Abstract

Zakat, infaq and almsgiving is one of the worship in Islam to seek pleasure from Allah SWT. In Islam besides worshiping zakat, infaq and almsgiving are also effective solutions for poverty alleviation. Therefore a zakat, infaq and alms management body is needed which has a good management mechanism and has an optimal role in efforts to improve the economy in the community. LAZISNU Metro City was formed in order to maximize the management of zakat and maximize the increase in the economy of the community in Metro City. The results of this study indicate that the zakat management mechanism that exists in LAZISNU Metro City is quite good, but there are still some parts that are not maximal due to the obstacles faced. The role of zakat, infaq and almsgiving in an effort to improve the economy of the community in Metro City runs in the form of consumptive assistance and productive assistance. The implementation is carried out based on Islamic law and the Law. Therefore LAZISNU Metro City needs to continue to evaluate in order to achieve a maximum role in an effort to improve the economy of the community in Metro City.

Abstract

Financial technology berbasis Syariah di Indonesia berkembang cukup pesat yang mana kemudian diberlakukannya peraturan otoritas jasa keuangan dan dewan Syariah nasional majelis ulama Indonesia sebagai Lembaga yang bertugas mengembangkan pernerapan nilai-nilai Syariah dalam kegiatan ekonomi pada umumnya dan keuangan pada khususnya. Dengan adanya financial technology tersebut apakah telah sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan badan hukum Syariah dan badan hukum negara yang berlaku di Indonesia?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah implementasi akad musyarakah pada financial technology di PT Ammana sudah sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh fatwa dewan Syariah nasional MUI serta peraturan perundang undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Data diperoleh dari data sekunder yang terdiri dari dokumen, buku, catatan dan data sekunder lainnya dalam penelitian. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian studi empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dianalisi berdasarkan fatwa dewan Syariah nasional MUI dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Hasil penelitian menerangkan bahwa PT Ammana fintech Syariah dalam implementasi akad perjanjian yang telah dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan fatwa dewan Syariah nasional MUI dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the choice between Lampung customary law and Islamic law in inheritance distribution among inter-ethnic couples in the Pepadun community of Padang Ratu, Central Lampung Regency. Lampung customary law, which emphasizes family values and cooperation, is often the main guideline in inheritance distribution. However, in the context of inter-ethnic couples, tensions between the application of customary law and Islamic law often arise, especially in the distribution of inheritance rights which are more proportional according to Islamic law. This research employs a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with customary leaders, religious leaders, and local community members, as well as field observations to explore inheritance practices. The results indicate that although customary law is dominant, customary deliberations involving family members and customary leaders play a significant role in integrating both legal systems. Moreover, Islamic law offers a fairer perspective in inheritance distribution, considering the rights of men, women, and children in a proportional manner. This study is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of inheritance law in the Pepadun community and highlight the importance of deliberation in achieving social justice for all parties involved. Abstract

People's behavior when buying products is sometimes only based on orientation towards the product they like. In line with the implementation of the Halal Product Guarantee Law Number 33 of 2014, one of the articles of which states that all products, whether originating from animal, plant or raw materials produced through chemical processes, must be certified halal, the halal awareness of these products is increasing. the presence or absence of non-halal components is absolutely necessary. Therefore, it is very necessary to provide education about the halal certification process through community service programs. The aim of this counseling is to provide knowledge and understanding to participants about the importance of halal certification for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), provide insight into the influence of halal certification on product buyer satisfaction and create a sense of security for consumers so that this is expected to motivate participants who owning a business, carrying out halal certification for its products is also increasing, as well as developing experience regarding the process of submitting a halal certification process to LPPOM MUI.

Abstract

Background. Marriage is a holy, strong, and solid agreement to live together legally between a man and a woman to form an eternal family, polite, loving, peaceful, and happy.Aim. The purpose of this study was to determine the traditions of the Javanese indigenous peoples against marriage taboos in the month of Muharram from the perspective of Islamic law.Methods. This study uses field research (Field Research), using a descriptive nature that is to provide descriptions and information about marriage taboos in the month of Muharram Islamic Law Perspective in Bandar Rejo Village, Way Pengubuan District, Central Lampung Regency. And by using an empirical approach as a framework of proof or testing to ensure a truth. The data obtained through the interview method.Results. The prohibition of getting married in the month of Muharram which occurs in the village of Bandar Rejo, Way Pengubuan District, Central Lampung Regency, in Islamic law there are no specific texts, both Al-Quran and Hadith that determine a certain day as the day when marriage is prescribed. While the taboo on marrying in the month of Muharram which causes this disaster is not justified, because the calamity is a test from Allah.

Abstract

Marriage plays a very important role in creating a good social culture, therefore, legally speaking, Law no. 1/1974 Article 2 paragraph 2 explains that every marriage must be registered according to applicable legislation. The existence of these regulations regarding marriage registration should make it easier for the public to handle the administration of legalizing marriages. However, in Bumi Nabung Village, Central Lampung, there are still illegal marriages, even though the number is not large, this proves that the effectiveness of the legal function as social engineering is not yet optimal. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the function of law (UU No. 1/1974 Article 2 Paragraph 2 Jo KHI Article 5 Paragraph 1) as a social technique for underhanded marriages in Bumi Nabung Village. This research is field research using qualitative methods and normative juridical and empirical juridical approaches. The primary data source in this research is the place and the husband and wife who married privately at Drsa Bumi Nabung. The results of this research still found that there were illegal marriages in Bumi Nabung Village, but the number was approximately only 20 married couples out of the total number of families, so it can be concluded that the function of law as social engineering is effective

Abstract

Sebagai negara yang memiliki sumber daya alam yang sangat melimpah Indonesia mempunyai modal yang sangat kuat untuk menyokong perekonomian negara dalam berbagai bentuk usaha. Dalam kegiatan ini diberikan pelatihan tentang pemanfaatan limbah bonggol kayu menjadi tanaman hias artificial pada kader IPNU dan IPPNU Kota Metro. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada kader IPNU dan IPPNU Kota Metro dalam pembuatan tanaman hias dari limbah bonggol kayu. Program pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan ABCD (Assed Based Communities Development), metode ini memfokuskan pada pemanfaatan aset dan potensi yang ada di sekitar lingkungan masyarakat. Langkah-langkah dalam menggunakan metode ini adalah: Discovery (menemukan), Dream (impian), Design (merancang), Define (menentukan), dan Destiny (melakukan). Hasil yang didapatkan dari pengabdian ini adalah adanya nilai guna pada limbah bonggol kayu yang bernilai ekonomis dan bisa menciptakan kemandirian, yaitu limbah bonggol kayu dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam pembuatan tanaman hias artificial.
