Abstract

Special interest tourism is one of the forms of attraction development recommended in the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan (RIPDA) of Bandung Regency. Therefore, realizing the special interest attraction of interest in Kampung Batu Malakasari destination is the most appropriate strategy in the development of the next destination. This article discusses how the strategy in developing Kampung Batu Malakasari to become a special interest tourist attraction. using qualitative studies and SWOT analysis resulted in several recommendations related to the strategy of developing special interest interest in Kampung Batu Malakasari, are: (1) Packaging special interest attractiveness; (2) Presenting geo-tourism based education (geowisata); (3) Provide staff training as a natural and cultural interpreter; (5 Improve accessibility to increase tourist comfort; (6) Involving citizens in tourism management with the concept of community-based tourism management. Abstract

ABSTRAKTari Sigale-gale merupakan tarian sebuah patung kayu yang digerakkan oleh manusia dengan diiringi alunan musik khas Batak. Tari Sigale-gale sempat menjadi icon pada acara Festival Danau Toba tahun 2013. Adanya pergeseran nilai tari Sigale-gale dikarenakan perubahan cara penyuguhan tari Sigale-gale tersebut dengan memutar kaset yang sebelumnya selalu diiringi alunan alat-alat musik khas Batak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui esensi dan nilai yang terkandung dari tari Sigale-gale dalam meningkatkan wisata budaya di Desa Tomok Kabupaten Samosir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Tari Sigale-gale merupakan suatu pertunjukan yang menceritakan tradisi suku Batak Toba pada zaman dahulu. Prosesinya sejak dahulu hingga kini tidak mengalami perubahan namun cara menampilkannya yang berubah. Kesimpulan dari  penelitian ini adalah bahwa nilai tari Sigale-gale perlu dipertahankan dengan mengembalikan cara menampilkan pertunjukannya seperti sedia kala dan menghadirkan penari yang handal dalam menarik wisatawan untuk manortor (menari). Kata Kunci: Value, Tari Sigale-gale, Wisata Budaya  VALUE OF SIGALE-GALE DANCE TO INCREASE CULTURE TOURISM IN TOMOK VILLAGE, SAMOSIR DISTRICT ABSTRACTTari Sigale-gale is a dance of a wooden statue that is driven by humans accompanied by typical Batak music. Sigale-gale dance had become an icon in the 2013 Lake Toba Festival. The shift in the value of Sigale-gale dance was due to changes in the way the Sigale-gale dance was presented by playing tapes which were always accompanied by strains of Batak musical instruments. The purpose of this study was to determine the essence and value contained in Sigale-gale dance in enhancing cultural tourism in Tomok Village, Samosir Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study state that Sigale-gale Dance is a performance that tells the traditions of the Batak Toba tribe in ancient times. The procession has not changed until now but the way it is displayed changes. The conclusion of this study is that the value of Sigale-gale dance needs to be maintained by returning the way to show the show as usual and presenting dancers who are reliable in attracting tourists to dance. Keywords: Value, Sigale-Gale Dance, Culture Tourism

Tourism is inseparable from the role of the Travel Agent . The role of travel agents is vital due to the creativity of “ concocting “ tour packages offered by the travel agent that makes the magnetic allure of foreign tourists come to Yogyakarta . With more and more of her as a tourist destination has to offer and the more diverse types paketan tour at an economical price , then the scene of a race between a travel agent - travel agent in Yogyakarta to captivate foreign tourists to come to Yogyakarta . ASITA ( Association of Indonesian Tours And Travel ) is a forum All Indonesia Tour & Travel Yogyakarta chapter , noting that there is a trend of foreign tourists visit it depends on the package tours offered by travel agents. Abstract

The aims of this research is to know agrotourism sustainable development of Mangunan Garden. The reasons of developing agrotourism as such, it educates the purpose of keeping the relationship among local societies, interest sectors, and visitors. The Agrotourism of Mangunan Garden is inspired to improve the farmers earnings and the quality of rural society lives which then expletedly represent opportunity to educate th societies on agriculture an ecosystems. Agrotourism sustainable development of Mangunan Garden, embrases: geography, topography, elimate, type of vegetation (pine forest), in addition to destination which withdraw to visit, are Elephant Dlingo Cave, Pine Forest, Gardu Pandang, Cerme Cave, Makam Raja-Raja Panjimatan. Abstract

AbstrakFenomena aktual dilapangan membuktikan bahwa pengembangan Kampung Tulip belum cukup representatif sebagai wisata bertema edukasi Budaya Belanda. Walaupun beberapa wahana telah dibangun menyesuaikan rumah-rumah khas Negeri Belanda, tetapi aktifitas wisata bernuansa edukatif belum begitu terlihat selama masa observasi di lapangan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat difokuskan pada pemberdayaan untuk peningkatan tata kelola destinasi wisata edukasi Kampung Tulip. Langkah implementatif yang telah dilakukan meliputi : (1) Menggali akar permasalahan dalam pengembangan destinasi wisata Kampung Tulip melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pengelola; (2) Memberikan rekomendasi pengelolaan melalui seminar seminar dan pelatihan pengelolaan wisata edukasi dan pariwisata berkelanjutan kepada pengelola destinasi wisata Kampung Tulip; (3) Penyediaan buku panduan pengembangan wisata edukasi Kampung Tulip.Kata Kunci : pariwisata edukasi, kampung tulip, perencanaan pariwisata AbstracThe actual phenomenon in the field proves that the development of Kampung Tulip has not been representative enough as a themed education of the Netherlands Culture. Although some of the rides have been built to match the typical homes of the Netherlands, but the activities and educational nuances have not been visible during the observation period in the field. Therefore, community service activities focused on empowerment to improve the educational tourism governance in the destinations of Tulip Village. Implementative steps that have been carried out include: (1) Exploring the core of the problem in developing Tulip Village through observation and interviews with managers; (2) Providing management recommendations through seminar seminars and training on educational tourism and tourism sustainable management to the managers of Tulip Village; (3) Provision of guidance book for educational tourism development in Tulip Village.Keywords: educational tourism, kampung tulip, tourism planning

Abstract

Abstrak Kampung Rajut Binong Jati Bandung merupakan salah satu kampung wisata yang sudah banyak dikenal oleh masyarakat sejak tahun 1965 yang kemudian berkembang pesat karena semakin banyaknya permintaan produksi baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri. Dari situlah masyarakat sekitar mulai dipekerjakan dan semakin lama mereka mampu berdiri sendiri dan mendirikan usaha masing-masing hingga berkembang sampai saat ini, sehingga kampung rajut Binong Jati terkenal dengan pemukiman kerajinan rajutan. Kampung Wisata Rajut Binong Jati membutuhkan lebih dari sekedar mengembangkan mesin yang baik, mengembangkan produk yang baik, memberikan edukasi yang bermanfaat bagi para wisatawan, namun diperlukan promosi yang baik untuk bisa menjual produk yang dibuat sehingga dapat meninggkatkan pendapatan penduduk sekitar dan juga minat belanja wisatawan yang datang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen.Kata Kunci : Strategi Promosi, UMKM, Wisata

Abstract

ABSTRAKPusat Primata Schmutzer Taman Margasatwa Ragunan Jakarta merupakan tempat penampungan satwa-satwa yang sudah terlanjur menjadi korban karena telah diambil dari alam secara paksa dan dipelihara oleh manusia untuk kepuasan pribadinya, kemudian beralih fungsi menjadi tempat konservasi sekaligus menjadi daya tarik objek wisata. Atraksi wisata yang dimiliki Pusat Primata Schmutzer menjadi hal utama yang disajikan pengelola untuk para pengunjung. Kepuasan pengunjung di Pusat Primata Schmutzer bergantung kepada atraksi wisata yang disajikan oleh pihak pengelola Pusat Primata Schmutzer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh atraksi wisata yang dimiliki Pusat Primata Schmutzer terhadap kepuasan pengunjung yang berkunjung Pusat Primata Schmutzer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan cara penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi linier sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung yang berkunjung ke Pusat Primata Schmutzer. Sedangkan sample yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengaruh atraksi wisata terhadap kepuasan pengunjung sebesar 38,3%, sementara 61,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hal ini menujukan bahwa ada variabel atraksi wisata mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Saran untuk pihak pengelola Pusat Primata Schmutzer yaitu agar memperhatikan masalah yang terjadi di Pusat Primata Schmutzer yaitu dari harga tiket, fasilitas dan kualitas atraksi wisata tersebut dan pihak pengelola harus mempunyai strategi baru bagaimana para pengunjung yang berkunjung ke Pusat Primata Schmutzer merasa puas setelah berkunjung ke Pusat Primata Schmutzer. Kata Kunci  : Atraksi Wisata, Kepuasan Pengunjung dan Taman Margasatwa. ABSTRACTSchmutzer Primata Center Wildlife Park Ragunan Jakarta is animals shelter has already become victims has been taken from nature forcibly and reared by humans for personal satisfaction, then converted into a conservation become a tourist attraction. The tourist attraction is owned by Schmutzer Primata Center become the main thing that is served by manager for visitors. Visitor satisfaction at Schmutzer Primata Center depends on the tourist attraction who is served by manager of  Schmutzer Primata Center. The study using method descriptive with a quantitative approach by using questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression technique. Population in the study is visitors who visit Schmutzer Primata Center. Where are samples taken was 100 respondents. The result of the study showed that influence of tourist attraction on visitor satisfaction 38,3%, while 61,7% influenced by other factors are not examined. This shows that the variable of tourist attraction  has a major influence on visitor satisfaction. Advice to the manager of  Schmutzer Primata Center is to pay attention to problems that occur at Schmutzer Primata Center is the price of ticket, facilities and quality of the tourist attraction and  the manager should have a new strategy on how the visitors who visit Schmutzer Primata Center are satisfied after visiting. Keyword  :  Tourist attraction, Visitor satisfaction and Wildlife Park.

Abstract

ABSTRACT          Tourism in addition to having a positive impact in the economy also has a negative impact on socialculture . The development of tourism is directed into one of the country 's foreign exchange to support development activities likely to lead to a progressive economic aspect , cultural aspect , whichpressure due to the shift in immigrant communities are less concerned about socialcultural environment . Yogyakarta is very rapid progression from year to year . prostitution in the city of Yogyakarta is also experiencing significant growth .    This is as a consequence of the results of the development of tourism in Yogyakarta . Sarkem region , Babarsari , Parangkusumo beach is a picture of the author wants to lift to the research topic entitled " Practice Prostitution and the influence of Tourist Visits in Yogyakarta” . This study addresses the two aspects , namely the economic and cultural aspects of progressive regressive . In this issue there is a dilemma from year to year , due to new entrants to the practice of sex ( prostitution ) is hidden in the Babarsari , rented houses or spread and some prostitutes is a student or students from leading universities in Yogyakarta . therefore in this study can be found three major problems are : ( a) Type prostitution which flourished in Babarsari , Sarkem , Parangkusumo Beach ( b ) Relationship Patterns between a prostitute with the local community in terms of tourism development and the preservation of cultural values , ( c ) Effect of prostitution to local culture and tourism development .         This study uses field data collection methods, methods of interviewing and observation and data collection methods literature . development of tourism in Yogyakarta  impact on the practice of Presence sex ( prostitution ) hidden in Boarding House or rent , renting , given the tourist area of Yogyakarta area wet with Rupiah . This is a new settlement , mostly inhabited by new settlers . This occurs because of the increased demands of public life . Abstract

ABSTRAK Bandara merupakan elemen penting dalam pariwisata. Tanpa bandara, akses ke tempat-tempat wisata akan terganggu dan akan menghasilkan lebih sedikit wisatawan. Yogyakarta adalah salah satu tujuan wisata idola bagi wisatawan. Dengan dibukanya bandara baru Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) dan menjadi bandara berkelas internasional, menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi daerah Kulon Progo untuk mengembangkan potensi pariwisatanya. Potensi wisata Kulon Progo sangat banyak, misalnya wisata desa Pule Payung, kerajinan batik di Lendah ada bendungan Kamijoro dan sebagainya yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi destinasi andalan Kulon Progo. Kelompok sadar pariwisata di Kulon Progo telah sepakat untuk menggabungkan paket wisata agar lebih menarik. Pemerintah dalam hal ini sebagai agen pariwisata membantu mengembangkan destinasi pariwisata di Kulon Progo dalam konteks pembukaan bandara internasional baru. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa destinasi wisata di Kulon Progo dengan strategi analisis SWOT dapat dikembangkan menjadi objek wisata yang menarik melalui peran serta pemerintah, perangkat desa dan masyarakat sadar wisata.  Kata kunci: Bandara, Strategi Pengembangan, Accesbility ABSTRACT Airport is an important element in tourism. without the airport, access to tourist attractions will be disrupted and will result in fewer tourists. Yogyakarta is one of the idol tourism destinations for tourists. With the opening of a new airport Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) and becoming an international-class airport it becomes a challenge for the Kulon Progo area to develop its tourism potential. Kulon Progo tourism potential is very much, for example the village tourism Pule Payung, batik crafts in Lendah there is the Kamijoro dam and so on that can be developed into a Kulon Progo mainstay destination. Tourism conscious groups in Kulon Progo have agreed to combine travel packages to make it more interesting. The government in this case the tourism agency helped to develop tourism destinations in Kulon Progo in the context of opening a new international airport. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that tourist destinations in Kulon Progo with a SWOT analysis strategy can be developed into attractive tourist attractions through the participation of the government, village officials and the tourism-conscious community. Keywords :  Airport, Development Strategy, Accesbility
