Abstract

The Sukabumi Regency Transportation Office has several fields, one of which is the Head of the General and Civil Service Sub-section which has the function of collecting and processing data. This function, of course, is mostly carried out by the letter archiving department because this section is the most important part or can be called the heart of the Sukabumi Regency Transportation Service. Where the section regulates the management of incoming letters, outgoing letters, and mail reports. Mail management activities still use agenda books, disposition cards and Microsoft Office so that mail management activities are still not optimal. From the letter management activities at the Sukabumi Regency Transportation Office, several problems were found, namely there was a loss of incoming mail data in 2019 reaching 50% while errors in letter data collection occurred in outgoing mail data reaching 10-40% so that it could affect the reporting of the number of letters. The Transportation Agency of Sukabumi Regency must realize Enterprise Architecture to be able to regulate and supervise the management of letters. With this in mind, the researcher will make a "Design of the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework on Mail Management at the Sukabumi Regency Transportation Service". This will be a solution to these problems, this research will produce a framework (blueprint) in the form of business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture.

Abstract

Bhayangkara Setukpa Hospital Lemdiklat Polri is one of several hospitals located in Sukabumi. Hospitals provide health services, one of which is outpatient registration services. In his service performance Rs. Bhayangkara Setukpa Lemdiklat Polri is still not optimal, in 2017 to 2019 there was an increase in the number of outpatient visits by 50% and in 2020 the decline reached 27%. The current outpatient registration information system is still offline and has a long registration service time because the patient must fill out a form first, while the registration officer is only guarded by two people without being supported by the speed of the registration information system that can be accessed by the patient. Hospitals do not yet have an alternativeregistration online, while in this digital era, hospital services need to be improved by implementing Enterprise Architecture (EA) using TOGAF ADM (The Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method) and the Combination of COBIT 5 (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology). TOGAF ADM can define the stages of information architecture design and need COBIT 5 support to carry out the stages. EA is useful for fulfilling future business processes. EA design is the right solution in supporting the organization of a business. Therefore, the authors design to support anregistration information system online that is integrated in the process of running the right business at the Hospital. The result of the TOGAF ADM framework and the COBIT 5 Combination is a blue print for EA design in the form of recommendations for IT HR Recruitment, Outpatient Registration Information System Design, Employee Training, and Outpatient Registration Marketing Innovations.

Abstract

This study aims to design a website-based Academic Information System at MA Bumi Persada by considering the designer's point of view using the Treasury Enterprise Architecture Framework (TEAF). TEAF was chosen as the framework because it provides comprehensive guidance for designing an integrated and efficient information system. The research method used is a literature study to understand the TEAF design principles and analyze the needs of an academic information system. Furthermore, a design analysis was carried out involving the identification of business processes, data structures, and user interfaces. The results of the analysis are the basis for designing an academic information system that is in accordance with the needs of MA Bumi Persada. At the design stage, the main focus is to create a structured system architecture that can be easily integrated. The user interface design is carried out by considering the optimal user experience. The application of web technology as a system base provides freedom of access and openness of information. This research is expected to contribute to improving operational efficiency and accessibility of information at MA Bumi Persada. The designed academic information system is expected to be able to support various academic activities, ranging from student management, scheduling, to reporting learning outcomes. With the application of TEAF, it is hoped that this information system can be scalable, flexible, and can develop in line with the needs of MA Bumi Persada in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how people comment on trading activities that are currently busy. As we know that lately there have been cases of trading involving affiliates, many people feel that they have been deceived by these activities. From this case, we conducted research using data collection methods regarding trading, which were taken from the Twitter social media platform using the Orange application. The data obtained through the scraping process will then be filtered to separate positive and negative sentiments, so that the data ready for sentiment analysis is 1,400 tweets. Data were analyzed using three methods, namely Random Forest, KNN, and SVM (Support Vector Machines). The results obtained from the research conducted which has 3 variables, namely positive sentiment has a value of 29%, negative is 10%, and neutral has a value of 62%. To analyze sentiment data from Twitter the author uses 3 classification methods and produces an accuracy value of KnN of 0.999, Random forest 0.994 and Naïve SVM 0.992. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out regarding trading activities, people think that not all trading is illegal and fraudulent because many sites are still legal

Abstract

Water is one of the sources of life in this world. The benefits of water are of course incalculable, if we relate it to the consumption of water, especially mineral water. Many companies see the business potential of mineral water as a very profitable potential for businessmen. But with the emergence of many brands of drinking water in containers creating very strong competition between companies, this makes it difficult for mineral water consumers to choose which brand to buy, it is necessary to review the mineral water brand that is sold and consumed the most. From these problems, it shows that the importance of a Decision Support System to help buyers of mineral water brand products in determining the choice of brand of goods that is in line with the criteria. The method used in this decision support system research is the WASPAS method. The ranking results of each alternative using the WASPAS method with the final result of the Aqua brand product occupying the first position with a value of 2,441 as a recommendation for the selection of bottled mineral water product brands, and the Club product brand having a value of 2,219 by placing the last of 7 alternative brands of bottled mineral water products. . From these results, it can be concluded that the mineral water brand AQUA is the best choice to increase its stock because it has the highest value of 2,441.

Abstract

In the world of education, it is necessary to have a computerized system for various purposes. Especially in the Kindergarten Information System at RA Al-Masthuriyah, currently the acceptance of new students to the process of managing student data at RA Al-Masthuriyah is generally still conventional, which means that prospective student parents must come directly to the school to register and the teachers in charge of managing student and education data still use Microsoft Office and agenda books. Both of these are considered inefficient because it wastes time for prospective student guardians in registering and makes it difficult for teachers to manage or search student data. With this background, the need for an information system that can be used as a solution to these problems. In this study, a design of a kindergarten information system was proposed using the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF) model. the goal to be achieved in this research is to be able to assist and facilitate the registration of new students, to the management of student data at RA Al-Masthuriyah.

Abstract

UPTD Sukabumi District Vocational Training Center is a government agency that functions as a training ground for people who want to deepen their expertise in their respective fields. Currently, information services about the training of the UPTD at the Sukabumi District Vocational Training Center have not been presented optimally. Training information in the form of vocational training, training instructors and other data still uses social media such as Facebook to inform services to the public. This becomes a problem because it is less efficient in conveying information and is not comprehensive. This study aims to optimize information services about the training of the UPTD Work Training Center in Sukabumi Regency. To achieve this optimization, a job training information system is needed to make it easier to present training information. This research focuses on training information services that provide convenience in providing information about the vocational openings, training schedule, participant quota and other information related to the UPTD training at the Sukabumi District Vocational Training Center. The approach in this study uses the Zachman Framework approach which was developed using the PHP 7 programming language and MySQL database. The result of this research is a website-based job training information system design.

Abstract

The government through the Ministry of Religious Affairs canceled the departure of pilgrims from Indonesia in 2020. The decision was taken, considering the Covid-19 pandemic still plagues almost all parts of the world, including Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. "Saudi Arabia has never opened access for pilgrims from any country. As a result, the government could no longer have enough time to make its main preparations in the service and protection of Jemaah. Based on this fact, the government decided not to send pilgrims in 2020. Judging from the charts and data recorded from April to December 2020 there was a sharp increase. There were 743,198 confirmed cases of infection, 109,963 cases treated, 22,138 cases died and 611,091 were declared cured. This is a consideration of the government in taking the decision to lower the letter of cancellation of hajj departure in 2020. To retrieve this sentiment data the author took the data methodology from Twitter by using the data retrieval step using orange anaconda tools with the amount of data obtained as many as 670 tweets that have 3 variables that are positive by 37%, negative 12% and neutral 51%. To analyze sentiment data from Twitter the author used 3 classification methods and produced an accuracy value of KnN of 0.507, Random forest of 0.531 and Naïve bayes of 0.532. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by the author that the response or comments of the public to the delay / cancellation of the hajj departure was reaped a neutral response and support the government's move. Of the 3 methods used, the most superior method is the Naïve bayes method because it uses probability and statistics.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has brought changes to almost all aspects of human life, especially activities in the world of education. One of the vital things in the world of education is the final school exam which is always held at the end of each semester. The process of the School Final Examination or UAS which is carried out manually in this school has several shortcomings and problems. The main problem is the matter of school fees and expenses when carrying out UAS. This is due to the increase in the price of stationery and the number of new students entering. The design of this system is nothing but to help reduce expenses caused by the ATK costs which continue to increase every year. This design uses FEAF as a research model. The FEAF model is a conceptual model that formulates organizational goals and visions in a documented manner and has a coordinated structure between business lines between departments. Business, information needed to support business, technology to support business operations, and the process of moving from old technology to new technology can be done with this framework.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi akademik bagi SMP PGRI Karawang Sukabumi guna mengoptimalkan pengelolaan informasi sekolah yang saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF), penelitian ini menawarkan solusi komprehensif untuk meningkatkan layanan penerimaan siswa baru dan pengelolaan data sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Model FEAF diterapkan melalui empat tingkat: Analisis PEST dan SWOT, Value Chain, Business System Planning (BSP), serta Perspektif Planner, Owner, Designer, Builder, dan Subcontractor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model FEAF mampu memberikan panduan terperinci dalam merancang sistem informasi sekolah yang efektif dan efisien. Pengujian usability dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan skor rata-rata 79,27, yang mengindikasikan bahwa sistem ini mudah digunakan oleh guru, staf, dan siswa. Implementasi FEAF dengan empat level memberikan kerangka kerja yang terstruktur untuk membangun sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan SMP PGRI Karawang Sukabumi, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan aksesibilitas pendidikan di sekolah tersebut.
