<![CDATA[Pandemic Covid 19 yang terjadi saat ini memberikan dampak besar terhadap berbagai aktivitas dalam kehidupan manusia. Salah satunya pada sektor pendidikan dan kegiatan pemebalajaran di sekolah. Kebijakan dari pemerintah tentang WFH (work from home) menjadikan proses kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah dihentikan sejak maret 2020 sampai waktu yang belum ditentukan. SMP Kristen 2 Salatiga sebagai salah satu institusi pendidikan dituntut untuk mengikuti perubahan ini yaitu pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan memanfaatkan platform pembelajaran e-learning. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode TAM dan EUCS dengan beberapa faktor yang akan dibahas dari metode TAM yaitu faktor Persepsi Kegunaan( Perceived usefulness), Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan (Perceived Ease of Use), Sikap (Attitude) sedangkan dari metode EUCS yaitu Isi (Content), Akurasi( Accuracy), Tampilan( Format), Kemudahan( Ease), Ketepatan waktu( Timeliness). Kendala yang terjadi yaitu ketika pengguna tidak bisa memahami dengan benar cara penggunaan e-learning ini. Sehingga tentunya saja perlu dilakukan evaluasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi terjadinya masalah tersebut. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP kelas VII-IX SMP Kristen 2 Salatiga. Dengan menggunakan analisis SEM , maka hasil yang didapatkan terkait dengan kepuasan pengguna yaitu sebesar 82.7 % dari nilai R2 Square.]]>

<![CDATA[Yayasan Baitul Huda adalah salah satu pondok pesantren yang berada di daerah Sukabumi tepatnya di Kp.Dangdeur Kecamatan Surade, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Merupakan Yayasan yang belum sepenuhnya menerapkan dan memanfaatkan sistem dan teknologi informasi dalam bisnisnya. Baik itu aktivitas yang bersifat front maupun back. Sebagian besar masih berjalan secara manual dan yang terjadi adalah tidak adanya integrasi satu sama lain dari aktivitas bisnis tersebut. Ini sangat menyulitkan pertukaran data, pengontrol aktifitas- aktifitas tersebut karena semua dilakukan masing-masing tanpa adanya integrasi. Penelitian ini membuat sebuah perancangan enterprise architecture menggunakan framework TOGAF-ADM (Architecture Development method) untuk memberikan solusi dalam pengoptimalan pemanfaatan sistem dan teknologi informasi agar dapat diselaraskan dengan visi, misi, strategi, dan sumberdaya yang dimiliki oleh Yayasan Baitul Huda tersebut. TOGAF merupakan kerangka kerja dan metode yang bisa diterima secara luas untuk pengembangan arsitektur sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan, yang menjelaskan detail bagaimana membangun,mengelola dan mengimplementasikan EA dan sistem informasi dengan Architecture Development method(ADM).]]>

<![CDATA[The School Activity and Budget Plan Application (ARKAS) is an information system that utilizes information and communication technology to facilitate schools in managing planning, budgeting, implementation, and administration as well as accountability for BOS funds in digital form. This Application was first launched by the Ministry of Education in 2020. This study was conducted to determine the satisfaction of ARKAS users at the elementary school level in Nagrak sub-district, Sukabumi district. Measurement of the data that has been collected is done using the SmartPLS application. From the result of research with ten hypotheses, eight of them were rejected and the remaining variable were accepted. The result of control and format variable are positive on user satisfaction and the remaining variables, namely performance, information, efficiency, service, content, accuracy, ease of use, and timeliness have a negative effect on ARKAS user satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[A company is said to be successful if it has fulfilled the demands of consumers in the future. cv. Aadiba company is engaged in sales services as a reseller by selling men's outdoor shoes. Problems with the company Cv. Aadiba, which is unable to meet consumer demand because they often experience a shortage of product stock, so far, planning for purchasing product stock is estimated manually based on previous experience and therefore this study aims to predict product stock inventory in order to minimize product stock purchases errors in the future period. and make the implementation of the forecasting system. The method used in the study is the Weighted Moving Average (WMA) method which can estimate the amount of stock that must be purchased for the future period. The data used for this research is sales data from January 2021 to April 2022, the moving average of the previous 3 months. Forecasting results using the Weighted Moving Average (WMA) method produce future sales of 612.5 and the error value of MAD is 104.448718, MSE 28380.712 and the MAPE value is 0.179160773% or 0.18% The smallest error value is considered the most appropriate used for forecasting, then the MAPE value is considered appropriate in forecasting because it has the smallest error value and the implementation of a forecasting system that can facilitate the Cv. Aadiba in terms of forecasting in the future period.]]>

<![CDATA[SMK Dwi Warna merupakan institusi yang bergerak dibidang pendidikan, disekolah SMK Dwiwarna sistem Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP) masih menggunakan sistem manual yang dimana proses Pembayaran dilakukan secara langsung oleh siswa denga cara mengantri lalu menyerahkan kartu Pembayaran Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan kepada bendahara sehingga mengalami kesulitan dalam menangani antrian dan laporan keuangan yang disajikan saat ini kurang memadai sehingga menyebabkan kesulitan dalam perhitungan data dan pembuatan laporan pembayaran Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini Extreme Progamming(XP) yang dikenal dengan metode technical how to atau bagamaimana suatu tim teknis mengembangkan perangkat lunak secara efisien melalui berbagai prinsip dan teknik praktis pengembangan perangkat lunak, XP menjadi dasar bagaimana tim bekerja sehari-hari. Selain dengan Extreme Programming penulis menggambarkan aliran sistem dengan flowchart dan alur perangkat lunak menggunakan Unified Modelling Language(UML) menyimpulkan bahwa UML adalah Bahasa pemodelan untuk sistem atau perangkat lunak yang berparadigma beroroentasi objek pemodelan (modelling) seungguhnya digunakan untuk penyederhanaan permasalahan - permasalahan yang komplek sedemikian rupa sehingga lebih mudah dipelajari dan dipahami, uml menawarkan,diagram,blueprint yang akan digunakan Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan Class Diagram serta Entity Relationship Diagram sebagai sebagai relasi antar tabelnya.]]>

<![CDATA[Cisarua Elementary School is a public school institution under the auspices of the government which is engaged in education. Currently, Cisarua Elementary School still has the habit of conveying school information to the community using conventional methods. So that it becomes an obstacle for the community to get information, they have to go to the location of Cisarua Elementary School. In this study the authors created a website-based school information system service using the Extreme Programing method which aims to facilitate the provision of accurate and reliable information to the public. In developing a website-based school information system, there are several approaches or methods used, in this study the method used was Extreme programming to build a school website. Extreme programming is a software engineering process that tends to use an object-oriented approach and the goal of this method is teams that are formed on a small to medium scale and this method is also suitable if the team is faced with unclear requirements or changes in requirements occur. which is very fast. The results of this study are in the form of a website-based school information system that can make it easy for the public to obtain school-related information.]]>

<![CDATA[The tight competition in the ride-hailing service industry has made Super App digital companies in Indonesia vie to attract public interest to become their regular customers. As new players, Super App Maxim and/or InDriver companies need insight into what factors can make their applications accepted by Generation Z as the largest consumers in Indonesia. So, this study aims to investigate the role of performance and expectations of effort and social influence on continuing intentions to use new online transportation applications through the mediating role of personal innovation in information technology (PIIT). This study used the SEM technique with the SMART PLS 3.3.0 application, with 553 respondents using Maxim and/or InDriver. The study results show that performance, effort expectations, and social influence significantly affect the intention to use online transportation applications. Expected effort is the most significant factor affecting PIIT and intention to continue, followed by social influence and performance expectations. <![CDATA[The objective of this study is to examine the influence of electronic word of mouth (E-WOM), social influence (SI), and perceived system and service quality (PSSQ) on personal innovativeness in information technology (PIIT) with respect to the adoption of a novel ride-hailing application brand. The research object selected for this study is the MAXIM and InDriver application, which represents a new brand in the market. The present study employed a questionnaire-based survey to gather data from a sample of 553 individuals who identified as users of either MAXIM or InDriver and who belong to the Z generation. The study employed the use of structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques, specifically utilizing the SMART-PLS software version 3. The findings of the study indicate that electronic word-of-mouth (E-WOM), social influence, and perceived system and service quality have a positive impact on an individual's inclination to adopt a new brand of ride-hailing application. . Furthermore, the findings indicate that gender impacts the propensity to adopt a new brand of ride-hailing application, with men exhibiting a greater inclination towards innovative experimentation than women.]]>

<![CDATA[Pendidikan merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia, adanya pendidikan membuat manusia dapat menentukan dan mengubah kehidupan dan pembangunan suatu bangsa. Keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar tak hanya ditentukan oleh faktor internal seperti kemampuan, motivasi, serta keaktifan siswa, namun juga ditentukan oleh faktor eksternal seperti fasilitas dan lingkungan belajar, hingga kemampuan tenaga pengajar dalam mengembangkan berbagai keterampilan mengajar. Oleh karena itu penting sekali untuk mencari tenaga pengajar yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan kriteria. Di SD Negeri 5 Karang Tengah terdapat beberapa tenaga pengajar yang akan pensiun dalam waktu dekat, hal ini tentu saja membuat tenaga pengajar yang ada menjadi berkurang. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan tenaga pengajar baru untuk menggantikan tenaga pengajar yang akan pensiun. Permasalahan muncul ketika akan menentukan tenaga pengajar yang sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan. Dalam perhitungan datanya, penelitian ini menggunakan metode MOORA, sedangkan pembuatan websitenya menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan metode MOORA dapat diketahui bahwa alternatif A2 merupakan kandidat tenaga pengajar dengan perolehan nilai terbesar yaitu 0,480. Kemudian diikuti oleh alternatif A6 dan A4 dengan perolehan nilai masing – masing 0,427 dan 0,392.]]>

<![CDATA[Employee performance decision support system (SPK) is very important to assist management in making the right decisions regarding employee performance evaluation. This research aims to develop an employee performance decision support system at Bumi Mandiri Sukabumi using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is used to obtain the weights of criteria and alternatives, and produce an alternative priority order. The data used in this study were obtained from employee performance evaluations at Bumi Mandiri Sukabumi in 2023. The assessment was carried out by direct interviews with superiors and included four criteria, namely work experience, education, ethics and loyalty. The results showed that work experience was ranked first with a weighted value of Work experience 0.473, Education 0.274, Eltika 0.164 and Loyalty 0.88. In addition, of the five alternative employees assessed, employees with names namely rifai ranked first, rifai 0.033780, Sabrina 0.28499, Widy 0.23530, Sarah 0.20787 in terms of performance. The developed employee performance decision support system can assist management in making more precise and accurate decisions regarding employee performance evaluation.
