Abstract

Paparan ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri sejarah PDB dimana membahas mengenai bagaimana rumusnya dikembangkan dan mengapa menjadi begitu populer. Untuk itu tulisan ini menganalisis kepentingan ekonomi politis utama di balik dukungan terhadap PDB dan tipe masyarakat yang turut dihasilkannya. Objektivitas memiliki kajian komprehensif atas kritik terpenting terhadap PDB dan alternatif yang dikembangkan para ahli terkait dengan gerakan masyarakat sipil di masa kini. Dalam kajian ekonomi politis kritik terhadap PDB telah menjadi katalis bagi perjuangan masyarakat di Negara berkembang untuk berpikir ulang mengenai ketimpangan dan ketidakadilan yang telah lama ada. This presentation aims to trace the history of GDP which discusses how the formula was developed and why it became so popular. For this reason, this paper analyzes the main political economic interests behind the support for GDP and the type of society that it produces. Objectivity has a comprehensive study of the most important critique of GDP and alternatives developed by experts related to the civil society movement in the present. In the study of political economy criticism of GDP has become a catalyst for the struggle of the people in developing countries to rethink the inequality and injustice that have long existed. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyerapan anggaran merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah dalam menjalankan programnya. Tujuan penelitiaan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya penyerapan anggaran pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah di Provinsi Riau tahun anggaran 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey, tingkat eksplanasinya deskriptif serta menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan penyebab faktor rendahnya penyerapan anggaran tersebut adalah : Faktor administrasi, faktor waktu, faktor perencanaan kegiatan yang tidak matang, faktor dalam memahami peraturan, faktor lelang, faktor lambatnya pengesahan APBD 2012, faktor perpindahan pejabat/pegawai dan faktor Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PON) ke XVIII di Provinsi Riau tahun 2012. Kata Kunci : Penyerapan Anggaran ABSTRACT Budget absorption is one indicator of the success of Regional Work Units in carrying out their programs. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that caused the low absorption of the budget in the Regional Work Unit in Riau Province in the 2012 fiscal year. This study used survey research methods, the level of exploration was descriptive and used qualitative data analysis. The results of this study conclude that the causes of the low absorption of the budget are: Administrative factors, time factors, non-mature activity planning factors, factors in understanding regulations, auction factors, factors in slowing down the 2012 APBD, factor transfer of functionary and National Sports Week factors ( PON) XVIII in Riau Province in 2012. Abstract

The purpose of this research to see how management Hazardous and Toxic Material Waste Judging From the Aspects of Industrial Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility. This type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study show that the management of Hazardous and Toxic Material Waste Judging from the aspects of industrial relations and corporate social responsibility, although there are still some shortcomings. Such as that there are still many industrial companies that are not very aggressive in carrying out the B3 waste management process. This proves that the policies governing waste management have not been so effectively applied in life, this can be caused by several factors such as lack of awareness in managing B3 waste, a less strict supervision system, and also rules that are felt to be not too binding so that many do not manage B3 waste properly.

Abstract

Elections in Indonesia, have been held periodically since 1955, then in 1971 After that, elections are held every 5 years, starting in 1977, 1982, 1987, 1992, and 1997. The democratization process carried out with the Elections above, especially during the New Order have not been able to produce the expected democratic values. During the Reformation period, Indonesia had begun elections in 1999, then in 2004, 2009, 2014 and 2019.There is something interesting about the dynamics of the development of democracy in this country since the reformation began in 1998. One thing that stands out is the impact of democracy on people's welfare. In the midst of public space, various discussions emerged about whether democracy is still an appropriate system for answering the concept of a better state and being able to provide welfare for all the people of Indonesia. Through elections, voters can channel their chosen aspirations. The hope, of course, is choosing leaders who can realize programs that can improve people's welfare.

Abstract

PTSP (One Stop Integrated Service) is an online licensing management system that makes use of a website-based application designed to deliver administrative public service online. The goal of this research is to examine the adoption of e-services and integrated one-stop services in investment offices. The methods employed are qualitative research approaches such as interviews, documentation, and observational data collecting. The results revealed that the deployment of e-services to improve public services in Batam City DPMPTSP was extremely good. High system security by using firewalls, passwords, and email verification. Development of Digital Ecosystem through OSS or Easy PTSP Online system that can enrich user experience and support the growth of digital economy in Batam City. DPMPTSP Batam City ideally provides quality services. Efficiency on the input side of the ease of accessing the PTSP website is clear and easy to find by license applicants. At PTSP Batam City, the licensing process through the online PTSP Easy System is now fast, cheap, simple, clear, guaranteed, and at an affordable price. Increased Competitiveness of Batam City through Online Single Submission (OSS) digital system. With OSS, businesses can avoid and reduce duplication of licensing processes. Data security Online licensing and non-licensing services also guarantee not to share the applicant's personal information with other parties or sites that are not related to the service.

Abstract

Promoting effective, open and compliant markets requires good governance. Therefore, in the current era of bureaucratic reform, the implementation of GCG in BUMN must be supported by 3 interrelated pillars, namely: The state and its systems act as regulators, businesses as market actors, and citizens as users of business products and services. Regulations issued by the government have a significant impact on the implementation of GCG. Society lends legitimacy to companies as providers of resources and buyers of company products. A good business leader must be able to balance different interests in supporting the business. This research method uses qualitative research, where these studies are systematized from several sections and phenomena and refer to causal relationships between theories from different sources.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the extent of community engagement in the execution of the Covid-19 vaccination strategy within Batam City. The administration of Covid-19 vaccines plays a pivotal role in surmounting a worldwide pandemic, with active engagement from the community serving as a significant determinant of the efficacy of a vaccination initiative. The present study employs a qualitative methodology for data collection. A survey utilizing a structured questionnaire will be administered to assess the degree of community engagement in the Covid-19 vaccination process. Furthermore, a comprehensive analysis will be undertaken through conducting in-depth interviews with a carefully selected group of respondents. This approach aims to acquire a more profound comprehension of the various factors that exert influence on their level of participation. The anticipated outcomes of this research endeavor aim to offer a comprehensive assessment of the extent of community engagement in the execution of the Covid-19 vaccination program within Batam City. The aforementioned findings will offer significant insights to authorities and healthcare providers, enabling them to formulate enhanced communication and outreach strategies aimed at augmenting public engagement in vaccination programs.

Abstract

The of this research emphasis is to assist researchers in understanding the problem under study using the indicator Optimization of the Insurance Service Administration Process by Pt Jasa Raharja Batam City optimization of the insurance service administration process by PT Jasa Raharja Batam City. According to Articles 1 to 24 of Law/22 of 2009 a traffic accident is an unexpected and unintentional incident on the highway involving two or more vehicles colliding with each other or vehicles with no other road users, where the risks of accidents include minor injuries, serious injuries, death, and only experiencing property loss experienced by one or even both victims. Qualitative research methodology was applied in this study. To describe facts and information in the field, such as social activities, attitudes, events, and beliefs that have occurred or have not occurred at the research site, qualitative research methods are used. Optimization of Insurance Service Administration Process by PT Jasa Raharja Batam City PT Jasa Raharja Batam City cooperates with the police and district/city regional governments in order to improve services for the general public who own motorized vehicles and utilize other road facilities. 33 of 1964 concerning obligatory fees and donations to be collected and collected and then redistributed to people who have had accidents, as insurance for raharja services. Jasa raharja insurance is the protection and guarantee of the state to its people who have an accident, while the object is humans and this insurance provides guarantees against losses caused by accidents.
