple calculation following government regulations, which is 0.5% of turnover which was previously 1% of turnover. The results showed in Bandung Regency, namely the type of convection business with the highest turnover of Rp. 3,000,000,000 and the lowest is Rp. 960,000,000; type of food processing business, the highest turnover is Rp. 600,000,000, and the lowest is Rp. 132,000. 000, -; and by the type of handicraft business with the highest turnover of Rp. 600,000,000 and the lowest Rp. 96,000,000          By using PP 46 of 2013 with a turnover rate of 1% per year, updated to PP 23 of 2018 at a rate of 0.5% per year, through this policy it has been generated that UMKM entrepreneurs will be lighter with payment of a 0.5% tax rate to be able to stimulate UMKM entrepreneurs to continue working and building new innovations in their industrial business. Related to this pandemic period for SMEs in Bandung regency still lacking understanding of UMKM tax incentives, from the Directorate General of Central and Regional Taxes to make publications and socialization efforts so that people follow this opportunity

Abstract

This study aims to look at the impact of innovation on competitive advantage along with the role of Information Technology and entrepreneurial orientation as a driver for innovation. The increasingly fierce competition is not only from domestic products but also foreign products that are increasingly free to enter Indonesia. MSME products must be ready to compete on an international scale. If not, many MSMEs in Indonesia will suffer. MSMEs with small capital will also lose out to entrepreneurs with large capital to survive in this globalization influence. The government really must accompany and support the needs of MSMEs to develop and be ready to compete in globalization. The sample consists of MSME Entrepreneurs in the Jakarta area, there are 193 MSME Entrepreneurs who participate. Sampling using purposive sampling from BPS DKI Jakarta data, with criteria for companies that have 10-300 employees and a net worth of 50 million to 2.5 billion (Law Number 20/2008 concerning Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). Data were collected through a mail survey (google forms) and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that innovation significantly and positively affects competitive advantage. The influence of Information Technology and entrepreneurial orientation on innovation also has a positive and significant effect. The results of this study also have two implementations: theoretical implementation where the results provide support for the right role of innovation in creating competitive advantage and its role in the Use of Information Technology and entrepreneurial orientation towards innovation. And Managerial implementation that MSME Entrepreneurs must focus on developing organizational values and capacities to encourage the creation of new business solutions. Abstract

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is a land transportation service company that prioritizes customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine excellent service, to determine customer satisfaction and to determine the relationship of excellent service with customer satisfaction at Pasar Senen Station in Jakarta. The research method uses quantitative methods with questionnaires and interviews analyzed using SPSS 22.0. Population of 100 respondents using saturated sample techniques. The results showed that the correlation of 0.746 which means that there is a very strong relationship between excellent service and customer satisfaction. In the coefficient of determination test it is known that the R Square value of 55.6% and the remaining 44.4% is influenced by other factors.Keywords: Excellent Service, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

In estimating the risk in the face of uncertainty , companies can use analysis as a financial report estimated future formulation of the plans . Use report analysis a finance company capable of know estimation the work of these efforts division in his company. To know the financial performance of corporations in this is done through the profitability analysis ( rentabilitas ). Through the ratio of the company capable of measuring the extent to which the company ability to obtain profit. Objectives in this research is to investigate and to identify the financial performance of pt wijaya karya ( persero ) tbk a period of 2014 until 2018. In this research data collection used through via a observation and the literature study with reference to the company financial performance data. Research methodology in the writing of this is done through which is done based on the ratio of the with of a quantitative approach . Observation data to the financial pt wijaya karya ( persero ) tbk the period 2014 until 2018 . Based on the results of the analysis can summarized in general during the past year observation data ratio in the ratio of the gpm, npm, oim roe and had fluctuations caused earnings up and down and ratio in roa was decreasing.keywords : Ratio Analysis, Financial Performance, Profitabiliy

Abstract

Introduction: An acquired diastema may be a warning sign signaling advanced periodontitis. Gingival inflammation, reduced bony support, and tooth mobility may contribute to the drifting of teeth, a condition called pathologic tooth migration, and formed tooth gap or space between two teeth or more. Identification of the causative factors involved in pathologic tooth migration is crucial for successful treatment. Case and Management: Case 1 - A 38-year-old woman reported to the Department of Periodontics with the chief complaint of bleeding gums. An intraoral examination revealed highly inflamed periodontal tissue with heavy plaque and calculus deposition. And in case 2 - A 34-year-old woman had a chief complaint of an increasing gap between her maxillary anterior teeth. After clinical and radiographic examinations, the patient was diagnosed with chronic periodontitis and gingival enlargement, pathological tooth migration with diastema. In Case 1, the patient was performed scaling, root planning, and curettage. Re-evaluation after 1 month revealed the reduction of visible inflammation and persistence of pockets and complete closure of spacing between the lower incisive. In case 2, the patient was performed scaling, and gingivectomy, and gingivoplasty. Re- evaluation after 3 months there is a complete closure of spacing between the upper incisors. Conclusion: These cases indicate that migrated teeth sometimes return to their original positions after the etiologic factor has been eliminated such as gingival inflammation, attachment loss, gingival overgrowth

Abstract

Corruption is a foul act, like being bribed. It has damaged not only the legal finances and legal economic potential, but also the socio-cultural, moral, political and legal pillars of the national security and law. Corruption is an extraordinary crime (Extra Ordinary Crimes) because it is done by people who have positions or power, which is carried out systematically, structured, and neatly cooperated with the others to cover up their actions, with the aim of getting money, goods or something for personal and family interests. The impact caused by corruption assuredly endangers the community. Factors causing corruption are very complex, including those related to lifestyles (consumptive), integrity/ morality/ mental attitude, attitude/ behavior, legal environment culture, economic needs/ demands, opportunities, and economic legal gaps which lead to jealousy of the law, the vulnerability of the bureaucracy,surveillance systems,and legal services. The causes of corruption are apparently very broad/ multi-dimensional. Corruption prevention efforts are conducted by making better changes in all areas of life both personally and institutionally. They are done by involvingcommunity participations, one of which is to report to the authorities when they know or even experience a criminal act of corruption (being whistleblower) and cooperate with the law enforcement in exposing corruption(being justice collaborator). Besides, ratifying the conventions related to eradication of corruption and issuing various regulations are needed to be done in order to prevent the occurrence of criminal acts of corruption.Keywords: Corruption, causes, prevention

Abstract

The financial statements can be used to measure the financial performance of banks, financial statements can be calculated financial ratios that may be considered in making a decision. The objective of this study was to determine the relationship and influence simultaneously or partially NPL, LDR and ROA at three banks, namely PT Persero. Bank Mandiri Tbk, the National Bank and Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Indonesia Tbk. The data used in the financial statements of the 1st quarter of 2011- the third quarter of 2015 before the bank obtained a loan from Bank of China. The research method using quantitative analysis method to analyze the relationship and the influence of dependent and independent variables either simultaneously or partially. As for the independent variable in this study NPL (X1), LDR (X2) and ROA Dependent Variable (Y). The data were processed using SPSS Version 20. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed no significance relationship between the NPL (x1) and ROA (Y) and the relationship is weak and negative; no significance relationship between LDR (x2) and ROA (Y) and the relationship is weak and positive (unidirectional); NPL (x1), LDR (x2) together affect significantly the ROA (Y); Partially NPL (x1) negative effect on ROA (Y); While LDR (x2) has no effect on ROA (Y). should be further enhanced both in terms of its financial performance and LDRnya NPL and control over the invested assets that do not arise problem loans. Key words : NPL; LDR; ROA

Abstract

In law enforcement conducted by Polda DIY related to online buying and selling fraud done by law enforcement effort preventively and law enforcement in repressive. Preventive law enforcement is done by socializing. This implementation is carried out by the entire range of the DIY District Police either from the level of the Resort Police to the Sector Police through appeals to the public to be careful in the use of online media. Repressive enforcement is done by the existence of related public reports that there have been online fraud under the guise of sale and purchase, and when there is a police report to conduct an investigation by referring to the Criminal Procedure Code, while the rule of law to ensnare the perpetrator is based on Law no. 19 of 2016 Amendment to Law no. 11 Year 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions. Implementation of legal protection by DIY Regional Police against victims of online fraud crime is done by law enforcement which is based on legal protection in penal or non penal, that is law protection done by Polda DIY by optimizing law enforcement process especially related to non penal enforcement by way of undertake preventive efforts against people who have not been victimized to be careful in the use of online media, so that similar fraud events do not happen again. Keywords: Legal Protection, Police, Victim Buy and Sell Online

Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu masalah rongga mulut yang sering terjadi pada masyarakat Indonesia adalah penyakit periodontal. Periodontitis merupakan penyakit jaringan periodontal berupa inflamasi kronis yang umumnya disebabkan oleh bakteri plak. Setidaknya ada dua acara untuk mengatasi penyakit periodontal, yaitu mengontrol plak dengan cara menyikat gigi dengan benar dan melakukan pembersihan karang gigi (scaling) secara periodik. Tiap individu juga diharapkan mampu menjaga kebersihan mulut secara mandiri, oleh karena itu pentingnya pengetahuan menjaga kesehatan mulut dan menyikat gigi dengan benar. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan kesehatan jaringan periodontal masyarakat melalui tindakan scaling dan edukasi kesehatan gigi dan mulut (DHE). Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat di Kalurahan Lubuk Minturun, Kota Padang. Metode dalam PKM ini adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan, mendemonstrasikan/mempraktikkan cara menyikat gigi yang benar, dan konsultasi kasus terkait kesehatan gigi dan mulut yang dialami oleh peserta. Sebelum penyuluhan, peserta diminta mengerjakan soal pretest sederhana dan diakhiri dengan postest. Hasil dari evaluasi pretest-postest menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan berdasarkan meningkatnya jumlah jawaban yang benar. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dalam PKM ini adalah terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan kesehatan gigi dan mulut, terutama jaringan periodontal pada peserta baksos yaitu masyarakat di Kalurahan Lubuk Minturun Kota Padang. Kata Kunci: Dental Health Education, Penyuluhan, Pengabdian Masyarakat  ABSTRACT One of the oral cavity problems that often occurs in Indonesian society is periodontal disease. Periodontitis is a periodontal tissue disease in the form of chronic inflammation which is generally caused by plaque bacteria. There are at least two events to overcome periodontal disease, namely controlling plaque by brushing teeth properly and performing periodic scaling. Each individual is also expected to be able to maintain oral hygiene independently, hence the importance of knowledge of maintaining oral health and brushing teeth properly. The purpose of this community service is to improve the health of the community's periodontal tissue through scaling and oral health education (DHE). The target of this activity is the community in Lubuk Minturun Sub-district, Padang City. The method in this PKM is by providing counseling, demonstrating/practicing how to brush teeth properly, and consulting cases related to oral health experienced by participants. Before counseling, participants were asked to do a simple pretest question and ended with a posttest. The results of the pretest-postest evaluation showed an increase in knowledge based on the increasing number of correct answers. The conclusion that can be drawn in this PKM is that there is an increase in knowledge of oral health, especially periodontal tissue in social service participants, namely the community in Lubuk Minturun Sub-district, Padang City. Keywords: Dental Health Education, Counseling, Community Service
