Abstract

The general election for the local leaders (popularly known as PILKADA). Very often result in proplems. One of the problems is the damage of the government’s properties caused by the rally of people who are not satisfied with the result of the election. Another problem is the disintegration of the nation. This is because people, during the election, are split into groups of supporters of the candidates running for the elections. These problems are believed to result from the appointment of SKPD that is not based on capability but propinquity. Hence, SKPD fail to show professionalism in their job. As a matter of fact, the on going PILKADA employ two kinds of systems simultenously. The first is union system and the second is federal system. It is suggested that new regulation be issued to enable the discrapancies between the two systems be eliminated so that the two systems can work hand in hand.

Abstract

The spirit redistribute the power of the state in the 1945 Constitution after the amendment embody two major power balance. Each is the power of the people (democracy) and the rule of law (nomocracy). On the one hand, the 1945 Constitution established social ideals Indonesia to realize the power of the people as the "owner" of the original state. While on the other side, the 1945 Constitution also gives the place the rule of law. Configure both show the face of hegemony and domination dom, but when examined more closely essensinya is giving reinforcement. Indonesia's social goal is to realize the essence of a democratic state based on the rule of law. In such characteristics, the structure of the constitution is not qualified as a holder of hegemonic power. He is actually more as a "container" of the state power distribution.Keyword :  Principle, democracy, constitutional

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk usaha yang mungkin dilakukan oleh ibu rumah tangga adalah dengan berwirausaha dengan membuat dodol. Umbi singkong tidak hanya diolah menjadi keripik tetapi dapat di olah juga menjadi makanan yang lain yaitu dodol singkong. Dengan mengembangkan kreativitas dalam menjadikan umbi singkong menjadi produk olahan makanan dan cara pengemasan yang menarik maka hasil produk tersebut akan dapat meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat dan sebagai peluang usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah metode ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), yang mengutamakan pemanfaatan aset dan potensi yang ada disekitar dan dimiliki oleh masyarakat dampingan. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah agar masyarakat memiliki kesadaran bahwa banyak potensi yang ada di Desa Tanjung Harapan Kecamatan Marga Tiga Kabupaten Lampung Timur ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia dan Perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims; 1) To find out the role of the wife who works as an online motorcycle taxi on household harmony in Langkapura Baru District, Bandar Lampung City, and 2) To find out the role of the wife who works as an online motorcycle taxi on household harmony from the perspective of boundary ir hudud theory in Langkapura Baru District, Bandar Lampung City. This research is field research carried out in Langkapura Baru District, Bandar Lampung. To obtain the necessary data, researchers used several techniques including observation, interviews and documentation. From the data obtained, both field data and library data are then collected and processed so that a conclusion can be drawn. Based on the research conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded that even though he is busy with work as a driver, the wife does not abandon her obligations as a wife and mother. Communication with husband and children is maintained between family members. This is their effort to maintain household harmony. According to researchers, the wife, who works as an online motorcycle taxi driver in Langkapura Baru District, Bandar Lampung City, is related to the hudud theory proposed by Muhammad Syahrur because the wife can maintain the honor of herself, her husband and her family.

Abstract

Along with the development of sharia-based financial institutions, the products offered are also developing, where currently sharia banking not only offers savings and financing products but also offers many other products such as gold pawning and gold installments. The reason for conducting this research is because this gold service product is classified as a new product and customer interest in applying for this product increases every year. To research and process the data in this research, the researcher used a qualitative approach method with the type of research being descriptive. The subject collection technique uses a purposive method. Data analysis uses descriptive methods. Where the data collection technique uses observation, documentation and interview methods. The results of this research state that: Marketing strategy for gold service products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. Bandar Jaya carries out the process of dividing markets, determining targets and continuing with the promotion process by introducing products and prices and improving service quality by implementing sharia principles such as justice, trustworthiness and communicativeness. Marketing strategy for gold service products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. Bandar Jaya's sharia marketing perspective is in accordance with marketing sharia which consists of: View Market Universally (segmentation), Target customer's heart and soul (targeting), Build a belief system (positioning). As well as implementing sharia principles in the form of fairness, trust and communication.

Abstract

Zakat, infaq and almsgiving is one of the worship in Islam to seek pleasure from Allah SWT. In Islam besides worshiping zakat, infaq and almsgiving are also effective solutions for poverty alleviation. Therefore a zakat, infaq and alms management body is needed which has a good management mechanism and has an optimal role in efforts to improve the economy in the community. LAZISNU Metro City was formed in order to maximize the management of zakat and maximize the increase in the economy of the community in Metro City. This research is a field research with theoretical, normative, pedagogical and philosophical approaches. Sources of data sourced from primary data obtained from the results of direct interviews and secondary data in the form of written information from the literature. Data collection through observation, documentation interview, triangulation and final stages is to draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the zakat management mechanism that exists in LAZISNU Metro City is quite good, but there are still some parts that are not maximal due to the obstacles faced. The role of zakat, infaq and almsgiving in an effort to improve the economy of the community in Metro City runs in the form of consumptive assistance and productive assistance. The implementation is carried out based on Islamic law and the Law. Therefore LAZISNU Metro City needs to continue to evaluate in order to achieve a maximum role in an effort to improve the economy of the community in Metro City.
