Abstract

PTPN IV Adolina Seed Garden Center is a company engaged in the field of agro-industry. The plants cultivated in this company are oil palm plants which are used as a place for research and conduct an assessment of the criteria for oil palm plants, especially oil palm seed plants. In Utilizing a Decision Support System for the selection of seed types, the author uses the appropriate Weighted Product (WP) method to be applied to this problem. With this Decision Support System can facilitate the company in making decisions through alternatives and criteria obtained from the information or data manager. The accuracy value of the accuracy of manual calculations and calculations on the decision support system for the selection of oil palm seeds using the WP method for 10 data samples of oil palm seed types is 99% accurate by producing the same value. This study produces a value obtained from the calculation of WP based on ranking taken from the highest value, which is the largest value in the alternative A1 (DxP PPKS 540) with a value of 0.173.

Abstract

Data mining is a operation that involves collecting and using data to find patterns or relationships from large data sets. Data mining has been implemented in various fields, one of which is in the sale of bakery products. The company can find out the buyer's interest by using data mining to process data on sales of bakery products. This study discusses information retrieval from bread sales transaction data using data mining with a priori algorithms. Apriori algorithm is a type of association rule (Association rules) in determining the combination pattern of item set and association rules at PT. Arma Anugerah Abadi Sei Rampah Branch, namely with the highest value of support and confidence are the Chocolate Cheese Wrap Bread and the Pres coconut Wrap Bread with a support value of 17% and a confidence value of 77%.

Abstract

Diabetes is a health disorder where a person’s blood suger levels are higher due to lack of insulin or insulin receptors do not funtion properly. Initially many people did not know that they were suffering from diabetes, people with diabetes only found themselves suffering from diabetes after experiencing complications in various organs of the body. This ignorance is caused by the lack of information about diabetes and its symptoms. This study aims to create an expert system that uses the Certainty Factor method as a tool in dignosing diabetes. Consultation on this system is in the from of interactive dialogue between user and expert system on diabetes. The user selects the symptoms proposed by the system, and the system provides the results of the drop disease that the user has suffered.

Abstract

The absence of an exemplary employee election in the Ministry of Religion in Deli Serdang Regency has led to a decline in performance and performance of students. The ability to provide decision support systems is one of the interactive information systems that provide information, modeling and data manipulation. Decision support system for model employee selection is used not to substitute decisions, but support for decision making. Criteria set by the company in applying for credit are discipline, performance, commitment, responsibility and performance quality. With the AHP method, the criteria of interest intensity / priority scale are determined from the criteria. After carrying out the calculation process, the selection decision for employees and obtained from the ranking of the AHP method: 0.2669947 (rank 1), 0.25695721 (rank 2), 0.2446883 (rank 3), 0.229045 (rank 4). Abstract

Transient ischemic attack (TIA) does not cause permanent brain damage. a transient stroke occurs quickly / briefly within minutes or hours. At this stage, transient ischemic attack (TIA) will mostly attack adults between the ages of 20-45 years. To overcome the Transient ischemic attack (TIA) stroke at the Trianda General Hospital, currently, there are still several obstacles that hinder patients, including because some people do not care about their health, lack of public knowledge about Transient ischemic attack (TIA) stroke, lack of medical personnel. at the Trianda General Hospital, as well as the limited working hours of doctors. The expert system is a doctor substitute system. With the existence of an expert system, it is hoped that it will support patients to directly identify the symptoms of stroke that are felt and know the disease they are suffering from. The existence of this expert system does not mean replacing or eliminating the position of an expert or doctor who is an expert in a particular field, especially in the field of neurological diseases at the Trianda General Hospital, but this expert system will greatly support the role of doctors to diagnose diseases in carrying out further examinations so as to facilitate and speed up the performance of doctors at Trianda General Hospital in diagnosing early mild stroke or Transient ischemic attack (TIA) using a dempster shafer.

Abstract

Machine Learning is an application of computers and mathematical algorithms adopted by means of learning that comes from data and produces predictions in the future. The learning process in question is an attempt to acquire intelligence through two stages, including training and testing. The Internet of Things is a network that can connect anything in the supply chain, including people, machines and systems, where efficient supply chain management is guaranteed. This is done through visualizing any object/thing in the supply chain by monitoring, tracking and providing a third dimension to organizational data, that if analyzed can improve all supply chain processes. Abstract

Penurunan jumlah produksi jahe disebabkan berbagai faktor, salah satu diantaranya adalah serangan hama penyakit tanaman. Berbagai jenis hama biasanya menyerang dan menimbulkan kerusakan pada akar, rimpang, pangkal batang, batang dan daun. Untuk menangani penyakit pada tanaman jahe dilakukan penerapan sebuah sistem pakar yaitu metode case based reasoning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pakar dalam menangani penyakit jahe berdasarkan nilai kemiripan tertinggi dan sesuai dengan analisa pakar penanganan penyakit tanaman jahe. Penerapan sistem pakar ini menghasilkan hasil penanganan berdasarkan kemiripan berupa penyakit, nilai kemiripan (similarity). Menurut pakar jahe, ada 22 (dua puluh dua) gejala penyakit jahe diberi kode G1 s.d G22 dan 6 (enam) jenis penyakit diberi kode P1 s.d P6. Dari studi kasus diperoleh Similarity untuk P1= 2,8/6,5 sebesar 0,4307 P2= 1,8/6,5 sebesar 0,2769, P3= 1/6,5 sebesar 0,1538, P4=1,4/6,5 sebesar 0,2153, P5=2/6,5 sebesar 0,1846 P6=1,1/6,5 sebesar 0,1692. Hasil kasus lama, nilai kemiripan tertinggi: penyakit layu bakteri [P1], tingkat kemiripan 43 %. Perhitungan nilai kemiripan berdasarkan kasus lama yaitu menjumlahkan semua gejala yang dipilih dan membagikan nilai total gejala penyakit secara keseluruhan, dihasilkan nilai gejala baru= 0,15. Hasil kasus baru menghasilkan nilai kedekatan pada penyakit buncak akar, kode penyakit=P3 (Penyakit bercak daun) dan bernilai sebesar 0.2307.

Abstract

Stroke is one of the function of acute neurologic dysfunction caused by vascular disorders and occurs suddenly, if it continues and is not treated promptly can result in total paralysis and even death.Often difficult to obtain services and information because there is no expert stroke disease that can provide information on how to choose the right action for himself or a family member who is suffering from stroke is a problem that is often a constraint in the prevention of disease stroke is more developed. In this study the authors analyze the comparison of diagnosis result of Expert System of stroke by using the method of Dempster Shafer and Certainty Factor. In expert System application in one disease there are a number of evidences that will be used in uncertainty factor in decision makin for diagnosis of a disease.To address some of these evedences on the theory of Dempster Shafer uses a rule better known as Dempster’s Rules of Combination. Certainty Factor is a theory to accommodate the inexact reasoning of an expert proposed by Shortliffe and Bhucanan in 1975. Abstract

The State Civil Apparatus is always required to have full loyalty and obedience in carrying out its duties. Decision support systems can be used as a solution to a problem or for an opportunity. AHP method is a method that can help solve complex problems by structuring a hierarchy of criteria. Based on this research, the researcher tries to prove the previous research and improve the accuracy of the data so that the researcher takes the title "Decision support system determines the performance of the sub-district apparatus in the Galang sub-district office using the AHP method. It is intended that the new information generated can increase knowledge about determining the performance of sub-district officials at the Galang sub-district office.
