This study was conducted to identify the responses of academic programs in Indonesia to issues surrounding the changing roles of the accounting profession, digitalization, and the era of sustainability. The research employed both qualitative and quantitative approaches, utilizing data collection techniques such as surveys, documentation, observation, and in-depth interviews. There is a prevalent opinion that the accounting profession will diminish due to the substitution of human roles with robots because of digitalization. According to the findings from a Focus Group Discussion (FGD), participants revealed that technological advancements have significantly impacted accounting jobs. Financial statements can now be prepared using information technology applications and financial reporting software. These tools not only simplify and accelerate the work of accountants but also imply that the performance of accountants who do not utilize information technology could be adversely affected due to the demands for timeliness and accuracy in their work. The outcomes obtained from the FGD further disclosed that despite the rapid development of information technology, which greatly aids the work of accountants, a professional accountant must possess adequate knowledge of the fundamental principles of accounting. FGD participants concurred that information technology cannot replace the accounting profession. This is because the job of an accountant is not limited to just preparing financial reports for companies or organizations; rather, a professional accountant must also be capable of performing financial data analysis.

Saat ini peningkatkan literasi keuangan dan kesadaran pajak di kalangan siswi/i adalah hal mendesak agar mereka dapat mengelola keuangan pribadi dengan bijak dan memahami peran pajak dalam pembangunan masyarakat.Program ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan literasi keuangan dan budaya sadar pajak sebagai upaya penguatan soft skill di SMA Santa Maria Yogyakarta. Literasi keuangan yang baik sangat penting untuk mempersiapkan siswa/i dalam mengelola keuangan pribadi dan memahami pentingnya pajak dalam pembangunan negara. Melalui program edukasi yang melibatkan berbagai metode dan simulasi dimana siswi diajak untuk memahami konsep dasar keuangan dan kewajiban perpajakan. Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran siswa akan pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan yang bijak serta tanggung jawab sosial melalui pembayaran pajak. Hasil dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan literasi keuangan dan budaya sadar pajak sangat penting dilakukan guna meningkatkan pengembangan soft skill siswa, yang pada akhirnya dapat mendukung mereka menjadi individu yang lebih bertanggung jawab dan berdaya saing di masa depan. Dengan demikian, integrasi pendidikan literasi keuangan dan pajak menjadi langkah strategis dalam mencetak generasi muda yang cerdas dan sadar akan kewajiban mereka di kemudian hari.

This study aimed to investigate the role of the big five personality qualities in mediating the relationship between digital transformation and team member performance. The world of education is feeling the effects of digital transformation, a significant phenomenon that the industry cannot avoid. The presence of digital transformation causes modifications in traditional operations to be digitized. This shift in change affects team member performance. This survey included 83 elementary to middle school teachers and education staff from the Marsudirini Foundation's Yogyakarta branch. The hypothesis was tested using PLS-SEM in this study, which used a mixed method. The hypothesis testing results revealed that digital transformation has a beneficial effect on team member performance. When the role of moderation is tested, it is discovered that extraversion and neuroticism personality types do not significantly affect the relationship between digital transformation and team member performance. Meanwhile, as moderating variables, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and openness personality types strongly negatively affect the association between digital transformation and team member performance. Informant interviews corroborate the survey results, highlighting the insignificant effect of extraversion and neuroticism personality types.

Starting with understanding the importance of technological skills in the modern workplace, this community service targets Santa Maria High School Yogyakarta students to gain better knowledge and skills in using Canva to make presentations and create the curriculum vitae. Focuses on transferring knowledge and technical skills and aims to improve students' critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Students are encouraged to develop their creativity and think outside the box when presenting information and completing specific tasks and preparing to enter the workforce or continue their studies at a higher education level. It directly benefits students' technological skills and has a significant long-term impact, with increased hard skills in Canva and honed problem-solving abilities. This community service contributes positively to strengthening the relationship between schools and the world of work by ensuring that high school graduates have skills relevant to current industry needs.

Pengabdian masyarakat di lakukan pada salah satu Yayasan Pendidikan Swasta XYZ di Solo, bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengoptimalkan beban kerja guru dan staf melalui pendekatan holistik yang berbasis data. Beban kerja yang tidak seimbang dapat menyebabkan penurunan kualitas pengajaran dan menurunkan kesejahteraan guru. Pentingnya topik ini terletak pada kebutuhan mendesak untuk mengelola beban kerja secara efektif, guna memastikan bahwa kualitas pendidikan tetap terjaga. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini mencakup pendidikan masyarakat, difusi ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (Ipteks), pelatihan, dan advokasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi beban kerja yang tidak merata, khususnya dalam aktivitas mengajar, memiliki nilai Kebutuhan Personel (KbP) yang tinggi, mendekati kapasitas maksimal seorang guru. Implementasi strategi redistribusi tugas dan penerapan teknologi pendidikan terbukti membantu dalam mengelola beban kerja dengan lebih efektif. Evaluasi dan pemantauan secara berkala terhadap distribusi beban kerja menjadi elemen penting dalam menjaga keberlanjutan dari solusi yang diterapkan. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk peningkatan kualitas operasional dan pendidikan di institusi pendidikan melalui manajemen beban kerja yang lebih baik.
