Excellent service or service excellence in hospitals is needed to provide trust and service according to standards. In an effort to improve services, a patient complaint service is needed to respond to each service and realize the rights received by patients. The availability of patient complaint services in Hermina Arcamanik Hospital is currently still using google form and sending complaints using whatsapp, the media used is still considered less effective and efficient so that it is vulnerable to data manipulation or errors when inputting data. Based on these obstacles, it is important that the complaint process can be resolved properly, appropriate data processing and ease of access to online services by patients can be fully and thoroughly. So a Patient Complaint Service Information System was made in the form of a web to facilitate access, this Information System was created using the PHP programming language and has an interface with Bootstrap and is equipped with Javascript, a storage database using MySQL and a local hosting server from Apache using the XAMPP program.The research results of designing a web-based complaint service information system in the form of service access that can be used easily and connected to the internet quickly and appropriate data processing.

In this day and age technology is growing and increasingly advanced in all fields, as well as in the health sector, namely hospitals. Not a few of them still have shortcomings, such as one of them, namely the Medical Identity Card (KIB), which is still not efficient enough to be applied in hospitals. The identity card for treatment at this hospital still uses a printed sticker affixed to the card, then there is no barcode printed on the identity card for treatment. Therefore, it is still less effective if used in hospitals because it is not uncommon for the stickers attached to come off and disappear on the card. In the absence of a special program for making electronic medical identity cards, it is still necessary to design a better electronic medical identity card. Therefore, this study aims to design an electronic medical identity card using a visual studio, with the aim of making the medical identity card more effective and modern to be applied in hospitals. This research aimed to identify the analysis of information system of the completeness medical record by using Microsoft Visual Studio at Dental and Oral Specialist Hospital. The research method uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used direct observation, online observation, and literature study. Method using Waterfall Model (Waterfall). Based on the author’s observation during this research problems which are found: (1) The completeness of analysis medical record of the hospitalization patient is not yet entirely computerized. (2) Incomplete medical records are still found. (3) Overdue the refund of medical record from a maintenance room into the medical record processing. As for suggestions to overcome problems in the complete system of road medical record at the Special Dental and Oral Hospital, namely: (1) it is necessary to integrated system and to effective more. (2) It is necessary to make the strict rules for officials negligent in the filling of medical record and also for the officer who are late to submit the inpatient medical record data processing to the medical record division. This study aims to determine the Management of Medical Record Storage at Prima Husada Clinic. The research methodology used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, in which the researcher provides an overview and explanation of the research results obtained in a complete, comprehensive manner related to the Management of Medical Record File Storage at the Prima Husada Clinic by looking directly at the realities in the field. It can be concluded that the medical record unit at the Prima Husada Clinic does not yet have standard operating procedures related to the management of storage and storage of medical records, which are still not in accordance with the applicable regulations, both in the medical record numbering system and in the Prima Husada Clinic, they still use a manual numbering system. The solution to this problem is to carry out medical record storage in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures and it is necessary to plan budgeting costs for purchases or additions needed at the Prima Husada Clinic medical record unit so that management of medical record storage can be carried out in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures. Through field research, it is known that the collection and processing of disease index data at Hospital X has been fully computerized and integrated into the hospital information management system. However, the process of entering disease index data for inpatients has not been automated, which slows down the production of disease index reports. The disease index is used to provide statistical reports on morbidity (unhealthy conditions) and summarize data on 10 significant cases of inpatient disease, so that the report is useful for hospitals and reporting to the Health Office, District, Province and the Ministry of Health. Electronic medical records are a key solution in the governance of hospital services. The main focus of this research project is to classify the disease index of patients in the inpatient installation using the agile method so as to produce a more computerized, integrated and automated disease indexing system. The agile method includes four stages including system requirements analysis, design, coding, and testing. The agile method makes system planning more flexible and can be adapted to changes in user needs as they develop over time. As a result, applying the agile method to the design of the system built will increase the accuracy of disease categorization in inpatients and help the medical team provide more optimal care and treatment and medical records officers can be maximized in collecting data and preparing disease index reports.

Information on hospitalized patients with COVID-19-19 is available through the Corona Virus Disease 2019 Reporting Information System. As with the problem in every hospital, the officer in charge of collecting COVID-19 patient data is still not effective, such as recording data and lab reports of suspected COVID-19 cases before entering them into the information system using COVID-19 recording forms and Microsoft Excel. This of course results in late and inaccurate data delivery, resulting in difficulties in monitoring the spread of COVID-19 and COVID-19 mitigation programs in hospitals. In this investigation, the researchers used Rapid Application Development (RAD), a software development technique that prioritizes rapid iterations of the development cycle. Development teams can use the RAD methodology to concentrate on prototyping work and then quickly iterate depending on input from users or related parties. With this method, we have more leeway to adapt to future COVID-19-19 reporting requirements and rules. The creation of an information system that allows medical personnel or field personnel to relay case data directly from the scene is an example of the implementation of RAD in COVID-19-19 reporting This allows for proper data collection. The results obtained from the application of methods with problems that occur in COVID-19 reporting cases The process of collecting and reporting COVID-19 data becomes more effective, this system can also help officers in monitoring COVID-19 cases so that they can provide the necessary information to the COVID-19 response team.

Doctor Practice Schedule is one of the important components needed in every health care facility. Scheduling that is fairly conventional by still using Ms.Excel, as well as the lack of accurate information about the schedule of which doctors are practicing or doctors whose services are full become obstacles for patients who will seek treatment. Therefore, it is proposed to design an information system to improve the quality of service more effectively and efficiently. The design of this web-based doctor schedule information system aims to make it easier for patients to see information on doctor practice schedules and appointments digitally. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The development method used is the waterfall model with data collection techniques through observation and literature study, which is designed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL as a storage database. The results of this study, with a website-based system, patients and prospective patients can see the doctor's practice schedule and appointment online anytime, anywhere and by anyone through a browser such as google chrome connected via the internet network. So that patients do not need to come to the hospital if they only want to see the doctor's schedule.

There has been a sea shift in health services brought about by the development of ICT, and not only in the way health information systems are run. The primary objective of this study was to gather requirements for a Microsoft Visual Studio 2010-based outpatient claims verification information system for BPJS health. We need a reporting information system that uses computerization to decrease service delays, and the existing reporting system implementation is the key cause for it. While the development technique employs the waterfall methodology, the research method applies a descriptive qualitative approach. The result of the applied system design is in the form of an outpatient BPJS file claim verification report. With the design of this system, it can be a proposal and can be implemented by Muhammadiyah Bandung Hospital to facilitate the process of reporting outpatient BPJS file claims.

The purpose of this research is to design an ineligible outpatien BPJS claim reporting information system implemented in Microsoft Visual Studio 2012. A qualitative methodology based on descriptive statistics was employed for the investigation. Observation and interviews with hospital claims officials were the methods utilized to gather data. We utilize the v-model, a variant of the waterfall approach, to build our software. The investigation revealed certain issues, such as the persistence of infeasible BPJS outpatient claims and the persistence of traditional reporting methods. Reports detailing the total number of BPJS claims that were deemed ineligible are generated by the intended information system. It is believed that health institutions will be able to use this design's findings to streamline the process of following up on accusations that BPJS has returned to hospitals.

Technology played an important role during the industrial revolution to help increase human activity and workforce in hospitals, in the emergency department triage installations were not yet computerized. There were problems found in the emergency department, there were incomplete triage entries and there were delays in the triage reporting process. With this, an information system is needed to improve the performance of nurses and doctors in making triage so that it is fast, complete and accurate. This research includes observation, interviews, and literature study with qualitative analysis. This program was created using the Black Box Testing method. This design produces an information system using methods that are able to assist the performance of nurses and doctors in making triage so that the reporting process carried out by officers produces accurate data. So, information systems are able to integrate services for increasing patients in hospitals.
