Abstract

Abstrak CV Budi Surya merupakan sebuah perusahann yang bergerak di bidang penyewaan lapangan dan penjualan perlengkapan bulutangkis. Kemajauan teknologi informasi sangat cepat, keperluan teknologi di kehidupan sekarang sangat di perlukan dimana setiap kebutuhan manusia telah terhubung dengan banyak informasi dari teknologi. Pada CV Budi Surya, pelaksanaan sistem yang jalankan terlihat belum terlaksanakan dengan optimal. Berdasarkan dari laporan wawancara dan observasi secara langsung ketempatnya, hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya pelayanan penyewaaan dan pencatatan masih menggunakn buku. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan metode web engineering, pemporgraman PHP, database MySql. Sistem informasi menggunakan konsep customer relationship management pada bagian ( operasional ) yang dapat membantu mengelola data pelanggan dan meningkatkan pelayanan penyewaan dengan baik. Sistem ini juga dapat melakukan customer service dalam memberikan informasi melalui whatsapp. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan dapat memberi kualitas pengelolan pelayanan secara lebih baik bagi CV Budi Surya.   Kata kunci— Website, Web Engineering, CRM, CV Budi Surya, Bulutangkis

Abstract

In ICT needed to learn database management. One application in database management is MySQL. The service team conducted an analysis of the community's needs regarding the application of the ICT application, especially at SMKs in the city of Palembang. In practice, service participants at SMK are accompanied by tutorials where the presenters conduct demonstrations by working on the material that has been prepared, which then the participants follow and implement the material simultaneously with the presenters. In the end, the service team found that the participants had gained knowledge and skills from this training activity. This can be seen from the feedback given by the participants where 78% of the participants stated that they understood the material provided well and the material presented was very useful.

Abstract

Sales information system is an information using electronic media. By using this system, it is hoped that customers can find out the latest product information issued by the company and as the best promotional tool so that service to customers will increase. This system is also equipped with product ordering which intends to make it easier for customers to place orders for products. With the creation of this system, companies can find out customer needs and customer desires so that good relationships with customers are established. For this reason, a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is needed so that in making a web-based sales information system it can assist customers in obtaining information and provide comfort and convenience for customers. The purpose of this study is to provide product information and order transactions to customers quickly, practically and find out what customers need using the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) method in order to increase sales of gazebos and wooden houses at stores in the city of Palembang. While in making this web-based system with the programming language PHP and MYSQL as the database.

Abstract

E-learning is an online learning system that is electronic in nature using network and computer technology, thus making it easier for students to do distance learning. Many e-learning users, one of which is the PGRI palembang university, in e-learning students can see material from lecturers in the form of media, documents, or even a video, and vice versa lecturers can also provide materials and assignments to students. However, the process often has several obstacles where users, both students and lecturers, of course feel that they have their own difficulties when operating this e-learning. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of usability where usability has 5 variables, namely: (learning ability, efficiency, memory, error, satisfaction). The instrument used in this study is the System usability scale (SUS) method, which in this method has 10 statements that represent 5 variables from usability testing. The final result of this study obtained a final score of 70.29 which means that e-learning is said to be acceptable with grade c, so that e-learning at PGRI Palembang University can be said to be effective in its use.

Abstract

Information and communication technology is now used in every aspect of human life. In the educational use of Information and Communication is one of the factors in improving the quality of education. One form of the development of information technology and communication is e-learning. This study aimed to test the model acceptance of the use of E-Learning system at several universities in the city of Palembang by using a model of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Tests will be carried out by using a calculation sttistik with tools SPPS application. Results of this study are expected to provide evidence empris about the factors that affect the acceptance (acceptance) the use of e-learning system using TAM model and EUCS. In addition the test results are also expected to provide evidence of the dominant factors affecting end user acceptance of the application of e-learning system

Abstract

The study was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Palembang, this time the schools have not implemented the Academic Information System so as to find out the available information about the new student of the school and the community must come directly to school and the information provided was incomplete for the researchers want to create a System Information WEB based academic by applying methods of Search Engine Optimization with this method will facilitate the public to find the information they need about the school because this method uses keywords directly to the desired information. The method used in the development of this software is the Waterfall method. The goal of this research is to produce a website Academic Information System which aims to provide information about the school Muhammadiyah 3 Palembang and to develop this system in the future expect this school to increase the number of new students.

Abstract

There are still a lot of even almost all types of companies that still use conventional methods in recording or calculating leave manually, one of them is SMA Az-zahra Palembang, Seeing with increasingly sophisticated technological advances, the author wants to help the problem of recording employee leave. Create a computerized leave application information system. The benefits include facilitating the recording process, both submitting leave for each employee and setting up leave confirmation so that each workforce can be properly distributed. The development is carried out using the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method and making designs using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) visual modeling. The application used in making this application is PHP, and MYSQL database. The hope of the information system created is that it can help accurately record employee leave and make the company better at managing its workforce.

Abstract :The rapid development of information systems has a major influence, especially in the world of education Academic Information System is the most important part to introduce and facilitate the school in carrying out all activities. SMP YLPP Palembang is a junior high school which is currently not equipped with information technology that can manage academic data from recording teacher, student and grade data, some still use written document processing in a ledger (a book prepared to record all grades based on class and year). active teaching) which is then archived by the academic section. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melatih dan mendampingi para guru dalam menggunakan perangkat dan aplikasi TIK. Aplikasi yang digunakan Microsoft PowerPoint dan aplikasi online Canva sebagai alat bantu dalam pembelajaran bagi anak usia dini. Pelatihan yang dilakukan untuk memperkenalkan konsep dan keterampilan penggunaan kedua aplikasi tersebut, sedangkan pendampingan dilakukan untuk membantu mengimplementasikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanan kegiatan pengabdian terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu identitas kebutuhan, desain pelatihan dan materi, pelaksanan pelatihan, pendampingan dan implementasi. Setelah kegiatan dilakukan evaluasi secara kualitatif untuk melihat hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian.Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan dampak yang positif bagi para guru yang terlihat dari hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kedua aplikasi secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan menyajikan materi yang menarik dan interaktif. Abstract

Salah satu teknologi ilmu komputer yang deprogram untuk mempelajari dan melakukan aktivitas seperti manusia adalah kecerdasan buatan. Teknologi kecerdasan buatan telah dipakai pada beberapa bidang, salah satunya di bidang kesehatan. Dibidang kesehatan, kecerdasan buatan digunakan sebagai alat untuk mendeteksi penyakit pada manusia, salah satu contohnya adalah memprediksi gejala awal COVID-19 merupakan salah satu penyakit menular SARS-CoV2 yang menyebabkan pandemi di seluruh dunia, dan virus tersebut terdeteksi pertama kali dari hewan-hewan liar di pasar Kota Wuhan, China pada akhir 2019. Pada penelitian sebelumnya yang berjudul Metode Klasifikasi Gejala Penyakit Coronavirus Disease 19 (COVID-19) Menggunakan Algoritma Neural Network” oleh Rahmi, dkk, menggunakan data gejala-gejala COVID-19 untuk mendapatkan tingkat akurasi dalam prediksi COVID-19 menggunakan metode Neural Network dan Logistic Regression. Hasil penelitian tersebut mendapatkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 95% dengan metode Neural Network, dan 94% dengan metode Logistic Regression. Pada penelitian ini, penulis ingin membandingkan metode Logistic Regression dengan Support Vector Machine dalam memprediksi gejala awal COVID-19. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan akurasi dengan tingkat yang tertinggi dari kedua metode tersebut.
