Abstract

Community Service as a unit of Higher Education Tri Dharma College aims to improve the standard of living of the community around the campus, the interests of Islamic boarding school students increase the scientific repertoire of Calculation and Filing of SPT PPh Pasal 21/26 which is accurate and correct as a debriefing to face work readiness in the industrial business world. The descriptive analysis method is a mixture of qualitative and quantitative to describe the characteristics of respondents and the tendency of students towards training from primary and secondary data. The training for calculating and filling PPh Pasal 21 is very unique, interestingly, the students are very enthusiastic about learning taxation and can add to the scientific treasures with the results of the initial test and final test being very unique from 57 respondents, interestingly from 37,34 the predicate changed to 86,97 the predicate was good.

Abstract

Community Service is an integral part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which aims to increase the level of intelligence in the lives of many people around the campus, the curiosity of learning interests of the board members and students of the Riyadus Sholihin Islamic Boarding School to increase the scientific repertoire of improving data management and donations that are accurate and effective and efficient. The data analysis method was processed using a mixed qualitative and quantitative descriptive method to describe the characteristics and tendencies of respondents towards the training of the E-Ponpes application from primary and secondary data. The routine of PkM activities carried out by Lecturers of the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics UBSI Tegal Campus who are members of PkM in collaboration with Riyadus Sholihin Islamic Boarding School in carrying out face-to-face events by complying with health protocols. The results are very unique from the 10 respondents participating in the E-Ponpes Application training where interestingly the participants are very enthusiastic to learn to explore the E-Ponpes Application with the initial test results of 100% with less predicate and 83% final test with the good predicate.

Abstract

Penulis mengambil beberapa rumusan masalah yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil statistik dari analisis pengaruh rasio capital, rasio aktivitas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio likuiditas terhadap rasio profitabilitas PT Bank PAN Indonesia Tbk Tahun 2004-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial yang telah dilakukan berdasarkan tabel analyze regression linear model coefficients komponen Rasio Capital sebesar 0,953 mampu menjelaskan sebesar 95,3% variasi variabel dependent sisanya sebesar 4,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain dan secara simultan yang telah dilakukan berdasarkan tabel analyze regression linear model correlations menunjukkan secara bersama-sama komponen rasio capital sebesar 0,525, rasio solvabilitas sebesar 0,103, rasio aktivitas sebesar 0,100, rasio likuiditas sebesar -0,487 terhadap rasio profitabilitas.

Abstract

Marketing is an activity in which a business actor offers his product to consumers in order to receive the product with all ideas and ideas so that the product can be sought after by consumers. Marketing is an important element that must be considered so that it is in line with expectations, which is to get the expected consumers. Various types of MSMEs that stand and various types of products offered from all that exist are almost the same because MSME products are easy to make with materials that are not so expensive. Of the many types of products that exist MSMEs need more creative innovation so consumers can be interested because there are types of products that are almost every day the same so here it is necessary to have the courage to create products that cannot be competed. Using a SWOT analysis can find out how the marketing strategy is right on target. Includes internal factors, namely strengths and weaknesses and external factors, namely opportunities and threats that are owned by MSMEs. As well as knowing the objectives of the marketing strategy used so that it can increase revenue with many consumers interested in the product being sold. Data collection techniques through documentation, interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques used research documentation and descriptive analysis.

Abstract

Currently many people are interested in entrepreneurship in various fields by using the sophistication of information technology. This has become a phenomenon and a huge business opportunity, one of which is Box Packaging. The need for packaging a product every day is increasing. The main function of a packaging is to protect the product so it is not easily damaged. The waterfall model provides a sequential or sequential software lifeflow approach starting from analysis, design, coding, testing and support stages to make it easier for management to report the results every month, provides information and understanding in designing ordering systems. As a result to search for a problem on the web. Can find out how the manufacturing process and materials to make a box. With this web- based packaging box ordering information system, it can make it easier for admins and customers to process packaging box orders. Because the application is equipped with online ordering so that the admin can easily manage customer data. It is hoped that it will make it easier for the admin so that purchase and payment transactions are stored more securely so as to minimize loss of customer data and customers can also consult packaging boxes first so that they are according to their wishes.

Abstract

Dalam kegiatan usaha hal yang paling utama adalah kegiatan penjualan sehingga usaha tersebut mendapatkan laba. Penghitungan laba yang dilakukan akan membuat usaha menjadi  usaha semakin maju dan termotivasi  namun dalam melakukan penjualan kadang  tidak tercatat sehingga analisa dalam menghitungan laba hanya perkiraan saja sehingga perlu adanya laporan keuangan yang benar. Peranan laporan keuangan sangat penting guna menunjang penjualan berikutnya. Laporan keuangan adalah laporan yang di rancang atau dibuat untuk pengambilan keputusan bagi perusahaan baik digunakan untuk pihak manajemen dalam perusahaan ataupun pihak luar perusahaan. Untuk proses laporan keuangan secara manual banyak membutuhkan waktu dan data – data yang lengkap dari berbagai transaksi yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bahwa  pembukuan dengan menggunakan system manual sangat berbeda dengan menggunakan system komputerisasi. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu  data keuangan dengan menggunakan aplikasi keuangan hasil dari laporan keuangan akan lebih cepat serta mengurangi kesalahan yang ada, rapid an tersimpan aman.

Abstract

The payroll and wages system is made to make it easier for financial officers who have the responsibility to provide salaries or wages to employees. The data used in the process of providing employee work results includes the division of tasks and responsibilities in work as well as accounting records that must be owned by the company so that what employees receive is in accordance with their work results. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the payroll and wage system at this finance company is running well. This study uses data collection methods including: observation, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis in research is a descriptive analysis of the results of research that has been done, so it can be concluded that the finance company has run a very good system. The documents used in payroll and wages are sufficient so that the process of giving salaries and wages to employees runs well because the systems and documents really support company activities. The completeness of the documents made by the company is in accordance with the theory of the payroll and wage accounting system and the accounting records and financial bookkeeping that are used are appropriate so that when distributing payroll and wages the employees do not experience difficulties. The bookkeeping in the company, such as general journals and employee earning cards, is proof of giving employee work results according to the rules that apply to the company.

Abstract

Student savings is a form of activity that aims to educate students about the importance of saving and good financial management. Student savings also help students prepare for the future, develop savings habits, and understand the importance of discipline in managing finances. This study discusses the development of a website-based Student Savings Information System (Citation) as a solution to replace the manual student savings system at Nurul Iman Islamic Vocational School. Stasi uses information technology and the internet to facilitate the management of student savings. This system provides advantages and convenience for educational institutions, teachers, students, and parents. The research method used includes data collection through direct observation and the application of the PIECES Analysis method (Performance, Information, Economy, Control/Security, Efficiency, Service). This method is used to process data relevant to research. With the existence of a website-based Student Savings Information System (SITAS), it is hoped that the management of student savings can become more efficient, transparent, and provide greater benefits for students, teachers, and educational institutions as a whole. Through Citation, students can learn about the importance of saving and managing finances responsibly from an early age.

Abstract

Tokopedia salah satu E- commerce yang sudah dikenal oleh masyarakat dan sudah tidak asing lagi untuk kalangan masyarakat saat ini. Tokopedia adalah sebuah marketplace atau situs jual beli online yang mempertemukan antara penjual dan pembeli dengan cara yang praktis. Toko Aria dan Aria melakukan penjualan dan menjalankan usahanya melalui Tokopedia. Keuntungan dalam penjualan melalui Tokopedia ini sangat membantu untuk yang memiliki usaha di bidang penjualan produk. Toko Aira dan Aria menjual berbagai pruduk harian yang di gunakan masyarakat setiap hari. Dengan menjaga kepercayaan kepada masyarakat maka usaha akan berkembang dengan berbagai aktivitas yang di lakukan serta promosi dan potongan harga agar produk tersebut dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan usaha akan semakin maju dan berkembang. Dengan pelayanan yang baik serta tanggap kepada pembeli dengan menjawab semua pertanyaan pembeli dan menerima kritik serta saran merupakan suatu aktifitas yang dapatmenambah rasa kepercayaan toko kepada pembeli serta dengan pengiriman peket yang cepat dan kualitas barang terjaga.

Abstract

The author takes a problem formulation which aims to determine the scientific statistical results of the RGEC Dominance ranking analysis of Earnings per Share at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk 2008-2022. The research method uses quantitative numerical cases with a descriptive style design. This research uses secondary data techniques from the Annual Report of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk 2008-2022 with variable analysis techniques using multiple regression and multiple correlation. The test results using the t test (partial test) of the Earnings indicator represented by Return on Assets (ROA) show that the most influence has a very strong positive value. H0 is accepted as a normally distributed residual on Earnings per Share, the test results using the F test (simultaneous test) prove that together -with the independent variable entity RGEC having a positive value is able to explain the very strong level of relationship between normally distributed residuals and Earnings per Share.
