Abstract

Toyota Auto 2000 perusahaan bergerak di bidang service mobil merk Toyota. Selain itu juga menjual produk Saprepart yang dibutuhkan konsumen untuk perbaikan mobilnya. Kegiatan service mobil ini setiap harinya semakin banyak sehingga adanya penumpukan data transaksi penjualan sparepart yang hanya sebagai arsip laporan perperiode. Padahal jika digunakan dengan baik data tersebut bisa menjadi informasi yang berguna untuk perusahaan. Selain itu juga persediaan sparepart yang terkendala adanya penumpukan barang ataupun barang kosong yang dicari konsumen. Untuk itulah diperlukan data mining untuk bisa mencari pola dari data transaksi penjualan yang telah terjadi menggunakan metode algoritma apriori untuk menentukan hubungan asosiatif kombinasi item sparepart yang ada. Pada penelitian ini juga menggunakan tools Rapidminer 9.8 yang menghasilkan dari minimum support 20% dengan kombinasi 2 item set yaitu kebanyakan konsumen jika membeli oli maka membeli juga filter oli dengan tingkat confidence 98%. Dengan minimum support 20% dengan 2 item set terdapat 5 best rules. Sehingga pihak manajemen perusahaan bisa menyediakan sparepart dengan maksimal sesuai kebutuhan konsumen dan yang banyak dibeli secara bersamaan. Kata kunci: Data Mining, Algoritma Apriori, Rapidminer

Abstract

The process of accepting new students is the earliest gate of learning activities that students will enter at a school of their choice. Assanadyah Palembang Vocational School is one of the vocational schools in the city of Palembang which is still carrying out the conventional new student admissions process, namely by using a registration form for making new student admission reports by relying on the main book as a data storage medium. The method used in developing the new student admission system uses web engineering which consists of several stages, namely Customer Communication, Modeling, Planning, Construction and Delivery and Feedback. The test results using black box testing with the aspect of functionality obtained a score of 100%, for testing the usability aspect the results obtained 85% and it was stated that this website is useful, and can present the information needed accurately, easily and efficiently with an online computerized system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis konsekuensi dari advertisement dan emotion pada konsumen perumahan di area kota Depok. Metode teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan secara langsung kepada sampel yang sudah disesuaikan kriterianya dan disebar melalui kuesioner kepada 170 responden dengan menggunakan skala likert 1-5 dimana 1 menunjukan sangat tidak setuju, sedangkan 5 menunjukan sangat setuju. Pernyataan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 34 pernyataan yang diperoleh dari empat variabel yaitu variabel price sensitivity, advertisement, emotion, dan purchase intention. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui google form dan door to door kepada responden yang pernah membeli perumahan di sekitar wilayah Depok. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa price sensitivity memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap advertisement, emotion, dan purchase intention. Hasil lainnya variabel advertisement tidak berhasil menjadi variabel penghubung terhadap emotion. Sementara advertisement dan emotion memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention.

Abstract

Chandra Tech store is a store that sells computer along with other computer accessories. In the Chandra store sales system is still having difficulties in searching for existing products and difficulties in finding information on goods products in the store and information specifications of goods to be purchased and still lack of public knowledge about the existence of this Chandra store. To overcome this problem then the application of product knowledge is suitable for this research is to provide information about the product to be sold with detail of goods, and recommends an up selling strategy in sales by explaining the most expensive products, product searches, and about purchases and payments as well as about purchases and payments that can be done so that customers become more interested in purchasing the most expensive products. The research is website for product selling with the application of product knowledge and sales up selling strategy with a descriptif method for research and system development method is OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) starting from requirements, analysis, design, implementation and testing. With this website can help customers in facilitating the purchase of products in this store and can help the store to promote products sold and can raise services to customers through online sales.

Abstract

This research aims to implement a data visualization information system for small and medium industries (IKM) using the dashboard method. The case study was carried out at the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency Cooperative, SME and Industry Service, with the aim of assisting decision making in the small and medium industry sector. The dashboard method is used to present small and medium industry data visually and interactively, making it easier for users to understand the data and make the right decisions. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the application of a data visualization information system for small and medium industries using the dashboard method can help decision making at the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency Cooperatives, SMEs and Industry Department more quickly and accurately. Apart from that, this system can also provide more complete and integrated information, so that it can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the performance of the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency Cooperatives, SMEs and Industry Service. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi penerapan Model UTAUT2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2) terhadap penerimaan dan penggunaan website Pemerintah Kabupaten Muara Enim. Kabupaten Muara Enim sebagai pokus penelitian merupakan wilayah yang relevan untuk memahami respon masyarakat terhadap inovasi teknologi dalam konteks pelayanan publik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pengguna website pemkab muara enim, responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 nantinya jawaban responden tersebut akan di analisis datanya menggunakan SPSS yang menguji seluruh aspek yang ada pada kerangka kerja metode UTAUT2. Adapun indikator lainnya yang telah ditentukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, motivation hedonic, price value, habit, behavioral intentions dan use behavioral. Hasil dalam penelitian ini, dari 10 hipotesis yang sudah ditentukan dalam penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa 10 hipotesis diterima dan tidak ada hipotesis yang ditolak. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan website Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Muara Enim. Abstract

PT. In inventory, companies often experience excess spare parts they have or shortages of spare parts that many consumers need. So sometimes the warehouse is overloaded or empty of goods that are in high demand. To overcome this warehouse inventory problem so that there are no overloads or empty items, it is necessary to predict inventory in the warehouse using the weight moving average (WMA) method and also a system development method using the prototype method. This prediction system is used to find out which items are in demand and which are less needed so that the warehouse can be used optimally. In this research, it was found that predictions using WMA can help company performance based on the user testing methods that have been carried out so that it is feasible for companies.
