Abstract

This study is aimed to determine know the influence and the Job Characteristics to the Nursing  Organizational Commitment with the Job Satisfaction Mediation (Pati Ex Residence study Pati regency). Based on preliminary observation to the nursing organizational commitment in Pati Health Departement, there are many problems such as the employees tendency nurse either in Pati Health Departement or in Public Health Center as UPT are less optimal in working, they work to run after the physical project target according to the request of top level government, less attention in activity which is aneeds of local community. This study is done conducted to the nurses in Pati ex-residence who become PNS as many as 102 people by using the cencus taking all population to be samples in research. The stastical technic : used is validity test with the matrix component, reability test with the cronbach alpha, double regression analysis. The T-test, the r2 test with R-square adjusted. The study result known that the competency has a significant influence to the nursing job satisfaction in Pati ex-residence (sig = 0,021). The job characteristics has a signficant positive influence to the nursing job satisfaction in Pati ex-residence (sig = 0,000). Competence significant positive effect on commitment organizational nurses in Ex Pati (sig = 0.000). The job characteristics has a significant positive influence to the nursing organizational commitment in Pati ex-residence (sig = 0,007). The job satisfaction has a significant positive influence to the nursing orgaizational commitment in Pati ex-residence (sig = 0,000). The job satisfaction the competence to the nursing commitment in Pati ex-residence with the job satisfaction mediation. The job satisfaction mediates the job characteristics to the nursing organizational commitment in Pati ex-residence with the job mediation. Abstract

This study aims to develop authentic assessment tools oriented to Independent Learning for Islamic boarding schools in the PCLP Ma'arif NU Metro environment. Through this approach, teachers will receive intensive assistance in designing assessment tools relevant to Islamic boarding schools' educational needs. This activity also aims to strengthen the cooperative relationship between Ma'arif University Lampung and various schools in Lampung Province, so that a positive synergy is created that supports improving the quality of education. The process of developing this assessment tool will involve a series of workshops and training designed to equip teachers with the skills and knowledge needed. Evaluation of the success of the program will be carried out through analysis of the results of the assessment tool design made by participants and feedback given during and after the workshop activities. The expected results of this community service program include: 1) Teachers can design authentic assessment tools oriented to Independent Learning; 2) Closer cooperation between Ma'arif University Lampung and schools in the region; and 3) Scientific publications in the form of PKM books with ISBN or articles in community service journals. It is hoped that this activity will not only provide a real contribution to improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding school-based schools but also support the achievement of the Independent Learning goal. With the existence of authentic and relevant assessment tools, it is hoped that the learning process in Islamic boarding schools will be more effective and by the demands of the times. In addition, synergy between higher education institutions and schools in the region will strengthen an inclusive and sustainable education ecosystem.

Abstract

This research aims; 1) To find out the role of the wife who works as an online motorcycle taxi on household harmony in Langkapura Baru District, Bandar Lampung City, and 2) To find out the role of the wife who works as an online motorcycle taxi on household harmony from the perspective of boundary ir hudud theory in Langkapura Baru District, Bandar Lampung City. This research is field research carried out in Langkapura Baru District, Bandar Lampung. To obtain the necessary data, researchers used several techniques including observation, interviews and documentation. From the data obtained, both field data and library data are then collected and processed so that a conclusion can be drawn. Based on the research conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded that even though he is busy with work as a driver, the wife does not abandon her obligations as a wife and mother. Communication with husband and children is maintained between family members. This is their effort to maintain household harmony. According to researchers, the wife, who works as an online motorcycle taxi driver in Langkapura Baru District, Bandar Lampung City, is related to the hudud theory proposed by Muhammad Syahrur because the wife can maintain the honor of herself, her husband and her family.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keteramilan menggunakan dan membuat aplikasi canva secara menarik kepada mahasiswa UMALA di kos seputar kampus kota metro. metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendamping menggunakan pendekatan Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini akan menggunakan metode pendekatan PAR (Participatory Action Research). Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian yang dilakukan bahwa Canva adalah satu diantara banyaknya aplikasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam mendesain media pelajaran. Fitur-fitur yang tersedia dapat dikembangkan sekreatif mungkin dan membuat kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas menjadi lebih komunikatif dan visual menjadi lebih mudah dan menyenangkan. Dalam aplikasi canva tersedih banyak sekali template yang dapat digunakan dengan mudah yakni template untuk poster, pamflet, logo, dokumen, untuk postingan di instagram, wallpaper, laporan, kolase foto, surat kabar, cover majalah, pengumuman, video, sampul buku, kartu bisnis, brosur, infografis, story board, template untuk mempost foto atau video di sosial media, undangan dan lain-lain, yang tentunya dapat dikirim ke berbagai platform sosial media.

Abstract

Background. Marriage is a holy, strong, and solid agreement to live together legally between a man and a woman to form an eternal family, polite, loving, peaceful, and happy.Aim. The purpose of this study was to determine the traditions of the Javanese indigenous peoples against marriage taboos in the month of Muharram from the perspective of Islamic law.Methods. This study uses field research (Field Research), using a descriptive nature that is to provide descriptions and information about marriage taboos in the month of Muharram Islamic Law Perspective in Bandar Rejo Village, Way Pengubuan District, Central Lampung Regency. And by using an empirical approach as a framework of proof or testing to ensure a truth. The data obtained through the interview method.Results. The prohibition of getting married in the month of Muharram which occurs in the village of Bandar Rejo, Way Pengubuan District, Central Lampung Regency, in Islamic law there are no specific texts, both Al-Quran and Hadith that determine a certain day as the day when marriage is prescribed. While the taboo on marrying in the month of Muharram which causes this disaster is not justified, because the calamity is a test from Allah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pengalaman bagi guru sekolah/madrasah berbasis pesantren di lingkungan LP Maarif NU Metro dalam mengembangakan perangkat penilaian otentik berorientasi merdeka belajar. Objek dan target pengabdian ini adalah guru sekolah atau madarasah berbasis pesantren di lingkungan LP Maarif NU Metro. Pengabdian ini direncanakan dilaksanakan di Metro Lampung dalam rentang waktu tanggal 26 November 2022 sampai 26 Januari 2022. Kegiatan akan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop. Adapun metode pendampingan yang digunakan adalah Asset Bassed Community Development (ABCD). Luaran yang diharapkan dari pengabdian ini adalah: 1) Guru sekolah/madrasah berbasis pesantren di bawah naungan PCLP Maarif NU Metro mempunyai kesiapan dan kemampuan dalam mendesain perangkat penilaian otentik berorientasi merdeka belajar, 2) Terjalin kerjasama yang baik antara IAIMNU Metro Lampung dengan beberapa sekolah di Propinsi Lampung, dan 3) Buku PKM yang ber-ISBN atau artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan di Jurnal Pengabdian.
