Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategic locations for Public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (SPKLU) in Bekasi City using a multi-criteria approach based on AHP–TOPSIS and financial feasibility evaluation through Cost–Benefit Analysis (CBA). The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was employed to establish criteria weights, including electric vehicle (EV) density, accessibility, energy infrastructure readiness, socio-economic factors, inter-station distance, and environmental aspects. Subsequently, TOPSIS was applied to assess the closeness of alternative locations to the ideal solution, while CBA was used to evaluate the economic viability of the project. The results indicate that the most influential criteria are EV density, accessibility, and energy infrastructure readiness. Mall Sumarecon Bekasi achieved the highest preference score (Ci = 1.0), designating it as the primary priority for SPKLU development. The City Hall and Islamic Center ranked second and third, respectively, serving as secondary locations to expand service coverage and support network stability. CBA analysis shows that Mall Sumarecon has a Benefit–Cost Ratio (BCR) of 0.98, approaching the financial feasibility threshold, with additional social benefits including carbon emission reduction and improved air quality. Based on these findings, it is recommended to prioritize SPKLU construction at Mall Sumarecon, develop the City Hall and Islamic Center as secondary locations, and implement monitoring, integration of socio-environmental factors, long-term planning, and public education. This study emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach in SPKLU location planning to support mobility, sustainability, and equitable access to electric transportation in Bekasi City.

Abstract

PT PLN UP3 Banten Selatan faces material shortages that delay customer connections, impacting service quality and regulatory compliance. This study aims to optimize inventory control for Main Distribution Unit (MDU) materials, focusing on 1-phase New Installation (PB) and Capacity Upgrade (PD) requests. The research compares current inventory practices with continuous review (s,S) and periodic review (R,s,S) systems to identify optimal inventory parameters. Risk management is addressed using the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) framework, specifically the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), to prioritize and mitigate risks in inventory control. Data from PLN’s Executive Information System (EIS)—including demand history, material BoQ, and procurement costs—were analyzed to calculate inventory parameters for each method. The AHP method, supported by expert input, was used to weigh and rank risk criteria and subcriteria. Results show the continuous review system achieves a 100% service level and reduces costs, saving Rp 738,736,538 compared to the periodic review method. Financial risk emerged as the top priority, followed by supply and demand risks. Eight high-risk subcriteria were identified, such as rising storage costs and inaccurate demand forecasts. Proposed mitigation strategies include strict budget planning and vendor diversification. This study provides actionable recommendations for PLN to enhance inventory efficiency, reduce financial risks, and improve service delivery, while also contributing to academic literature on inventory control and risk management in the utility sector.

Abstract

Industri plastik menjadi salah satu sektor yang mengalami pertumbuhan signifikan di Indonesia, namun juga menjadi penyumbang utama limbah dan emisi gas rumah kaca. PT Surya Indo Plastik (SIP), sebagai produsen kemasan plastik berbasis daur ulang, telah menerapkan sistem Closed Loop to Cup Recycling sebagai upaya keberlanjutan. Meskipun demikian, tantangan efisiensi biaya, emisi karbon dan rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembalian limbah plastik masih menjadi kendala utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangan model optimasi Closed Loop Supply Chain yang berkelanjutan di industri plastik dengan mempertimbangkan dua aspek utama: ekonomi dan lingkungan . Model ini dibangun menggunakan pendekatan Goal Programming untuk meminimalkan total biaya produksi, transportasi dan pembukaan fasilitas daur ulang serta emisi transportasi. Objek studi memiliki cakupan wilayah Jawa Timur, model mempertimbangkan data aktual perusahaan serta variabel spasial dan kapasitas fasilitas. Hasil penelitian diharapkan menjadi referensi strategis bagi perusahaan dalam merancang sistem  CLSC yang efisien dan sustainable.Keywords: Closed Loop Supply Chain, Daur Ulang, Industri Plastik, Keberlanjutan, Multi-Objective,  Optimasi
