The company is one of the economic actors. Leasing or lease is a financial company whose activities provide financing facilities. Various types of services the company provides to customers either already regulated by law and that the company incentive to provide the best services to customers to improve satisfaction. In the author's purpose to analyze the level of customer satisfaction PT. A Bank as a means of intermediation in the world economy today is growing day by day, one of the bank's function is to collect funds from third parties and redistribute in the form of Credit, where in this activity the bank get interest income so that bank has profit in the form of profit earned. in this research the authors want to know the relationship and influence either partially or stimultaneously between third party funds, lending, and interest income to Earnings of State Banks period 2007 to 2016 where the data authors take from the data summary financial statements listed on the website idx. The method used in this study using multiple linear regresion analysis with the first step to test the classical assumptions first processed using SPSS software version 21, the results obtained that partial lending has an influence of 45.2% on earnings, Interest Revenues by Partial has an influence of 41.4% on Profit, Third Party Funds partially have the effect of 72.2% On Profit, while credit, Interest Income and Third Party Funds Simultaneously have the effect of 93.3% of Profit.

This study examines the relationship between the desire to shop and consumer decisions. And for the focus of this research is how usability and convenience variables that directly affect the desire to buy and consumer buying decisions. In online purchases, the population is all consumers who have ever shopped online, therefore in the study the number of populations is large and the number is not known precisely, so the researcher decided to make a sampling using random sampling method which is part of the quota sampling technique using respondents aged over 19 years and resides in the Jakarta area. The sample taken amounted to 120 respondents. The results of this study indicate that usability and convenience have a significant and significant effect on consumer spending. Usefulness of use is a variable that has a contribution and influence on the decision to spend. While the desire to buy has a significant and significant effect on consumer decisions to buy. So that the usability factor of a better way and the convenience of the shopping system directly affect consumer decisions.

This study aims to examine the effect of halal certification and halal awareness through interest in consumer decisions in buying food products. The sample of this study is consumers who live in the area of Jakarta and Bogor with 350 respondents. The sampling technique used with snowball sampling. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is run with AMOS software is used to analyze data. The results of the analysis show that halal certification and halal awareness have a positive effect on consumer decisions. The results of the study indicate that halal certification has a significant effect on consumer interest with a correlation value of 0.246; halal awareness has a positive effect on customer decisions with a correlation value of 0.208; service quality has a positive effect on customer decisions with a correlation value of 0.180

Setiap perusahaan tidak terkecuali perbankan mengharapkan profitabilitas yang maksimal secara efisien dan efektif oleh karena itu diperlukan berbagai indikator secara makro untuk mengukur pengaruhnya terhadap profitabilitas yang diharapkan oleh perbankan sehingga krisis ekonomi yang pernah terjadi di Indonesia pada tahun 1997 tidak terulang kembali, salah satu dampaknya adalah menurunnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap perbankan yaitu dengan menurunnya simpanan masyarakat dan meningkatnya ketidakmampuan masyakat kredit untuk membayar kreditnya. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi profitabilitas bank BUMN yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah inflasi, BI rate, CAR, NPL dan BOPO terhadap profitabilitas bank BUMN. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bank BUMN yang laporan keuangannya telah dipublikasikan ke Bank Indonesia dari tahun 2014-2017. Untuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang diperoleh 4 bank BUMN (bank BTN, bank Mandiri, bank BRI, bank BNI), sedangkan data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs web masing-masing bank dan juga Bank Indonesia. Metode analisi data yang dipergunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu variabel CAR, NPL, inflasi dan BI rate tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA sedangkan variabel BOPO berpengaruh negative terhadap ROA yang artinya apabila BOPO mengalami kenaikan maka ROA mengalami penurunan begitu juga sebaliknya apabila BOPO mengalami penurunan maka ROA akan mengalami peningkatan

The growth of e-commerce is very rapid in today's era, giving rise to intense competition and efforts to increase consumers in an e-commerce are not easy efforts. Therefore, many advantages are now being offered by e-commerce, including the ease of payment and the many discounts that are provided. So research on these two variables is important to see the effect on consumer purchasing decisions. In this study using 100 sample 3 variables and 15 indicators and using SPSS analysis tools. The results showed that the ease of payment or the ease of payment has an effect on purchasing decisions and discounts also have an effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Therefore efforts to increase ease of payment and discounts are the right strategy for e-commerce to increase sales.

Portfolio is a combination of assets owned by an investor both real assets and financial assets. In relation to stocks, the portfolio is a collection of stock from various companies owned by an individual investor. Portfolio consisting of various other types of stocks is not diversification is the result of investment made by investors. The advantage of a stock portfolio is a weighted average of the profits of each share is included therein. Investments made by investors during this only in non-oil sector, while most of the government budget is obtained from oil and gas sector. Currently the world's oil and gas business of special concern to both government and for investors. Investors and potential investors in determining the preferred shares are usually more accurate because it is important to know that investing in the stock market is not always beneficial and have a risk of failure experienced by the company's stock value. The purpose of forming portfolios is that can be verified by determining the selected stock with some proportion of the funds will be invested in each stock in order to achieve optimal results. The purpose of this paper is to determine an efficient portfolio of stocks at 5 (Five) Oil and Gas company. Securities analysis used in this paper is fundamental analysis. The data used are annual data on stock price growth and dividends paid from five oil and gas company registered as a company with the working system of PSC (Production Sharing Contract) at BPMIGAS years 2002-2006. Results showed that of five oil and gas company stock over five years, a portfolio combination of optimal portfolio is the portfolio 18, the portfolio with a gain of 0.62954 and 0.52181 at risk, ie a combination of 50% Total and 50% Premier Oil.

A completev modern technology, changes informs of employment, work organization, and production systems place high demands on a working power.As a result, the level rmdform of the potential hazards in the workpla9e that should be in the face of workers will also change. To overcome this required the implementation of performance improvement in a company K3. This thesis research conducted at the cement plant at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk that in every work area contains potential hazards that threaten the welfare of workers. In building peiformance implementation of K3, PT Indocement. Has sought to reduce or eliminate the potential hazard in the factory area with implementing this program is one of the K3 inspections (safety monitoring}. Implementation of inspection programs K3 also influence the level of workplace accidents, because in principle every incident can be prevented. Therefore, it is determined by the quantity and quality of inspections so that potential hazards can be known earlier that the results could reduce workplace accidents that might happen.
