Abstract

Membaca merupakan awal dari sumber pengetahuan, dalam meningkatkan minat baca perlu dorongan dan wadah untuk menunjang peningkatan minat baca seseorang. Salah satunya ialah Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM) yang tersebar diberbagai pelosok negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu peran Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM) Pustaka Ballak Kana dalam meningkatkan minat baca. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan ketua Pustaka Ballak Kana. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian, dalam meningkatkan minat baca di Butta Turatea Pustaka Ballak Kana memiliki berbagai cara salah satunya ialah lapak buku keliling kampung. Cara ini sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan minat baca, karena setiap kali Pustaka Ballak Kana melakukan lapak buku, masyarakat sangat antusias dan bersemangat dalam membaca sebuah buku.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation and the obstacles in implementing the mosque library management guidelines based on the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number 543 of 2019 at the Al Markaz Al Islami Makassar mosque library. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques were carried out through three stages: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Decree Number 543 of 2019 regarding guidelines for managing mosque libraries in the Al Markaz Al Islami Makassar mosque library has mainly been implemented. It's just that there are still guidelines that cannot be implemented, namely the guidelines for library financing, collaboration and promotion. The obstacles to implementing the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number 543 of 2019 in the management of the Al Markaz Al Islami Makassar mosque library were the lack of human resources, library promotion has not been maximized, lack of budget support from the Foundation, and technological facilities are often disrupted

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali peran petugas di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Kabupaten Maros dalam memberikan hak kebutuhan informasi kepada anak binaan serta mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam upaya ini. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara terstruktur terhadap tiga informan yang merupakan petugas LPKA Maros. Selain itu, observasi lapangan juga dilakukan untuk memahami implementasi dari peran fasilitator akses informasi yang dimainkan oleh petugas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petugas LPKA Maros memainkan peran penting sebagai fasilitator akses informasi. Mereka menyediakan sumber belajar seperti perpustakaan, mengadakan kegiatan belajar bahasa, dan kegiatan aksara Al-Qur'an. Selain itu, mereka juga menjadi pendamping dalam proses pembelajaran, memberikan bimbingan, menjelaskan konsep-konsep, dan membantu anak binaan dalam memahami materi pendidikan.Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh petugas, termasuk sarana dan prasarana kurang memadai, terbatasnya keahlian petugas, dan kurangnya kesadaran anak binaan. Kendala-kendala ini mempengaruhi efektivitas dari peran petugas dalam memberikan hak kebutuhan informasi kepada anak binaan. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting dalam konteks pengembangan pendidikan di LPKA dan lembaga serupa. Temuan penelitian ini dapat menjadi landasan untuk perbaikan praktik-praktik pendidikan yang ada dan penguatan peran petugas sebagai fasilitator akses informasi. Selain itu, pemahaman tentang kendala-kendala yang dihadapi juga dapat membantu dalam merancang strategi untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan tersebut sehingga hak kebutuhan informasi anak binaan dapat dipenuhi dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that occur when Engagements and Ring Exchanges occur and how they are resolved in Karampuang Village as well as understanding more deeply the relevance of these settlements to Islamic law and KHI that apply in Indonesia. This is so that we can encourage people to realize the importance of knowing these customs in order to avoid undesirable things, both among intellectuals and among lay people. So what is used is a qualitative method which includes observation, as well as direct observation in the field. Furthermore, the results of this research show that there are several factors in the occurrence of customs of engagement and exchanging rings, and the most dominant or frequently occurring in the field is the factor when rings are worn between both parties and the factor of wearing gold rings for men. The traditional practice of engagement and exchanging rings in Karampuang Village is the procession of wearing a ring on the left ring finger using a gold ring, which is marked as a link between the two parties and is a symbol of someone's marriage proposal, with the aim of following the ring ceremony process. Islamic legal provisions regarding the tradition of exchanging rings in Karampuang Village need to be adjusted to Islamic law. Because the exchange of rings is a bond and this tradition also uses gold which is prohibited for men to wear, the solution that approaches Islamic rules for exchanging rings for the bride and groom is when the families of both parties take over. In this implementation, the bride is fitted with a ring by a woman from the man's family, for example. After reviewing several hadiths, almost all of them point to prohibitions, so the best solution is not to use a gold ring, the groom can replace it with a ring made of iron, because there is no prohibition
