Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh financial distress,pertumbuhan perusahaan,rentabilitas, ukuran KAP dan ukuran perusahaan terhadappergantian auditor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakanialah data kuantitatif dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data sekunder. Penelitianini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun2008-2015 dengan jumlah pengamatan sebanyak 52 sampel penelitian yang diperoleh denganmetode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metodedokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi logistik. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel financial distress, pertumbuhan perusahaan danukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pergantian auditor.Sedangkan variabelrentabilitas ukuran KAP berpengaruh terhadap pergantian auditor.Kata Kunci : Pergantian Auditor, Financial Distress, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Rentabilitas,Ukuran Kantor Akuntan Publik, dan Ukuran Perusahaan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran IPA (fisika) secara daring selama wabah covid-19 menggunakan model open ended learning dalam membekalkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Objek penelitian adalah 22 siswa kelas VIII pada salah satu SMPN di KOTA BIMA. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan 6 soal uraian diberikan sebelum tindakan dan sesudah tindakan untuk melihat keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Nilai pretest sebelum tindakan diperoleh 2,67,sedangkan nilai postest setelah diberikan tindakan diperoleh 4,53 Untuk melihat efektivitas pembelajaran IPA (Fisika) secara daring dengan membagikan angket, hasil responden siswa nilai rata-rata dari analisis angket sebesar 1,5081. Data dianalisis menggunakan N-Gain temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah secara klasikal siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 95% yang menunjukan bahwa model open ended learning memiliki efektivitas yang tinggi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa

Abstract

Komalasari et al, 2019. Local Wisdom of Bakung People in Using Resam (Gleichenia linearis), Seduduk (Melastoma malabathricum) and Tembesu (Fagraea fragrans) grown in the Area of Peat Soil as Herbal Medicine. pp. 354-359.   Resam, Seduduk and Tembesu can be used as Herbal Medicine. Those plants grow most in the area of Sriwijaya botanical garden of South Sumatra Province in which its soil is peated. With their local wisdom, the people of Bakung village have been making use of resam, seduduk and tembesu as herbal medicine. The aim of this research was to identify secondary metabolites from resam, seduduk and tembesu which play a role so that they can be useful for drugs and to find out whether the efficacy of the three plant species has been scientifically proven (based on literature studies). The informants of the research were the people of Bakung village living surrounding Sriwijaya botanical garden. The data were colllected by well-structured interview, test of laboratorium, and literature studies. The data were analyzed using descriptive.analysis. The results revealed that the people living surrounding Sriwijaya botanical garden used resam for headache, seduduk leaves for diare, and tembesu leaves for itching. Each ethanol extract of leaves of tembesu, seduduk, and resam contain compound of flavonoid, alkaloid, steroid, saponin, tanin dan quinon. The local wisdom of  the Bakung Village community living around the Sriwijaya botanical garden in using seduduk leaves as a diarrhea drug has been scientifically proven, but for tembesu leaves as a cure for itching and resam as a headache  drug so far has been scientifically proven.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to provide an explanation of the constraints of using technology as a medium of learning in Gelumbang 4 Middle School. The informants in this study included teachers of Gelumbang 4 Middle School, headmaster or vice principal and several students through observation techniques, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the constraints in the use of learning media technology in Gelumbang Public Middle School are as follows: (1) the lack of media available in school; (2) teacher limitations in using technology as a learning medium; (3) unavailability of time for making learning media; and (4) There are some teachers who do not understand the function of media learning.

Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur diperlukan untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan konservasi ekosistem gambut harus tetap dijalankan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengkaji karakteristik lahan gambut dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan di Kebun Raya Sriwijaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh data bahwa pembangunan infrastruktur di lokasi Kebun Raya Sriwijaya akan menempati titik gambut dengan kedalaman 425–550 cm, dan pada posisi elevasi 15–22. Zona C2 merupakan zona pembangunan laboratorium, herbarium, bank biji dan farmakologi, berada pada lahan dengan kedalaman tertinggi yaitu ±545 cm sedangkan pada zona E2 untuk pembangunan paranet berlokasi pada lahan gambut dengan kedalaman gambut terendah yaitu ±350 cm. Pembangunan pada Perpustakaan (Zona C2), Cafetaria (Zona G), dan Sarana Rekreasi (Zona H) pada elevasi tertinggi yaitu 20 hingga 22 cm. Sedangkan pada Zona B2, Rumah Dinas dan Mess Karyawan terletak pada elevasi terendah yaitu 15- 16 cm.

Abstract

The National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Berau Regency is a non-structural government institution that manages zakat nationally and was established by the Ministry of Religion in accordance with the Indonesian Presidential Decree No. 8/2001. BAZNAS has the duty and function of collecting and distributing zakat, infaq and alms at the national level. KDZ system is a web-based system managed by BAZNAS which is a component that is interconnected with each other with the function and ability to collect, process, store and convey information to assess the impact of zakat on mustahiqs who receive zakat distribution in the hope that it can reduce the level of poverty in the State of Indonesia. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the impact of zakat on mustahiq household income, mustahiq spirituality, and mustahiq household conditions. Data collection in this study used 1 method, namely interviews, with the results of the study showing that BAZNAS Berau District had implemented the KDZ system well.

Abstract

Zingiberaceae is a family of spice plants that are commonly found in the Sriwijaya Botanical Gardens, this type of plant is often used as medicine, cooking spices, ornamental plants and hair medicine. Families of Zingiberaceae are still not well identified. This study aims to determine the species of the Zingiberaceae families in the Sriwijaya Botanical Gardens. This research uses descriptive qualitative research and uses the method of exploring the location in the Kebun Raya Sriwijaya. The identification results obtained six species of plant species from the Zingiberaceae family, namely galangal: Alpinia galanga (L.) Wild., yellow turmeric: Curcuma longa L., kencur: Kaempferia galanga L., white turmeric: Curcuma zeodaria (Christem.) Roscoe., ginger white : Zingiber officinale var. amrum., and forest galangal : Alpinia malaccensis.

Abstract

Teachers as educators are required to be able to keep up with technological advances, this is in line with the Republic of Indonesia Law no. 14 of 2005 in term of improving the professional competence of teachers. The Covid-19 pandemic has brought changes in term of interacting with technology. It has a positive impact on teachers as educators. For mathematics teachers, the development of technology has become a strategy to introduce a mathematical applications not only to understand but also to obtain the applications. One of the applications that strongly support learning mathematics is the GeoGebra application. This application can provide a mathematical visualization so that teachers as educators and students as learners will more easily to understand mathematical topic more deeply. Some mathematical subjects require visualization to make it easier to understand, for example geometry subject especially in space. This subject is introduced at the beginning in senior high school level. This subject need reasoning, visualization, and imagination to understand the geometric shape. GeoGebra application can improve the reasoning and imagination of students. This community service team provides GeoGebra training for high school mathematics group which called MGMP of Mathematics in Purbalingga Regency especially in Geometry subject. First of all, MGMP of Mathematics in Purbalingga Regency were given a pre-test and post-test regarding their initial knowledge of GeoGebra from 35 trainee of mathematics teachers in Purbalingga Regency. The results of pre-test showed that 66,2% of mathematics teachers were able to correctly answer the questions, while the results of the post-test showed that 83,71% of mathematics teachers were able to correctly answer the same questions. Based on these data, it can be seen that GeoGebra training has increase the ability of mathematics teachers to understand the GeoGebra for geometry subjects by 17,5%.

Abstract

GeoGebra is an interactive geometry software that supports the implementation of mathematics learning. With this software, it is hoped that students' interest in getting to know mathematics more closely will increase through mathematical experiments. GeoGebra can be used not only by students but can also be used by teachers as educators. At present teachers are required to be able to keep up with technological advances, this is in line with RI Law no. 14 of 2005 in terms of increasing the professional competence of teachers. The Covid-19 pandemic has brought changes in terms of interacting with technology. This has a positive impact on teachers as educators. GeoGebra for math teachers is a technological innovation that strongly supports mathematics learning. The GeoGebra application can provide mathematical visualization so that teachers as educators and students as students will find it easier to understand deeper mathematical material. Several math topics exist in senior secondary schools and require visualization to make them easier to understand, including derivative and integral material. Mathematics which is introduced at the high school level (SMA) requires reasoning, visualization and imagination in understanding the concepts of limits and derivatives. This community service (PKM) provides GeoGebra training to high school Mathematics MGMP teachers in Purbalingga Regency for derivative and integral topics. First, high school mathematics MGMP teachers in Purbalingga district were given a pre-test and post-test regarding initial knowledge of derivatives and integrals from 24 representatives of mathematics teachers in Purbalingga district. The results of the pre-test showed that 60.83% of mathematics teachers could answer each point correctly, while the results of the post-test showed an increase in teachers' understanding of derivative and integral topics, namely 80.78% of mathematics teachers were able to answer each point correctly. questions asked. Based on these data, it can be seen that the GeoGebra training provided during this PKM increased the ability of mathematics teachers to understand GeoGebra for derivative and integral topics by 19.95%.

Abstract

Penyakit karat daun yang disebabkan oleh H. vastatrix merupakan penyakit yang sangat merugikan pada tanaman kopi karena dapat mematikan tanaman. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui tingkat keparahan penyakit karat daun H. vastatrix pada tanaman kopi liberika di demplot tanam Kebun Raya Sriwijaya. Kegiatan penelitian telah dilakukan di Kebun Raya Sriwijaya, Desa Bakung Kecamatan Inderalaya Utara, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan pada bulan Oktober-Nopember 2021. Observasi dilakukan di demplot tanam Kebun Raya Sriwijaya terhadap daun-daun tanaman kopi liberika dari beberapa pohon pada tiga demplot tanam yang terserang penyakit karat daun H. vastatrix. Ketahanan terhadap H. vastatrix diamati dengan melihat gejala serangan pada daun di setiap pohon. Metode acak dengan perhitungan analisis intensitas penyakit tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : Nilai Intensitas serangan penyakit tertinggi terjadi pada demplot 1 yaitu sebesar 44,67 % sehingga termasuk tingkat kerusakan tanaman pada skala 3. Pengendalian penyakit jamur H. vastarix pada tanaman kopi liberika di lahan gambut dengan karakteristik lahan yang asam dapat dilakukan dengan penggunaan varietas kopi yang tahan, dan penggunaan fungisida alami yang ramah lingkungan.
