Abstract

Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok is a Toyota car showroom that sells four-wheeled vehicles for buying and selling to meet human needs. The data collection methods used in this thesis research are questionnaires, observations, and literature reviews. The population consists of 45 employees, and a sample of 45 was determined using the saturated sampling technique, processed using SPSS software version 25. Work discipline and work environment are important factors influencing employee performance. An employee's work discipline is influenced by the work environment and contributes to improving employee performance. PT. Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok should improve work discipline and the work environment to enhance employee performance. The results of this research show that Work Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2) have an impact on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok, as evidenced by the t-test results: Work Discipline (4.286 > 2.018) with a probability of 0.000, and Work Environment (3.440 > 2.018) with a probability of 0.662. Simultaneously, the F-value (14.714 > 3.21) with a probability of 0.000.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises, Depok City. The aim of this research is to determine the level of work discipline, motivation, employee performance and whether there is an influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative statistical method. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires with data analysis techniques. In the research object, the influence of work discipline and motivation on the performance of employees of the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Depok City. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire that had been distributed to employees of the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Depok City who had filled out the questionnaire/questionnaire. The test stages carried out are: existing instrument test (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear analysis test. Test the coefficient of determination R2, t test and f test, and with the help of Google form and data that has been proven valid and succeeded in collecting 50 respondents. In partial hypothesis testing, the work discipline variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance because the value is 3.807 > 1.676. Apart from that, it is known that the sig value is 0.000, where the sig value. smaller than 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the work environment is significant for employee performance (Y). Motivation (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance because the calculated t value is greater, 3,382 < 1,676. Apart from that, it is known that the sig. equal to 0.616 > 0.05, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that work motivation has a negative but significant effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneously testing the hypothesis can be seen that the sig. value for the influence of (X1) and (X2) on (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the Fcount value is 23.935 > 4.03, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, in the words On the other hand, there is a simultaneous and significant influence of variables (X1) and (X2) on variable (Y). Based on the analysis of respondents' answers, it was concluded that there was an influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in Depok City, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Meningkatkan kinerja karyawan merupakan hal yang diinginkan oleh setiap perusahaan. Memiliki pegawai yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi jabatan sangat dibutuhkan agar dapat melaksanakan penempatan kerja yang tepat. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan proses rekrutmen dan penempatan kerja pegawai agar kinerja pegawai meningkat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel rekrutmen dan variabel penempatan kerja dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan telekomunikasi. Seluruh karyawan menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yaitu dengan menganalisis data berdasarkan perhitungan melalui SPSS. Hasil perhitungan kuesioner, pada R sebesar 0,746 atau 74,6% yang berarti rekrutmen, penempatan kerja dengan peningkatan kinerja memiliki pengaruh yang kuat dan searah karena bersifat positif.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of stock portfolios in the pharmaceutical sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Sharpe method. The performance assessment was conducted on seven pharmaceutical companies actively traded from January to December 2020. The data used includes monthly closing stock prices and the Bank Indonesia Certificate (SBI) interest rate as a proxy for the risk-free rate. The results show that PT Indofarma (INAF) had the highest Sharpe ratio of 0.3928, indicating the most optimal return relative to the risk taken. On the other hand, PT Kimia Farma (KAEF) recorded a negative Sharpe ratio, reflecting underperformance during the study period. These findings can serve as a reference for investors in making investment decisions in the pharmaceutical sector.

Abstract

PT. Talco Creative Indonesia Tangerang City is a company engaged in digital marketing and social media management which runs various kinds of event programs, media releases and social media management. This company has been established since 2020 and is located in Griya Jakarta block i1 No. 24 South Tangerang, Banten Province, Indonesia. PT. Talco Creative Indonesia Tangerang City also makes a product that focuses on media relations and event organizers. As well as focusing on solving problems by providing main needs such as pre-production to post-production needs and educational needs in the form of event planning, leadership and organizational structure. The data collection methods in this thesis research are questionnaires, observations, literature studies with a population of 33 employees and using a sample of 33. Determined using saturated sampling techniques and using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this research show that work culture has a partial and significant effect. on employee performance. The work environment has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Work Culture and Work Environment simultaneously influence employee performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important to involve the company's progress, good performance involves good contributions. Leadership style is a person's ability to influence and provide guidance to individuals to achieve their goals. Work discipline is reflection and respect for each other, compliance with written and verbal rules, readiness to face the consequences of any violation of the responsibilities and authority assigned to them. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on performance. This research also uses a quantitative statistical approach using the SPSS 25 application. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, observation and literature study. The research population was 45 and the sampling technique used saturation. The results of this research are that there is a partial influence of the leadership style variable on performance with a calculated T value of 3,503>2.017. There is a partial influence of the Work Discipline variable with a calculated T value of 2,186>2.017. There is a simultaneous influence with the leadership style and work discipline variables on performance with a calculated F value of 10.244>3.21
