Abstract

Companies that are engaged in the Control Process Instrumentation sector which requires HR (Human Resources) competent in their respective fields with the Recruitment section of the Human Resources Division to recruit qualified candidates in accordance with the criteria determined by the Prospective Employee Division. will work later. Each individual certainly has a different character and personality and each part of the company requires employees who have character according to work assignments. Therefore, companies need to conduct psychological tests to obtain data related to information on a prospective employee in the context of work. Currently, testing is done manually, which is very inefficient and time-consuming. Using CBT (Computer Base Test) is certainly a good solution because with computerization, starting from the test process to analyzing test data, it is easier and more effective to do. By answering questions online, of course there is no distance limit, prospective employees who want to practice without having to come directly to the head office are located. Also, the process that previously used the sheet method was difficult in storing archives, by using computerization all recorded data from each prospective employee could be centralized and easier to manage.

Abstract

Information technology is currently experiencing very rapid development and following progress in all fields. Technological developments change the way information is spread quickly and easily. Forming an information system requires systematic processing to meet information needs. Ageng Motor Cilacap still checks inventory manually by the business owner. Data on incoming and outgoing goods is recorded using a form made by the business owner and accompanied by a receipt showing the number of buyers' orders. As a result of this problem, errors sometimes occur in inventory calculations as well as difficulties in recording and making reports on incoming and outgoing goods. With a good information system, it is hoped that the process of managing goods entering and leaving motorbike striping can be carried out more efficiently, accurately and quickly. This certainly brings many benefits to the business world, such as increasing productivity, saving time and costs, as well as increasing customer satisfaction. This research uses the prototype method of software development. Data collection used was interviews, observation and reference studies. The results of this research are the object of research regarding the incoming and outgoing goods inventory procedures that are applied.

Abstract

In the latest developments in medical technology, machine learning, especially the application of the Decision Tree algorithm, is becoming an increasingly popular approach for large-scale health data analysis. Decision Tree is known for its ability to identify hidden patterns in clinical data with interpretation that is easy for medical professionals to understand. Through the process of parameter optimization, the accuracy of the model can be significantly improved, allowing for more precise predictions of possible autoimmune reactions due to the use of certain drugs. The use of Decision Tree-based predictive models with optimized parameters not only strengthens clinical decision-making, but also paves the way for more personalized and precise treatment practices. Parameter optimization is used for the execution of all parameter variations that are set through its subprocesses. The final result recorded an optimal predictive performance of 77.50% with 98.28% more precision for the "true=0" class compared to the "true=1" class.
