Abstract

The process of teacher performance assessment Effectively, precisely, Objectively, and transparently is the important point in selecting the best teacher assessment based on their performance. This assessment was Carried out in SMP Negeri 2 One Roof STM Hilir to avoid the accusations of Injustice and family relationship with the assessor in the school, both the Headmaster and the teacher selection committee. Therefore, a decision system is needed in selecting the decision. One method is the which can be used in solving the problem of Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MADM) is by using Simple Additive weighting (SAW) method, Because The method concept is so easy to understand, simple, effective computationally and has ability in measuring the relative performance of alternative decisions in mathematical form. In addition, Also the design application used UML (Unified Modeling Language) is implemented a system roomates in the software by using Web Programming and MySQL as its database. Finally, based on the design of this application, it can be seen that the decision system by using SAW method is very effective, fast, computerized and transparent accurately in Determining the teacher performance in SMPN 2 One Roof STM Hilir.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar secara daring merupakan hal yang wajib dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 064022 Medan Tuntungan selama masa pandemi (Covid 19) sesuai dengan peraturan dari pemerintah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi sekolah muncul dalam proses pembelajaran daring bahwa sumber daya guru belum mampu dalam menghadapi situasi belajar daring dikarenakan beberapa faktor seperti faktor usia, faktor waktu dan faktor kemampuan dalam menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran daring. Hasil dari kegiatan ini tentunya menyelesaikan permasalahan sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu sumber daya guru dalam menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran daring. luaran dari kegiatan ini tentunya akan diberikan sertifikat pelatihan kepada para Guru peserta kegiatan Pelatihan dan laporan kegiatan ini akan dirangkum dan dipublikasikan di jurnal nasional bereputasi

Abstract

Technology makes it easy to help every human activity in conveying information both government agencies, private agencies and so on, including in the field of village government. At this time the Situnggaling Village Government still uses manual systems such as banners, letters, pamphlets and billboards in providing information which in the end the community cannot obtain the information they need at any time, so a lot of information is unknown. The purpose of this service is to design and implement a web-based Village profile information system in Situnggaling Village. This web-based village profile information system has several features, namely village profiles, population data and related information in the village. The target in the implementation of STMIK Pelita Nusantara Excellence Service is how to develop a web-based village profile information system in Situnggaling village, by facilitating village officials to be more skilled in using information systems and publicizing the potential of the village, as well as conducting training so that village officials are able to manage proper administration. even better with digital based. Village officials received a training module for the implementation of a web-based village profile information system application in Situnggaling village.

Abstract

According to this SNI, soybean tempeh is packaged in well-closed packages, namely leaves and plastic. At MSME Latersia Berkat Tempe, it was found that information problems determining the quality of tempe were very diverse in determining the quality of tempe, generally using traditional methods. In this study, the calculation was carried out by applying the SPK with the Weighted Product (WP) method in determining the quality of ready-to-sell tempe and designing the Decision Support System (SPK) application with the Weighted Product (WP) method in determining the quality of ready-to-sell tempe using Visual Studio 2010. Analysis of the data obtained Tempe data as alternative data is taken from general packaging, namely Tempe Wrapped in Plastic and Tempe Wrapped in Leaves. The criteria for determining the quality of tempe production, in this study are influenced by Raw Material (C1), Type of Yeast (C2), Packaging (C2), Taste (C4), Color (C5), Typical Odor of Tempe (C6), Texture (C7), Sales (C8). In the application, the Alternative Data and Criteria Data are inputted, then the calculation process is carried out using the Weighted Product method. The result of the WP ranking calculation is determined to be the highest value to be the final decision of the system.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is increasingly developing following the development of human civilization to date. Technological developments have also penetrated into the health sector that is able to process and think like humans, namely Artificial Intelligence technology. Artificial intelligence is divided into several fields of science, one of which is expert systems. One system that experts use is to diagnose malnutrition in toddlers. In the Expert System Utilization diagnose malnutrition in toddlers using the appropriate Bayes theorem to be applied to this problem. With this expert system, it can make it easier for the community or Pagar Merbau health center agency to make decisions through alternatives and criteria obtained from information or data managers. The accuracy value for the accuracy of manual calculations and calculations in expert systems to diagnose malnutrition in toddlers using the Bayes theorem has an accuracy of 99%. In this study, there were 5 names of malnutrition in toddlers and 25 names of malnutrition in toddlers.

Abstract

Seleksi calon peserta diadakan setiap tahun jelang HUT Republik Indonesia. Seleksi yang sangat ketat memicu adanya ketidaktransparanan dari panitia. Menurut undang-undang syarat peserta sudah jelas point-pointnya. Tahap penentuan calon peserta membutuhkan waktu untuk memutuskan dari ratusan peserta yang diambil hanya 2 laki-laki dan 2 wanita. Secara administrasi syarat calon peserta sudah tertuang dalam aturan pemerintahan namun dalam pelaksanaan sering terjadi muncul kriteria tanpa ada acuan pada aturan daerah. Permasalahan yang muncul hasil test yang dilaksanakan direkap secara manual hal ini membutuhkan banyak waktu untuk mengambil keputusan calon peserta yang akan diberangkatka pada tingkat provinsi. Sistem Pengambil Keputusan (SPK) diimplementasikan pada permasalahan seleksi calon peserta Paskibraka di Kabupaten Karo. Adanya aspek dan kriteria pada syarat memungkinkan menggunakan metode Profile Matching. Ketentuan yang diterapkan pada lead menjadi acuan pencocokan profile. Nilai Gap, Core Factor dan Secondary Factor mempengaruhi perangkingan. Nilai total dari perangkingan akan memutuskan Kandidat calon peserta Paskibaraka. Dari 20 calon peserta teratas, nilai total 1,159 menjadi urutan nomor 1.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the current era, hiding undisclosed messages from irresponsible people or who can access the message required a way to hide the message. One way of concealment of messages in transmission is to change the data to be not understood by encryption and insertion using cryptography and steganography techniques. The purpose of this thesis is to produce an application that can maintain and provide layered security without reducing or damaging text messages on digital images to be sent. This application is built using Hill Cipher algorithm and Least Significant Bit method, this algorithm is one of symmetric key algorithm which has some advantages in data encryption. Hill Chiper algorithm uses an mx m sized matrix as the key for encryption and decryption. While steganography is done by replacing the last bits of the image with text message bits. The result of this research is an application that can do the process of encode and decode digital image with bitmap format

Abstract

Development Insurance business today can make potential customers confused in determining or choosing the type of insurance that suits their needs and desires. This is what makes insurance agents hard to get customers because they can not give advice or alternatives for prospective customers, so the level of productivity decreases. Computer-based decision support systems can be used to help solve problems in terms of assisting everyone in making choices. The method used in the selection of life insurance is the Weighted Product Method and Weighted Sum Model, where each alternative provided will be done ranking to get the best results. Results resulting in the sorting of data life insurance products that serve as a tool in decision-making for prospective customers. The built system is expected to help prospective customers and agents in choosing the right life insurance and according to customer needs.

Abstract

Philosophy is the mother of all knowledge. "Philosophy is the collection of all knowledge where God, nature and man are the subject of his inquiry", Descartes. Al-Farabi (d. 950 AD) of the greatest Muslim philosopher before Ibnu Sina, said philosophy is the science of the natural world and aims to investigate the true nature. (Ahmad syadali). The essence of philosophy on data security technology is clearly visible on Plato's theory. Where the number of crimes and attacks on the communication system, requires strict data security efforts. This is to prevent the occurrence of threat aspects on the communication system so that data is not accepted or taken by parties that should not be.
